Sandi Scott, CSM, CPM, a commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience, is Senior Vice President and Director of Property Management for the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. In D-FW, Scott is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of Weitzman's Dallas-Fort Worth commercial property portfolio. Scott's work with the company has also included training duties and management responsibility for a portfolio of retail centers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Scott also has commercial real estate property management experience with Direct Development, where she oversaw the asset management and landlord representation functions for the company's portfolio of retail properties in the Dallas area. In addition, her management experience includes the management of more than 800,000 square feet for Transwestern Commercial Services.

Mark Nicholson

Mark R. Nicholson is a Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for Property Management for the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In this role, Mr. Nicholson develops and implements strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for over 45 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties that the company manages on behalf of building owners and investors. Mr. Nicholson also provides oversight and guidance on a regional level for the South-Central Division.

For the past two years, Mr. Nicholson was the Property Management Office Practice Leader for the Americas where he contributed to the successes launching CBRE Host and numerous big wins within the company. Previously, Mr. Nicholson oversaw CBRE’s Property Management activities in Houston, where he was responsible for office, industrial, retail and healthcare properties totaling more than 30 million square feet under management and nearly 350 employees. Under his direction, CBRE’s square footage under management in Houston’s office sector grew significantly and represented over 70% of the managed portfolio.

With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Nicholson has proven himself as a leader and innovator while focusing on improving the marketability and operational excellence of the Property Management team. Mr. Nicholson transfers his vision for the group through effective management principles and relationship building. Additionally, he holds extensive experience in repositioning premier-quality assets, validating his capacity for commanding results.

Prior to directing Property Management in Houston, Mr. Nicholson was the Senior Site Facility Manager for the BP Westlake Campus in Houston which consisted of four buildings, leased and owned with a total of 2.2 MSF providing a broad range of services to over 6,400 employees.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Nicholson worked for PM Realty Group, Premisys Real Estate Services and Cushman & Wakefield. One of Mr. Nicholson’s most significant achievements was winning The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) from the Building Owners and Managers Association in 2006. This international award was the first and one of only two over 1 MSF buildings to win in Houston.

Bruce Webster

Mr. Webster, based in Chicago, has been involved in commercial property management

since 1981. He has been dedicated to multi-family portfolio and property management

exclusively since 1987. Mr. Webster holds a BS from the University of Colorado in

Architectural Engineering and Construction Management. He also holds an MBA in

business and finance from the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver.

Mr. Webster's experience includes real estate management, development, finance and

acquisitions. Mr. Webster previously worked with Trammell Crow Residential, the Irvine

Company, Security Capital and Equity Residential, where as EVP he managed 65,000

units and served as leader on multiple special projects within Equity Residential. Mr.

Webster represented RREEF in its strategic alliance with JPI Management Services in

2006 and subsequently joined JPI as EVP. Following his tenure at JPI, Mr. Webster

worked with a real estate technology and services company developing and marketing a

property management platform specifically for multi-family owners and managers.

Mr. Webster is a past President of the Chicagoland Apartment Association and is active

with NMHC. Mr. Webster has been with Lincoln Property Company since 2009.

Scott has been involved in the North Texas commercial/industrial real estate and construction industry since 1984 including 10+ years with the Vantage Companies and 8 years with Weingarten Realty Investors. For the past 11+ years, he has been leading business development for KPost Roofing & Waterproofing, connecting KPost with some of the most significant new development and adaptive re-use projects in DFW including The National (1401 Elm Street), the Statler Hotel & Residences, the Robert L. Crandall Campus (headquarters of American Airlines, and Pioneer Natural Resources. KPost also runs the largest Service repair & maintenance department in North Texas, focused on helping commercial property owners preserve value and extend the usable life of their building envelope “assets”!

Adam Keith

Born and raised in South East London, Adam has always been a ken sportsman; representing his high school in Soccer, Rugby and Cricket. He started his working life as a Police Constable in Central London and then moved on to becoming a “Mens Grooming Expert” (which led to him appearing on The Times, The Telegraph, The Independent & GQ). This career path bought Adam to Dallas, Texas where he met his wife and decided to settle down. In Texas, Adam chose to start over or “re-tool”, and pursued a Management Degree at SMU. Once his studies were complete, Adam moved into sales of HVAC where he touched many commercial construction projects. Adam loves the thrill of new challenges, and meeting new people and can't wait to start his career with Bisnow in Dallas.
