Pamela Stoyanoff, MBA, CPA, and FACHE is currently President and Chief

Operating Officer for the 12 hospital Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas. In that role she leads strategic planning for the system and provides operational leadership for its hospitals, joint ventures, and medical group. She is passionate about the Quadruple Aim and improving health by leading efforts that help to reduce health disparities.

Pam has been a member of numerous Boards including the Dallas-Fort-Worth

Hospital Council Education and Foundation Board, the Texas Hospital Association Board of Directors, the American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Finance Committee.

Prior to coming to Dallas, Pam was the Chief Financial Officer for the St. Vincent Health System (4 hospitals) in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is originally from Chicago, Illinois and began her career at Arthur Anderson & Co.

Pam has her BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, is a CPA and has her Masters degree from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Pam has spoken around the country on many topics including revenue cycle

management, robotics, cost reduction strategies, and diversity in healthcare supply

procurement.

She has been voted one of the top “100 Women Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know” by Becker’s Hospital Review, one of the top 25 Women in Business in Dallas/Ft. Worth by the Dallas Business Journal, and was also selected by the Dallas Business Journal, as a Health Care Hero (in recognition of contributions toward improving healthcare in North Texas). Pam is currently a finalist for DCEO magazine’s Excellence in Healthcare Awards, in the Hospital Executive of the Year category.

Marcia Schneider rejoined UT Southwestern in February 2019 as Vice President, Health System Strategy and Business Development and Chief Strategy Officer.

A veteran health care system executive, Ms. Schneider directs the strategic planning, business development, and health care delivery system transformation for the UT Southwestern Health System.

Previously, she was Assistant Vice President for Health System Planning and Performance at UT Southwestern, supporting the strategic development of the UT Southwestern-Texas Health Resources collaboration and the resulting Southwestern Health Resources network. She also led the planning and programming for UT Southwestern’s William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital, which opened in December 2014.

Most recently, she was Vice President of Administration at Baylor Scott & White Health, leading operational transformation.

Ms. Schneider holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Alan Kramer grew up in Texas and completed his bachelors degree at Baylor University and masters degree in Health Management at the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. Alan serves as Associate Vice President of Health System Emerging Strategies & Market Development at UT Southwestern Medical Center. In this role, Alan is responsible for UT Southwestern’s digital health, virtual care, patient access strategy, advanced analytics, practice acquisition & development, market development, and physician outreach. Previously, Alan worked at Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas, Texas and Emory Healthcare in Atlanta, Georgia. Alan currently lives in Dallas with his wife, Carmen, twin boys and daughter. In his free time, Alan enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

Steve is an experienced healthcare real estate executive with skills in budgeting, leasing, project management, feasibility, and business development. His role at Cambridge, in coordination with our development and leasing teams, spans the entire project development process: from market analysis in the pre-development stage to physician and hospital tenant leasing and project management. Steve joins Cambridge following 22 years in similar positions with Johnson Healthcare Real Estate, where he was the executive in charge of the Dallas office; Duke Realty, Trammell Crow Company, and Healthcare Realty Trust. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University. Outside the office, Steve is a respectably average gardener and DIY handyman, so you can usually find him working in the yard or playing with power tools (or sometimes both).

Randy has more than 37 years of experience providing high-level project delivery and project leadership with Higher Education and Healthcare clients.

His national and international experience affords him a global perspective on the marketplace and provides strategic project planning services offering clients a forward-looking, inclusive approach to project development and design. His background includes significant experience with top tanked global firms. He provides strategic direction to lead and motivate teams to perform according to the client’s objectives. His career has been focused on the human environment which involves creative expression by re-imagining and re-shaping the human environment to enhance its aesthetic and functional dimensions, health, cultural significance, and social relevance.

Jeff Spiller is responsible for leading the development team on executing all functions of development for Healthcare Trust of America with a focus on planning, entitlement, financial analysis and overall management of the development process from inception through stabilization. Mr. Spiller previously worked with large commercial general contractors Mortenson and Walsh Construction responsible for over $1B worth of real estate development primarily focused on the Healthcare Industry.

Brian Ward is a Structural Steel Specialist serving the Dallas/Fort Worth market for the American Institute of Steel Construction. His primary role at AISC is to serve as a resource to the AEC community in the DFW area on the latest innovations and information on all facets related to the design and construction of structural steel. Before joining AISC, Brian worked for a steel fabricator as a design engineer and regional sales manager in the DFW area for 16 years. Additionally, he served as a senior project engineer for a local general contractor for two years. Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station.

Builder-Leader with a broad background of commercial construction experience, skill sets and vision, who has developed long-standing relationships throughout 30 years in the industry.

Passion for solving problems within budget and cost constraints while achieving quality goals. Numerous examples of leading and participating in teams that have caused projects to move forward, that had previously been held up due to cost issues.

Peter S. Brodsky is an investor and business executive who, through a

majority-owned company, owns the Reimagine RedBird development

(formerly known as Southwest Center Mall and, prior to that, Red Bird

Mall). He is investing in the mall and its surrounding land to restore it to

a place of pride and quality in the community.

Prior to acquiring the mall, Peter was a founder and partner of HBC

Investments LLC, a firm focused on investing both third party capital and

the capital of its principals in growth-oriented companies. Prior to co-

founding HBC, Peter was a partner at the private equity firm of HM

Capital Partners and its predecessor, Hicks Muse, where he was

employed for over 15 years. At HM Capital, Peter focused on the media

industry and was responsible for deploying or managing over $2.6 billion of equity investments and completed

over 100 transactions.

In the civic and non-profit arenas, Peter serves on several boards. He serves as Chairman of the City of Dallas’s

Animal Advisory Commission, which advises Dallas Animal Services, the city animal shelter and control service

provider. On the Commission, Peter’s focus is addressing the stray and loose dog crisis in southern Dallas. Peter

also serves on the Boards of: KIPP Dallas-Fort Worth, a network of seven high-performing charter schools serving

over 3,000 students in grades K through 9th in southern Dallas, which he chaired from January 2011 through June

2017; and North Texas Public Broadcasting, the owner and operator of Dallas-Fort Worth’s PBS and NPR affiliates.

Peter received a BA in Russian Literature from Yale College. He lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Lael and their three

children.

Noel Santini is a board certified Internal Medicine physician who earned his medical degree at the University of Puerto

Rico School of Medicine and received his Internal Medicine training at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas.

He earned a Master of Business Administration degree on Healthcare Organization Leadership and Management at

the University of Texas in Dallas.

Dr. Santini is currently the Senior Medical Director of Ambulatory Services at Parkland Health & Hospital System and

Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern. In his role

he is responsible for the direction and coordination of the medical and clinical ambulatory services assuring high

quality care is provided to all patients. As a physician leader he participates on multiple key health system committees,

plays a key role in the development of multiple projects related to care management of patient across the continuum of

care, and is the co-investigator of multiple research grants mainly related to Population Health.

Dr. Santini contributed to the achievement of the Patient Centered Medical Home recognition by the National

Committee for Quality Assurance, as well as recognition by the American Diabetes Association of the Healthy Living

with Diabetes program.

He has also contributed to numerous publications, manuscripts, presentations and continuing education programs

related to his field of practice.

He has been a member of the American Medical Association, the Dallas County Medical Society and the Texas

Medical Association. He has served on several leadership boards including the Board of Directors of the Texas

Chapter of the American College of Physicians from 2008 to 2011, the Leadership Board of the American

Diabetes Association in North Texas where he was elected president of the Board in 2015, the Board of

Directors of the Dallas-Valencia Citizens Committee where he served as the chair of Health Initiatives, the

Men’s Health Advisory Board at Parkland, the Pathology Clinical Advisory Council at Parkland, and the

Diabetes Advisory Board at Parkland, among others. He was recently appointed by the Dallas County

Commissioners as a member of the Metrocare Board of Trustees.

Dr. Santini is currently a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, a member of the Texas Club of Internists, the

Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, and the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. He has received several

recognitions including the Provider Recognition Award by the American Diabetes Association, the Parkland Above and

Beyond Award, and the Parkland Distinguished Physician Award, among others.

He has dedicated his career and work to serve the medically underserved of Dallas County where he has become a

physician leader in ambulatory and outpatient medicine in one of the nation’s largest safety-net systems.

Crandle has over 33 years of experience in the practice of architecture. As Health Principal, Crandle is responsible to his clients for the overall success of their team. As a health leader at HDR, his responsibilities include the commitment of and accountability for the resources of HDR and the entire Design and Health Planning Team as well as client satisfaction. Crandle ensures that projects are properly staffed and quality control is executed. Crandle works closely with the entire team to safeguard our client’s goals and objectives.
