FarmWorks One at The Farm
FarmWorks One is a brand new, 102,000 SF, Class A office building located in the heart of The Farm in Allen, a 135 mixed use development along SH121 in Allen, TX. The three story Class A building features a three story atrium lobby with monumental stairs, balconies directly off of the office space on the second and third floors, a fitness center, a first floor streetscape patio and two outdoor employee work and play areas. Connected to the office building by a covered walkway is a four story parking garage providing a 4 spaces per 1000 sf parking ratio when combined with the onsite and urban street parking. FarmWorks One is located across the street from the Chicken and Pickle which is to open next year, next door to the High Five Family Entertainment, also to open next year and just down the street from The Hub and West Lake Park. A hotel is in the planning stages across the street from FarmWorks One with urban residential and townhome living available two blocks away in the truly walkable environment of The Farm in Allen.
