Bryan Smith serves as Chief Executive Officer at Expedient and brings more than 25 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Technology industries to his role. Prior to taking on the role of CEO, Bryan served as SVP and Chief Strategy Officer of Expedient overseeing strategic growth planning, product design, marketing, and business development for Expedient. Bryan was one of the initial employees of Expedient in 2001 and has been instrumental in identifying expansion/acquisition opportunities. He has been involved at every stage of Expedient’s growth from the initial start as a fixed-wireless Internet Service Provider (ISP) to a leading data center and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) provider. In 2013, he was honored as one of the Top 20 People to Know in Technology by Business First. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Baldwin Wallace College and an Executive MBA from The Ohio State University.

Brandy Chapman is a seasoned Business Development Specialist with a passion for safeguarding Mission Critical Sites. Collaborating closely with Directors of Security, Construction Managers, Architects, and Security Consultant firms, Brandy focuses on fortifying site perimeters to ensure utmost security. She firmly believes that the integrity of a high-security site begins with its perimeter, setting the standard for the level of protection afforded to valuable assets within.

Craig is a licensed architect with over 30 years in the mission-critical industry and has delivered hundreds of data center projects globally for hyperscale companies, colocation providers, government agencies, and academic institutions. In his role at Oracle (OCI), Craig serves as a subject matter expert for all phases of project delivery and supports multiple project teams delivering city-scaled data centers for AI and Cloud services.

Ashley Dirou brings more than 18 years of pump and water industry expertise to the rapidly evolving world of digital infrastructure. As an innovator driving Grundfos’ global data center strategy, she sits at the intersection of mechanical systems, sustainability, and missioncritical operations helping the modern digital infrastructure’s engineers, contractors and operators design cooling and district energy solutions that keep the world’s digital backbone running while thinking in the most sustainable ways.

A former Division I athlete, Ashley channels that same competitive energy into accelerating innovation, strengthening strategic partnerships, and elevating performance across regions. Her work focuses on advancing highefficiency pumping technologies, optimizing water and energy use, and supporting the next generation of resilient, scalable data center environments while also being passionate about narrowing the known workforce gaps.

Known for her collaborative style and highimpact approach, Ashley is passionate about bringing stakeholders together to solve complex challenges. She thrives in conversations about digital infrastructure trends, sustainability, and technologies shaping the future of advancing the flow of water.

Michael joined NTI as a Project Manager in November 2018 and relocated from Illinois to Virginia in February 2019 to support the rapid expansion of the Northern Virginia market. In 2020, he was promoted to Operations Manager, where he formalized team structure and established scalable processes across the region.

In 2021, he advanced to Director, leading all Data Center and Fiber operations in the Mid-Atlantic. The following year, he was promoted to Senior Director and played a key role in launching NTI’s Columbus, Ohio market. During this time, Michael completed an MBA with concentrations in Operations and Human Resource Management and earned his PMP certification.

In 2023, Michael was named Vice President to lead national outside plant (OSP) fiber initiatives, later transitioning to Vice President—East, where he oversaw Data Center and Fiber operations across the Mid-Atlantic, New York/New Jersey, and Ohio markets, while directing regional growth and customer programs.

Recognized for cultivating strong client partnerships and driving operational excellence, Michael was recently promoted to Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In this role, he is responsible for developing and executing NTI’s long-term growth strategy across its Data Center, Fiber Services, and Hyperscale business lines. He works closely with operations, finance, business development, and M&A teams to ensure alignment and deliver measurable results.

Ryan Larkin is a National Account Executive with Limbach, specializing in mechanical solutions for hyperscale and enterprise data centers. With more than 20 years of experience in business development, account management, and construction-related industries, Ryan focuses on developing strategic partnerships and delivering complex projects for mission-critical facilities. His areas of expertise include AI retrofits and Day 1 modular prefabrication. Ryan’s expertise ensures mechanical strategies keep pace with evolving performance, scalability, and efficiency demands, helping his customers’ critical systems stay ahead of the moment.

Doug, brings over 25 years of expertise in various areas including data

center operations, data center design and construction, and Hybrid Cloud

Architecture for Fortune 100 enterprises. Doug has successfully tackled a

wide variety of large-scale, projects and builds, including Greenfield and

Brownfield construction and development, Network and Critical Systems

overhauls and modernizations, as well as a variety of Edge Network and

Compute projects. Doug has recently been focused on High Density

Cooling projects, as well as the Power infrastructure inherent to these

systems, and now brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to

Wesco’ customers in their projects.

Doug holds an active DCDC certification.

With nearly a decade of experience supporting mission-critical data center infrastructure, Stacey has worked alongside owners, operators, and engineering teams to address the challenges of maintaining reliability, performance, and asset integrity in some of North America's most demanding facilities. Her experience spans mechanical systems, quality assurance, inspection programs, and the long-term management of infrastructure that cannot afford unplanned downtime.
