As Senior Vice President and Regional Director of IDI Logistics’ East region, Doug is

directly responsible for leading all capital deployment and operations efforts for the eastern

United States. This includes overseeing all land and building acquisitions, development,

construction, leasing, sales, dispositions and property management in Ohio, Kentucky,

Indiana, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Virginia.

Since coming to IDI Logistics in 1995, Doug has been involved with leasing and

development of inventory and build-to-suit projects totaling more than 20 million square feet

of space, valued at more than $950 million.

Doug’s experience includes real estate development and leasing, brokerage, financing,

acquisitions, and dispositions. Prior to joining IDI in 1995, he was a Market Officer at

Prologis in the Cincinnati Region, and Finance Manager for Paul Hemmer Companies, a Cincinnati based developer.

Currently, he is a Chairman of the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Executive Advisory Committee and a member of

BEARE. In the past, Doug has served as a speaker for NAIOP's eCon conference and the NAIOP Developing for the New

Century course, and has instructed Real Estate Finance in the College of Business Administration at the University of

Cincinnati.

Doug holds B.B.A. degrees in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Cincinnati, and is a CRE (Counselor of Real

Estate), SIOR industrial member and is a licensed real estate Broker in the states of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Geoffrey Kasselman, SIOR, LEED AP, serves as an Executive Managing Director at NKF where he leads the company’s National Industrial Practice. In this capacity, he guides the direction and expansion of the firm’s industrial brokerage capabilities across North America, including supporting various corporate portfolio, e-commerce, manufacturing, food & beverage, and data center projects, while also promoting the benefits of sustainability, technology and innovation for the sector. He also serves as CEO and Founder of Op2mize Energy, a strategic energy procurement firm.

Mr. Kasselman was recently honored as a member of the 2017 Midwest CRE Hall of Fame, a 2016 CoStar Power Broker, and recently won NKF’s Outstanding Service Award for 2016, in addition to numerous other honors and distinctions received over his 30-year career. He is a prominent national speaker and accomplished author on a variety of topics including economic trends, innovation, sustainability and the exponential future of CRE. Over the course of his career he has completed more than 1,000 transactions worth in excess of $1 billion.

In addition to his NKF responsibilities, Mr. Kasselman is serving a one-year term as the 2017 Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) Global President. SIOR was founded in 1941 by the US Government to help secure industrial facilities in support of the World War II effort. In this regard, SIOR has been servicing the commercial real estate industry for over 75 years. In this volunteer role, Kasselman leads the preeminent non-profit commercial real estate services organization in an array of strategic and global initiatives while acting as an ambassador and discussing the many benefits of becoming a SIOR designee.

Investments, has 27 years of real estate experience and has been employed by Cabot for 17 years. Mr. Forbes is responsible for the initial review of investment opportunities for the Cabot Core Fund which is targeting the top 16 industrial markets within the United States. Mr. Forbes is also responsible for sourcing and closing Core industrial property investments in all U.S. markets. While with the Cabot REIT, he served as Vice President and had asset management responsibility for more than 10 million square feet of industrial real estate. He has completed $1.4 billion of Investment Cost in transactions as part of the acquisitions team throughout his career at Cabot. Mr. Forbes serves on the Value Fund IV, Value Fund V, Core Fund I and Core Fund II Investment Committees. Prior to joining Cabot, he served as Vice President for RREEF (2001-2003), where he had assistant portfolio management responsibilities for CalWest. Mr. Forbes began his real estate career with Whittier Partners/ CB Richard Ellis as a Property Manager in 1990. Mr. Forbes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College and a Master of Science degree (specializing in Real Estate) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Carey E. Herrlinger, Vice President, Investments, has 12 years of real estate experience, six of which are with Cabot. Mr. Herrlinger is responsible for sourcing and closing industrial property investments in Ohio, Illinois, Maryland, and Virginia. Prior to joining Cabot, Mr. Herrlinger spent five years with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, where he managed and underwrote commercial mortgages for multi-family properties throughout the U.S. Mr. Herrlinger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Doug is responsible for the leadership and overall management of operations of the Indianapolis office. Doug's primary responsibilities include the management of active projects and pursuit of real estate development in Indianapolis as well as Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. As such, Doug plays an integral role in defining and execution of the office’s daily strategies as well as future growth plans for the region.

His development experience includes build to suits, spec, redevelopments and land acquisitions.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Ohio State University. He is active in the NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, serving as past president and founder of the Indiana chapter and on the national board of directors. Currently, he serves as governor for the NAIOP Research Foundation. Additionally, Doug is a member of the University of Indianapolis Real Estate Development and Construction Management Advisory Board, the Industrial Asset Management Council and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

John Cumming is Senior Vice President of Development for SCP. John’s main concentration is to expand SCP’s industrial portfolio as well as assist with office and mixed–use portfolios in SCP’s target markets.

Prior to joining SCP, John was senior vice president of Buckingham Companies, managing development operations and the firm’s commercial real estate portfolio. Prior to Buckingham, John was with Opus Development for 14 years as Vice President of Development. In 1998 John opened the Indianapolis office for Opus and led development activities in Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky, where he developed and leased over 6 million square feet of industrial space and 350,000 square feet of office space with a total investment of over $300 million.

John is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.A. in Economics. He serves on the board of directors and is a former president of the Indiana Chapter of NAIOP and previously served on the corporate board of directors for NAIOP. John is an active member of Urban Land Institute and is a licensed Indiana Managing Broker.

John Rickert, CCIM founded SVN |RICORE Investment Management, Inc. in 2001.

John’s real estate background includes extensive real estate investment management,

acquisition and disposition including substantial experience with distressed debt and distressed

assets.

SVN|RICORE’s core business is composed of commercial real estate brokerage; leasing and

investment sale; property management, court appointed receivership services, general

contracting and construction management.

So far in 2017, SVN|RICORE’s staff of 48 has continued their regional leadership managing $250

million of annual investment revenue attributed to approximately 1,050 tenants in 254 assets.

SVN|RICORE’s National Accounts practice is working with 9 separate companies including other

SVN affiliates managing and leasing over 200 properties in 16 states. In 2017, SVN|RICORE’s

general contracting and construction management company, General Contracting Partners

(GCP), is expected to complete 18 projects valued at just less than $35 million.

John received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science at the University of

Richmond, VA. John is a graduate of Culver Military Academy and a former United States Army

Previously Ryan has worked as a project superintendent, cost engineer, estimator and

pre-construction engineer gaining significant industry knowledge. In addition, Ryan

Si Pitstick currently serves as an executive managing director in the

Cincinnati office of Newmark Knight Frank. Mr. Pitstick specializes in

large industrial projects and is part of a four-person team that includes

Josh Young, Travis Inglis and Linda Rassche.

Mr. Pitstick assists clients locally, nationally and internationally with all

aspects of their industrial real estate needs, from their distribution and

manufacturing network strategy, to location selection, to facility design,

and ultimately to acquisitions and dispositions of industrial assets. His

services include marketing freestanding and multi-tenant buildings for

sale or lease as well as selling industrial investment property and

industrial land. He also represents clients in restructuring/renewing their

leases, site searches and negotiations to either buy or lease industrial

facilities, including build-to-suit projects.

With a background in finance, Mr. Pitstick has an in-depth knowledge of

tax abatements, economic incentives and creative financing. His

analytical skills and attention to detail ensure that each client achieves

the best possible deal in both economic and contractual terms. During

his 28 years in the industry, Mr. Pitstick has completed lease/sale

transactions on over 50 million square feet of industrial buildings,

valued in excess of $1 billion.

Susan Branscome, Managing Director of the NorthMarq Capital Cincinnati and Louisville office has over

36 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and mortgage banking. Over her career,

Branscome has originated more than $3.0 billion in commercial real estate debt. For 13 years prior to

beginning her career in commercial mortgage banking, Susan was a construction lender with Bank One

and permanent loan lender with Carillon Advisors, the investment advisor for Union Central Life

Insurance Company and Manhattan National Life, now Ameritas. Susan’s strengths include developing

and nurturing long-term relationships with commercial real estate lenders and borrowing clients and

working hard to achieve her clients’ goals. Prior to selling her company, Q10|Quest Commercial Capital

to NorthMarq Capital in December 2014, she built the company’s servicing portfolio and success for

over 16 years.

Branscome manages client relationships with more than 25 life insurance companies, including PPM

Finance, American Equity, Southern Farm, Riversource, Symetra, and OneAmerica. These firms rely on

NorthMarq Capital to originate and service commercial real estate loans throughout the region.

Commercial real estate owners and developers use Branscome and her team to find the most

competitive loan terms available in the marketplace. The firm originates commercial mortgages with

institutional investors and borrowers, typically long-term, fixed-interest rate, non-recourse debt.

Susan Branscome is one of only two women in the United States who have started her own mortgage

banking firm. Of the industry’s 5,000 U.S. mortgage banking professionals, less than two percent are

women.
