After graduating from Ohio State, Shree joined his brother Samir to found Kulkarni Properties, a regional real estate holding and development company, and Helios Facilities Management, a regional property management and facilities maintenance company. Shree currently serves as the owner, president, and CEO of Kulkarni Properties, directing the strategic, organizational, and managerial needs of the company as well as the Kulkarni Properties portfolio of more than $70 million in real estate and other assets.

I am a faculty member at the University of Cincinnati's Economics department and the Academic Director for the MS in Applied Economics program. My academic research interests are in the areas of labor economics, public economics, and the economics of education. I have a passion for innovative teaching and I enjoy speaking to groups about economic issues. I also provide consulting services in economic analysis.

John’s diverse real estate background includes extensive property management experience with central business district class A office high rise, industrial, office/flex, retail, suburban office, and public facilities management.

In addition to his property management background, John has distinguished himself in all aspects of tenant improvement and building construction. John has worked for such industry leaders as Hines Interests, Cabot Industrial Trust (now Cabot Properties) and CB Richard Ellis. John received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science at the University of Richmond. John is a graduate of Culver Military Academy and a former United States Army Officer and helicopter pilot.

Dan has been involved with the commercial real estate and construction industry for over thirty-five years, continuing the family heritage that began over 100 years ago in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. In 1995, Dan formed Neyer Properties, Inc. to pursue his vision of creating value in office, retail, industrial, medical and, most recently, hospitality and multi-family products. Neyer Properties is a fully integrated real estate company specializing in development, construction, financing and management of sustainable land and building developments, with properties in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Dan is highly respected and knowledgeable in all phases of the development of commercial real estate and uses his leadership and experience to be an advocate for positive change in our community. He has been directly involved in the development of over 3,000 acres of property and over 500 building and development projects, totaling well over $1.5 billion in value.

Eric H. Kearney has had a career in law, business, and politics. As a state senator, Eric served as Ohio Senate Minority Leader and has championed a number of causes including adoption, children's health, small business development, and pension reform. On a national level, Eric was a member of President Barack Obama's national finance committee when he ran for U.S. Senate and President. He has been a leader in Ohio's legal community and is a managing partner of Kearney & Kearney, LPA. In addition to politics and law, Eric has been a leader in the business community. He founded and built one of the largest African American owned publishing companies, Sesh Communications, which publishes The Cincinnati Herald, The Northern Kentucky Herald, The Dayton Defender, and other publications. Eric graduated from St. Xavier High School, earned a B.A. in English from Dartmouth College. He is married to Jan-Michele Lemon Kearney Esq. who is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School. They have two children, Celeste (a student at Dartmouth College) and Asher.
