Why You Can't Miss This Event

What We'll Explore At This Commercial Real Estate Conference:

  • How Schaumburg's 225-acre Veridian/90 North redevelopment and the village's first office-to-apartment conversion are reshaping the Woodfield corridor

  • Why Elk Grove Village and the O'Hare submarket have become one of the fastest-growing data center markets in the Midwest — and what a $1B+ pipeline means for land values, power capacity, and industrial rents

  • Where multifamily and mixed-use are filling the gap left by struggling suburban office product, from Oak Brook Commons to Naperville's Route 59 corridor

  • How Lake County municipalities like Deerfield and Vernon Hills are handling corporate-campus redevelopment as legacy anchors reposition

  • The public-private playbook: how village economic development offices are structuring incentives to compete for the next wave of investment

  • The role of interest rates, construction costs, and tenant demand shifts in underwriting new suburban projects heading into 2027

How You'll Do More Business From Attending This Summit

The northern Chicago suburbs are in the middle of their biggest transformation in a generation. Schaumburg is converting aging Woodfield-area office towers into apartments and breaking ground on the 225-acre Veridian mixed-use district on the old Motorola campus. Meanwhile, Elk Grove Village, already one of the country's largest industrial parks, is now a magnet for hyperscale data center investment, anchored by Prime Data Centers' roughly $1 billion, multi-building campus.

Further out, Naperville, Oak Brook, and Lake County communities are each writing their own next chapter: Naperville has approved new multifamily development along its Route 59 corridor, Hines is building out its Oak Brook Commons mixed-use community on a former corporate campus site, and Deerfield is redeveloping legacy corporate real estate alongside new transit-oriented apartments at Lake Cook Crossing. Join us to hear directly from the owners, developers, and village leaders steering these projects and others like them, and to build the relationships that turn insight into your next deal.

Who You'll Network With At This Discussion

Owners, developers, investors, brokers, business consultants, architects, engineers, designers, lawyers, accountants, bankers, and village, city, and county government officials.
