As President of Boxer Property Management Corporation, Justin Segal oversees operations, marketing, leasing, and technology for a portfolio of commercial property across the country. Justin takes the lead on analytics, enterprise data and process engineering. Thanks to his contributions, Justin was instrumental in the creation of the company's reputation as a national leader when it comes to the use of tech for designing, implementing, managing and supporting business decisions, operations and goals.

Justin is associated with a number of affiliated entities, acting as director or principal. Among them are Boxer Finance (commercial real estate lending), CasAlegria (residential sales and lending) and Tidewell Energy (natural gas). Before joining Boxer, Mr. Segal founded a real estate financial accounting software company, Stemmons Software. He also spent several years offering counsel to early-stage venture-funded startups in Silicon Valley.

Justin serves on the boards of the RealComm CIO Advisory Council, the Houston Education Research Consortium, the Governing Body of the Houston CIO Leadership and YES Prep Public Schools, where he chairs the Technology & Operations Committee. He is also a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences, which manages the Webby Awards. Justin attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a Bachelors. He received a Juris Doctor from the New York University School Law.

Amanda Coupe joined Stream Realty Partners in 2016 as Managing Director, Property Management for the Austin market. With more than 16 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, Amanda has successfully worked with such companies as GLP (IndCor Properties); Morgan Stanley Real Estate, The John Buck Company, DB REEF and Cushman & Wakefield. Her current and previous clients include Industrial Property Trust, Clarion Partners, DRA Advisors, KBS, AFIAA US, Blackstone, Morgan Stanley Real Estate, Meyer Bergman, RBS and Goldman Sachs.

Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, Amanda served as Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield where she led business development pursuits for property management in the Chicago market. Prior to that, Amanda served as Vice President of Property Management for GLP (IndCor Properties) for their national portfolio totaling 180 million square feet. Previously Amanda was the CAO and European head of business planning and reporting for Morgan Stanley Properties in Frankfurt, Germany, with a portfolio of 200 million square feet and $8BN in AUM. She has also worked as a property and asset manager for Chicago-based firms such as The John Buck Company and MB Real Estate, including assets such as the John Hancock Center and UBS Tower. She is also an active member of NAIOP, CREW Austin, BOMA and IREM.

Endeavor Principal Becky Heston is responsible for implementing the company’s property management services platform for projects in and around Austin. In this role, Becky oversees and coordinates management resources for property owners, asset managers and investors.

Becky’s career began in 1983 and has covered a full range of real estate services, including project management, facility management as well as retail, office and industrial property management. Commencing with the opening of the Domain in Austin, Becky and her team have become specialists in the management of vertical mixed-use projects.

She has worked with clients including Clarion, Lionstone, Divco West, RREEF, AMB Property Corporation, UBS Brinson, GE Asset Management, GECC, Cigna, Heitman, MetLife, Blackstone, RREEF, Ohio Teacher's Retirement System, Principal Capital Management, GLL and Spear Street Capital.

Prior to joining Endeavor in 2007, Becky was a Principal at Trammell Crow Company and a Managing Director at its successor, CBRE. During her 14 years at those two companies she provided third party property management oversight for approximately 10 million SF of office, industrial and retail properties in Austin and San Antonio.

Harry Wolle

Harry Wolle is the Senior Director of the SBA DAS & Small Cells business unit. Harry has over 25 years of experience in designing, deploying and operating wireless mobile technology solutions for carrier customers domestically and internationally. Solutions include micro and macro-cell based deployments, distributed antenna systems (DAS), HetNet and WiFi applications. Harry spent a significant amount of his career as a business development leader/strategic consultant responsible for developing, marketing and deploying mobile infrastructure solutions. Harry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Kim was born in Flushing, New York and come from many generations of New Yorkers. It was a culture shock when she first moved to Houston, Texas in the late 70's but can now say Y'all with the best of them. Kim graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing and has worked in media her entire life. Kim played and coached soccer for many years and even spent a summer in England playing in tournaments. The oldest of three girls, she now has two sons (the first born Texans in her family), a husband and three male rescue dogs.
