Peter S. Brodsky is an investor and business executive who, through a majority-owned company, owns the Shops at RedBird (formerly known as Southwest Center Mall and, prior to that, Red Bird Mall). He is investing in the property to restore it to a place of pride and quality in the community. Prior to acquiring RedBird, Peter was a founder and partner of HBC Investments LLC, a firm focused on investing both third party capital and the capital of its principals in growth-oriented companies. Prior to co-founding HBC, Peter was a partner at the private equity firm of HM Capital Partners and its predecessor, Hicks Muse, where he was employed for over 15 years. At HM Capital, Peter focused on the media industry, was responsible for deploying or managing over $2.6 billion of equity investments, and completed over 100 transactions. In the civic and non-profit arenas, Peter serves as the Board Chair of Housing Forward, the lead agency of Dallas and Collin Counties’ homeless response system. Peter also serves on the Boards of: Commit Partnership; Communities Foundation of Texas; Dallas Assembly; Forest Forward; SMU’s Tate Lecture Series; and Trinity Park Conservancy. Additionally, Peter is a member of the Dallas Mavericks Advisory Council and the President’s Advisory Board of UT Southwestern Medical Center. Formerly, Peter has served on the following Boards: City of Dallas’s Animal Advisory Commission (Chair), which advises Dallas Animal Services, the city animal shelter and control service provider, where he focused on the loose dog crisis in southern Dallas; AT&T Performing Arts Center; Dallas Symphony Orchestra; Greenhill School; KIPP Texas Public Schools; North Texas Public Broadcasting; and Vogel Alcove. In 2023, Peter was awarded the J. Erik Jonsson Ethics Award by Southern Methodist University’s Cary M. Maguire Center for Ethics and Public Responsibility. In 2024, Peter and his wife Lael received the Texas Appleseed’s J. Chrys Dougherty Good Apple Award. Peter received a BA in Russian Literature from Yale College. Peter and Lael live in Dallas, TX. They have three children.

Terrence Maiden is widely recognized for his executive leadership and vision in the commercial real estate development industry. With nearly two decades of experience, Terrence has poured his energy, creativity and expertise into the development /project leasing of over two-million square feet of retail. As Executive Vice President of Development at Corinth Properties, he is at the forefront of implementing the growth strategy for the company, as a real estate owner and developer. Terrence’s most notable projects to date are Glen Oaks Crossings, The Canyon in Oak Cliff, Red Oak Crossings, and the redevelopment of Southwest Center Mall. Terrence Maiden began his real estate career with The Woodmont Company, spending several years project leasing and developing projects throughout Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, and North Dakota. He subsequently worked within corporate real estate at two well recognized companies, Panda Restaurant Group (Panda Express) and Panera, LLC (Panera Bread/Paradise Bakery). During Terrence’s three-year tenure with Panda, he was the top producer, accounting for over 60 restaurant openings. Terrence was also the recipient for the 2004 Panda IMPACT Award, 2004 Most Store Openings Award, and 2005 Most Store Openings Award. At Panera Bread, Terrence served as the Director of Real Estate, responsible for managing Panera’s real estate development efforts and opening over 95 company/franchise cafes throughout the central United States, including 11 states. Terrence Maiden received a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree from Texas Christian University, where he and his identical twin brother were standout football players for the Horned Frogs. He is actively involved in several professional and civic organizations in Dallas and Fort Worth, including Mayor Star Council, Coalition of African American Professionals and Organizations (Co-Chair), Real Estate Council (Board of Directors), Urban Land Institute, Texas Christian University National Board (Former Vice President – National Alumni Board), Texas Christian University Legacy Committee, International Council of Shopping Centers, Dallas Black Dance Theater (Board Member), and many more. In 2005, Terrence co-founded Two-Wins Foundation with twin brother Tim. Two- Wins Foundations is a non-profit organization that invests thousands of dollars within inner communities through educational and community revitalization programs. Terrence has been named to the distinguish list of D CEO Power Broker for seven consecutive years (2012-2017). In addition, he was awarded “Minority Business Leader of the Year” (Dallas Business Journal-2009), a finalist for “2011 One Man Dallas”, Dallas top executive under the age of forty (Dallas Business Journal- 2013), Tomorrow’s Leader – Texas (Real Estate Forum Magazine - 2014) . In 2014 Terrence was the recipient of the Thomas L. Houston Award for his community service and 40 under Forty by Dallas Business Journal. In 2015, he along with his identical twin brother were inducted in Texas Christian University‘s Hall of Fame. Both Terrence and Tim were recognized by WFAA (ABC News) and Cadillac for Shaping DFW. Terrence is also a featured writer for D Magazine’s CEO Real Estate Daily.

With over 15 years of experience developing social enterprises, Elizabeth Wattley’s keen insights and breadth of knowledge allow her to lead Forest Forward with a depth of expertise. Dedicated to driving economic development in South Dallas/Fair Park while maintaining the rich history, culture, and pride of the community, Elizabeth is a community architect. Whether that is scaling what works, thinking of innovative ways to increase impact through nonprofits and businesses, curating development strategies, or building networks of collective impact, she is devoted to the infusion of resources into Dallas’ most underserved communities. Prior to joining Forest Forward, Elizabeth led transformative initiatives at CitySquare as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Paul Quinn College as the Director of Service Learning. During her time at Paul Quinn College, she led the effort to transform the college’s unused football field into a nationally recognized organic farm to combat food access. Due to her ongoing commitment to Dallas and its residents, in 2020 the Dallas Business Journal awarded Elizabeth with the coveted 40 Under 40 Award, and just two years later, in the spring of 2022, she was named one of the 78 Women Who Make Dallas Great by D Magazine. In 2024, Elizabeth was named an Axios Dallas Power Player, which recognizes young leaders shaping the future of North Texas. Most recently, Elizabeth graced the cover of the Dallas Business Journal’s March 2025 edition, and under her leadership, Forest Forward was recognized as a finalist for Mid-Size Organization of the Year in the 2025 D Magazine Citizenship Awards. Additionally, Forest Forward received a nomination for the 2025 Best Real Estate Deal (BRED) Award. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Teach For America, is an active member of the DFW Spelman Alumni group, and is a member of the inaugural Black Women in Nonprofit Leadership cohort hosted by Dallas Truth, Racial Healing & Transformation (TRHT). Elizabeth completed undergraduate studies in economics at Spelman College in Atlanta and earned her MBA at the SMU Cox School of Business with a concentration in strategy and entrepreneurship.

Barrett is a co-founding principal of Savoy and oversees the capitalization, structuring of the company’s investments, and deal sourcing. Barrett started investing in real estate in 2012 and enjoys learning about esoteric strategies which he implements to create excellent risk adjusted returns. He specializes in transactions with complex structures such as historic tax credits, opportunity zones, low-income restrictions, as well as the deconversion of fractured condos. Barrett received his BBA and MBA from SMU Cox School of Business with a concentration in real estate and finance. He attends HPUMC and enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Heather, and their two daughters, Natalie and Abigail. He also enjoys playing golf, hiking, scuba diving and discussing all things OZ related.

Anthony Montalto is the Chief Design Officer, Executive Vice President, and Partner at HKS Architects, where he leads the firm's creative vision and champions design excellence across all projects. With a career spanning more than three decades, Anthony is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of design, blending innovation, beauty, and functionality to create award-winning spaces that resonate with clients and communities alike. Before joining HKS, Anthony held significant roles in the architecture and construction industries, including Senior Project Manager at Turner Construction and Principal at Carlos Zapata Studio. His educational background includes a Master of Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Anthony is also a recognized thought leader and mentor, often contributing to publications, speaking at conferences, and connecting with universities and industry organizations to elevate design excellence globally.

Professional Background Robert E. Young, Jr., is Executive Managing Director for Weitzman. Young utilizes his extensive brokerage and management experience on Weitzman business development and brand promotion. Young also directs the statewide initiative to grow all of the business lines of the Weitzman platform. Additionally, through active International Council of Shopping Centers involvement and national leadership in the Retail Brokers Network, Young works to extend the firm's reach and presence with clients, prospects and the overall industry at large. Prior to joining Weitzman, Young was senior managing director for Kennedy‐Wilson. His extensive commercial real estate career also includes service as executive vice president and managing director in charge of the Dallas operation for Grubb & Ellis and as executive vice president for BEI Management, Inc Professional Organizations Young serves on the Board of Directors and was the 2009 President of the Retail Brokers Network, a nationwide retail networking group whose member companies specialize in retail real estate brokerage. RBN’s independent firms work together on a regional and national level in tenant representation, project leasing and investment sales. Young also is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and is past president of its board of directors. In addition, he is a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance national board of directors and is active in The Real Estate Council, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute and the International Development Research Council. Young co‐authored a chapter in “Leasing for Non‐leasing Professionals,” a book published by the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a regular instructor for ICSC nationwide educational programs and was dean for the ICSC University at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and is now a faculty member of ICSC's John T. Riordan School for Retail Real Estate Professionals. Education Young received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.

Mike Hoque, a Dallas entrepreneur, is the founder and chairman of Hoque Global, parent company of HG Real Estate Solutions, DRG Concepts, iDesign Meetings and RideCentric. Always finding opportunities among what others might perceive as business obstacles, Hoque’s companies have fostered his vision of creating vibrant urban environments. HG Real Estate specializes in catalytic land acquisition, development, master-planning, and construction of mixed-use residential, retail, hotel, and office projects. DRG Concepts, Hoque’s restaurant group, creates, owns and operates numerous distinct and acclaimed concepts throughout DFW, with an emphasis on Main Street in Downtown Dallas. RideCentric, founded in 1999 by Hoque, has grown into an international transportation logistics company serving Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Hoque also serves on the board of Downtown Dallas Inc. and has received honors from the National Restaurant Association for his leadership and innovation in the Dallas business community.  He has been honored by Dallas Business Journal as a Top 40 Under 40 business innovator.  D Magazine and DCEO have also recognized Hoque as a Dallas 500 business leader.

A finance graduate from SMU with a Masters of Science from the University of Colorado, Mikial brings six years of direct development experience to Onu Ventures. Leveraging his financial knowledge and educational background, he leads the development side of the firm. Mikial has led the development and financing of over 300 housing units and 75,000 sq. of commercial space since 2019. Since Onu Ventures' inception in 2021, he has strategically led the acquisition of over 75 acres across the Sun Belt, projecting a stabilized value of over $200 million.

Brian directs the investment and growth strategy for Town Companies, as well as its development activities. Previously at Westwood Residential, Brian served in both development and construction capacities focused on North Texas. During Brian’s tenure with Westwood, he was involved in the construction and development of over 4,500 units, approximately $550 million in total capitalization. Prior to Westwood, Brian served as co-owner and president of City Park Construction (a Holt Lunsford Commercial–related entity) focused on concrete and painting services to the commercial industry. Brian assumed responsibility over City Park Construction in 2010, increasing revenue fivefold while simultaneously growing the employee base. City Park Construction was sold for a sizable profit in March 2019. Brian received a BS in Construction Management from Michigan State University and holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License.

Swede Hanson is the entrepreneurial founder of Smart Living Residential, LLC, a Dallas-based real estate platform focused on the development of high-quality, mixed income housing properties primarily located within the city’s southern sector. Smart Living Residential’s first project, The Finch, is a 153-unit Class-A apartment community completed in August 2025 that emphasizes intentional design, attainable rents, and a thoughtfully curated resident experience. Mr. Hanson brings over two decades of broad real estate expertise spanning development, lending, leasing, note sales, and capital markets. Prior to forming Smart Living Residential, he served as a Senior Vice President within Bank OZK’s Real Estate Specialties Group, where he led a team managing a $4.0 billion national construction- and bridge-loan portfolio secured by multifamily, mixed-use, office, and hospitality assets. Before Bank OZK, he spent time in New York City working in Credit Suisse Securities’ CMBS conduit platform and later in JLL’s Capital Markets Group, where he supported loan originations and distressed loan sale assignments nationwide. He began his career in 2005 as a commercial real estate analyst at Compass Bank (now BBVA Compass) in Dallas, underwriting and managing a $600 million book of senior secured construction debt. He then joined Southern Land Company, a Nashville-based national developer, where he was responsible for commercial underwriting, financial modeling, and project-level leasing efforts on mixed-use developments in Tennessee and Texas. He leveraged his capital markets, leasing, and ownership experience to establish Smart Living Residential. Mr. Hanson holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.

Justin Parscale is the Managing Director and Partner of Parscale Group, a Dallas-based architecture firm committed to design excellence and redefining how firms compete in Dallas / Fort Worth. Raised in Enid, Oklahoma, Justin brings the grit and determination of his humble beginnings into every aspect of his leadership. With over 25 years of experience, he is guiding Parscale Group to compete alongside the largest architecture firms in Dallas, delivering work that merges innovative design with practical, people-centered solutions. His leadership is rooted in the belief that great architecture is both beautiful and impactful, serving the communities it impacts. Justin also serves on the board of the Barack Obama Male Leadership Academy and is a graduate of the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas Class of 2019. He credits his remarkable wife’s unwavering support as essential to the growth of both their family and the firm. As CIVE®’s President & CEO, Mr. Domloj has over 20 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management and Design. Mr. Domloj has driven the company's growth starting from a small engineering consulting firm to its existing state of being a Design Build firm, providing top-down design, engineering and construction services to Commercial, Industrial and Community sectors. He is now responsible for developing, designing, coordinating, reviewing and evaluating projects and ongoing work of the engineering and construction division at CIVE. Under his leadership, the company has expanded into international markets by establishing presence in Doha, Qatar, while also establishing CIVE Ready Mix in Houston and A2Z Building Material in Dubai, UAE as part of the company’s long-term vision. CIVE continues to receive recognition and accolades by independent publishers both at local, regional, and national level. He has also been appointed by the Mayor of Houston, and Councilman Ed Pollard to serve the Houston community as member of Board of Directors to TIRZ #1 - a redevelopment initiative by the Houston City Council.

A native of Monroe, LA, Florsheim is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe in Business Management and the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute. He has an MBA from Louisiana Tech University and is an alumnus of Leadership Louisiana, Leadership Arkansas and Leadership North Texas. He received his IOM designation from the Institute of Organization Management, a four-year program of the United States Chamber of Commerce. Florsheim recently served as Chair for the Southeast Institute’s Board of Regents, located at the University of Georgia. He also served as a board member for the Texas Association of Business and Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives, and represented the United States Air Force at a national level in the Air Education & Training Commander’s Civic Leaders Group. Florsheim completed the U.S. Chamber Foundation’s Business Leads Fellowship, which focuses on innovation in education and workforce development around the country. During Florsheim’s career in economic development and non-profit management, organizations under his leadership have won several national and statewide awards for marketing and economic development and landed over $1 billion in capital investment for their communities. A creative problem-solver, Florsheim has nearly 30 years of economic development and Chamber leadership experience and a history of developing successful strategic partnerships. Henry and his wife Kimberly have six children, and have served as foster parents to many other children in need.
