Shafaq Hedstrom is the Chief Energy Strategy Officer at Cologix and is responsible for developing and implementing innovative energy solutions to enable our roadmap for strategic growth in alignment with our commitment to sustainability. With over 18 years of experience in the energy sector, Shafaq has a wealth of knowledge in energy markets. She is a recognized leader in developing innovative energy strategies, customer-focused solutions, large-scale project execution and forming strategic partnerships.

Prior to Cologix, Shafaq was most recently the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy. There, she was responsible for the strategy, technology commercialization and global partnerships to deploy new nuclear technologies such as small modular reactors. These technologies support the growing energy needs of customers and the global energy transition. Prior to this, Shafaq held various roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, leading renewables and decarbonization initiatives, strategic management of large industrial and commercial customers and partnering with local communities to advance economic development.

Shafaq has a passion for teamwork and innovation and has led many diverse teams to success in advancing clean energy solutions. Shafaq holds an MBA and B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

David is an experienced public speaker and data center evangelist with over 25 years in

the IT/Data Center industry. He has held a variety of roles, from leading national product

and solution engineering teams to hosting the QTS Experience podcast.

David is passionate about using technology and data for the greater good. He believes

that data centers can help humanity prosper, nurture our planet, and safeguard a future

for upcoming generations. He is committed to fostering a community that brings

He has more than 40 years’ experience in general commercial real estate law. Jeff’s real estate practice includes acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and borrower’s side financing. Jeff also has a particular focus on real estate challenges facing communications, technology and energy companies, and represents property owners and telecom companies in telecom real estate matters, particularly in data center development, acquisitions, sales, leases, colocation agreements and service level agreements. His clients include both large national companies and smaller, local clients, and includes representation of landlords and tenants in all types of leases; counseling owners and developers in the acquisition, sale, joint venture, development, and renovation of property as well as sale-leaseback transactions; advising lenders and borrowers in commercial loans; and the representation of all parties in real estate litigation. Hari is a construction manager at Meta, where he oversees the site development, construction, and commissioning of data centers. He brings extensive experience in data center deployment, having worked with major hyperscalers such as AWS and Microsoft in various capacities.

As a co-leader of Siren Energy, Delvina didn’t just help build a company—she led it to remarkable success, growing it from zero to a $78M acquisition in just 24 months. Her leadership in deploying cutting-edge CNG and hydrogen technologies has reshaped the industry’s approach to reducing carbon emissions, putting her at the forefront of the energy transition.

Delvina’s love for engineering solutions led her to manage $250MM in drilling and

completions operations in the energy sector. She led engineering teams to deliver groundbreaking results, such as designing and executing an 18,544-foot lateral well - three times longer than the industry standard at the time. Through her innovative approach, she consistently has advanced the industry's technological capabilities.

Delvina Uka holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating summa cum laude, and completed the Energy Executive Management Program at Oklahoma State University

Deep Bandyopadhyay, Ph.D. is an accomplished engineering and business development leader with over 19 years of experience in the energy, transportation, and defense sectors. He currently serves as Director of Engineered Power Solutions at Wildcat Power Gen, where he leads cross-functional teams delivering modular backup and bridge power solutions to mission-critical sectors such as data centers, microgrids, and defense infrastructure.

Deep brings a strong track record of managing large-scale technical programs, guiding innovation from concept to commercialization, and aligning engineering execution with business strategy. His leadership has driven revenue growth, secured multimillion-dollar contracts, and shaped product roadmaps across global organizations such as Fairbanks Morse Defense, Caterpillar, and FEV.

A recognized innovator with 20+ patents, Deep holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. He is known for building high-performance teams, forging strategic partnerships, and advancing decarbonization, electrification, and energy conversion technologies.

Brit is an experienced sales executive responsible for solving complex infrastructure requirements for hyperscale, cloud, and content clients. She provides technical expertise in AI, hybrid cloud, edge and subsea systems with an emphasis on sustainability and renewable energy. Brit brings more than 20 years of sales and business development experience to her work at Edged, having managed partnerships with many of the largest cloud and hyperscale clients in the industry.

James Connelly is a Sales Manager for Clarke Energy USA - With over two decades of experience globally in the Energy and Power Generation sector James has gained extensive expertise across various sectors including Sales and Business Development, project management, field service and commissioning and lead him to live and work in multiple countries around the globe. He currently leads the Clarke Energy data center sales segment leveraging his CHP, Power Generation and Energy Storage experience.

Steven represents energy project developers, private equity and infrastructure funds, commercial and corporate end users of energy, and clean energy trade groups across a broad spectrum of high-stakes legal and business matters. His practice encompasses handling federal and state regulatory issues involving the power sector, with a particular emphasis on matters involving wholesale power markets, advising clients on emerging issues in the energy sector, and counseling clients on energy transactional and project development matters.

In his regulatory practice, he provides strategic advice and counseling, prepares Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) filings in support of transactions, and manages negotiations and dispute resolution proceedings. He also leads administrative litigation, rulemaking and ratemaking proceedings before FERC and state regulatory agencies, and has experience appealing FERC decisions to federal courts of appeals. Shparber also has a significant transactional practice that includes advising parties seeking to develop, own, operate, and finance utility-scale renewable energy projects, distributed energy resources, green hydrogen projects, microgrids, and EV-charging networks.

During the past 35 years, Jeff has developed considerable experience in the intersection of real estate with communications, technology, and energy issues. He has extensive experience representing landlords, tenants, developers, and communications service providers in the leasing, purchase, sale, and financing of data centers, colocation facilities, radio and television broadcast antennas, distributed and in-building wireless systems, rooftop antennas, and fiber-optic transactions as well as the wiring of buildings for broadband communications access. Jeff has also negotiated thousands of data center leases, master services agreements, colocation agreements and service level agreements, rooftop and cellular antenna leases, inside wiring agreements, and antenna tower leases throughout the country – covering over 500 million square feet.

He has also devoted a considerable portion of his practice to power and energy issues related to real estate and other technology matters, including large solar and wind installations, battery storage facilities, and bulk power purchases.

Jeff is a frequent speaker on real estate, data center, and telecom topics around the country. He is Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and on the faculty of the Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute. He regularly speaks as a panelist at data center, digital infrastructure and real estate conference around the United States. In addition, he is regularly quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Bisnow, Commercial Property News, Real Estate Weekly, and other publications. He co-authored the first treatise chapter on telecom real law for Powell on Real Property in 1999.

Jeff has previously served in numerous governmental positions, including as a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, a member of the New York State Banking Board, a member of the New York State Financial Control Board, a member of the Departmental Disciplinary Committee of the Appellate Division of the First Department of the New York State Supreme Court, Assistant to the First Deputy Mayor of the City of New York, and assistant to the Deputy Borough President of the Borough of Manhattan. From 1981 to 1982, Jeff served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles L. Brieant, US District Judge, and later Chief Judge, for the Southern District of New York.

Jeff is also an emergency medical technician on his local volunteer ambulance and President of his local chapter, as well as having served for 8 years on the Board of Trustees of the umbrella organization which is the largest volunteer ambulance service in the United States.
