Mr. Glickman serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Capri Retail Advisors and oversees investment management, property management and consulting with respect to retail operating and development properties. Mr. Glickman has over 40 years of leadership experience in the real estate industry prior to joining Capri, most recently as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Urban Retail Properties, developing and managing a portfolio of 85 retail properties across 31 U.S. states, with a global presence in China, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan and Japan. Mr. Glickman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University. He is a member of ICSC, a past trustee of the Illinois Economic Development Board, a trustee for the Illinois Economic Recovery Board, an Advisory Board member of the Paul Simon Institute at Southern Illinois University, and a member of the Executive Board of The Roosevelt University School of Real Estate.

Elizabeth (Liz) Holland is the Chief Executive Officer of Abbell Associates, an

eighty- year old private real estate investment, development and management

company with an approximately 5.5 million/sf portfolio, comprised of shopping

center, office, and enclosed mall properties. Liz is responsible for overseeing all

business and legal matters, including development, financing, leasing, capital and

construction projects, and investor and tenant relations. Active in the International

Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Liz served as the worldwide Chairman (2016-

17). In addition to ICSC, Liz is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) -

Commercial & Retail Council - Blue.

Liz is a Trustee of Federal Realty Investment Trust (FRT) and a board

member of: VICI Properties, Inc. (VICI); Village Bank & Trust; and The James

Campbell Company, LLC.

Prior to joining Abbell, Liz was a Senior Staff Attorney with the National

Bankruptcy Review Commission, a Congressional commission charged with making

recommendations to amend the Bankruptcy Code. Previously, Liz was a

restructuring and business reorganization attorney with the law firm of Skadden,

Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York. Prior to becoming an attorney, Liz was a

fixed income portfolio manager at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in New York.

Liz currently serves on the board of The Primo Center for Women &

Children. She also served for many years on the boards of Lighthouse Academies;

Uptown United; and 1,000 Friends of Iowa.

Paul Tsakiris

Paul Tsakiris founded First Western Properties, Inc. in 1999 and is a leading figure in Chicago’s real estate community. Mr. Tsakiris has appeared as an expert guest on Stock Market Observer, the Chicago Real Estate Council and is frequently quoted in publications such as the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun Times, as well as Crain's Chicago Business. He has also written articles published in Chicago Realtor Magazine.

His extensive real estate background includes:

• CEO of First Western Properties, a commercial real estate firm based in Chicago and Miami.

• CEO of Paradise Construction, a European luxury home developer

• Award Winning Brokerage Results; Mr. Tsakiris has earned numerous sales awards including: CoStar Power Broker, Top Multi-family Sales, Top Investment Sales, Top Retail Leasing by the Chicago Association of Realtors. He has also been recognized in the Wall Street Journal

• Development of Multifamily, Retail and Medical facilities both locally and abroad

• Acquisition and Turn Around of under-performing retail and medical properties

• Acquisition and Rehab of over 2,500 decimated apartment units, resulting in 6 Good Neighbor Awards; an award given to projects that have the greatest positive impact on a community

• Receivership and REO Advisory to a wide range of debt investors from local community banks to large institutional clients

Prior to founding First Western Properties, Mr. Tsakiris worked as a Sales Associate with Hallmark and Johnson. Mr. Tsakiris holds a Master’s degree from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Business (U.S. News #1 ranked international business school). He also holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and International Business. He is fluent In Greek and highly proficient in Spanish.

Mr. Tsakiris belongs to a number of real estate and community organizations including: Board member of Chicago’s Sister Cities-Athens Committee, Commercial Forum, ICSC, Chicago Real Estate Council, Commercial Roundtable, Chicago Association of Realtors and the Chicago Restaurant Brokers Association.

J. Michael Drew

As a founding principal of Structured Development, LLC, J. Michael Drew has been engaged in the real estate development and construction management business for nearly 40 years. Michael matriculated at the University of Illinois where he studied Business Administration and Architecture. Over 25 years as a general contractor, Michael has had extensive experience in all phases of the construction process, especially scheduling of labor forces and subcontractors and comparative purchasing of material and equipment. Notable projects completed include City Hall Lobby and Entrance Renovations, Marshall Field and State of Illinois Pedways, Clark Lake and Roosevelt Subway Stations, McCormick Place Expansion, and numerous utility tunnel installations. He was an active participant in the conversion and renovation of obsolete loft buildings to commercial and residential reuse throughout the City, including Riverworks on Goose Island, Lincoln Lofts in Lakeview, 1415 Dayton and 1333 Kingsbury in the Halsted Triangle. During his tenure as a principal of Structured Development, the firm completed over 2,000,000 square feet of product including Lincoln Park Center, Blackhawk on Halsted, Kingsbury Center, and Kendall College at Riverworks. Structured Development is the Managing Partner on the “nationally significant” New City mixed use project. Structured was awarded the Adaptive Reuse Project of 2008 by the Landmark Preservation Council for its historic conversion of the Chicago and Northwestern Powerhouse to office and retail.

Michael represented the Builders Association of Greater Chicago on the City’s Minority Relations Committee, served on the recent Land Use Task Force Committee, and is a long term member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, and Lambda Alpha International. He is a 20 year member of World Presidents Organization, and a past President of Olympia Fields Country Club. Michael has served on the Advisory Board for the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at Roosevelt University for over a decade.

Scott Goldman

Scott Goldman is Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Revision Group, LLC, a Chicago-based private investment firm specializing in the development and acquisition of infill commercial real estate. The firm was formed in 2011 and currently owns a portfolio of approximately $50MM of commercial real estate with several additional projects under development.

Prior to forming Revision, Scott spent 6+ years with Pine Tree Commercial Realty, a Northbrook-based shopping center development firm, where he headed the firm’s Acquisition platform that was responsible for the acquisition of $250MM of commercial real estate during Goldman’s tenure and had responsibilities overseeing investor relations, asset management, as well as debt and equity finance.

James Schutter

James Schutter joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Chicago office in 2008 as a senior managing director. He brought over 26 years of retail brokerage experience to the firm and his clients, with the primary focus to further the Midwest Region's retail service platform from a retail landlord's representation prospective. Mr. Schutter works with a dedicated team of brokers specializing in retail landlord representation and retail related brokerage services throughout the Chicagoland area focusing on both urban and suburban properties.

During his career, Mr. Schutter has represented a wide range of retail property owners, from entrepreneurial developers to large institutional owners, including; GE Capital, Manulife Financial, Prudential, Marc Realty, Intercontinental Real Estate, Mesa Development, Equity Group Investments and Cargill. He has also completed lease negotiations with a wide variety of retail tenants, including small shops and such anchor tenants as Bed Bath & Beyond, Bank of America, Chase, Citi Bank, Fresh Thyme, Home Depot, Jewel Foods, LA Fitness, McDonald's, Michaels, Panera Bread Company, Sports Authority, Trader Joe's and U.S. Cellular.
