Jeffrey Weinberg is founder and president of Drexel Properties, a real estate investment, development, and property management company. Founded in 2002, Jeff’s company presently manages over 900 units across the north side of Chicago which includes both his own and third-party properties. With a disciplined approach to service, systems, and accounting, Jeff is responsible for the day-to-day management and leasing of the portfolio as well as the strategic vision and growth for the company.

Jeff earned a BS in mathematics and computer science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also holds an MBA in finance and real estate from DePaul University. Jeff is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker and member of the Chicago Association of Realtor. He is a founding member and co-president of the Northwest Side Building Coalition (chicagonsbc.com), and Executive Board member of the Neighborhood Building Owners Alliance (nboachicago.com). Representing over 75,000 units, both organizations provide advocacy and education for neighborhood property owners and housing providers throughout Chicago and Cook County.

In civic matters, Jeff is involved with many philanthropic endeavors with a particular focus on youth mentoring. Jeff provides both hands-on and financial support to Chicago Scholars, a nonprofit that prepares under-resourced Chicago high school students for college and career; CircEsteem, an organization that unites youth from diverse racial, cultural, and economic backgrounds and helps them build self-esteem and mutual respect; and Students Run Chicago, a youth mentoring program that teaches goal setting, responsibility, and discipline through a mentorship-based marathon training program.

When not working, Jeff enjoys traveling and spending time with family. As an avid runner, Jeff has run over 30 marathons including completing the 6 Marathon Majors across the US, Europe and Asia.

Lauren is a Regional Property Manager with Daniel Management Group overseeing managers and maintenance staff in several territories.

Lauren’s responsibilities include, overseeing all property takeovers, training and developing all on-site personnel, ensuring staff compliance will all policies and procedures, overseeing day to day property operations and monitoring revenue and expenses, sustaining high occupancy standards through online reputation management and effective marketing efforts, reviewing and negotiating service contracts, creating and successfully implementing operating and capital budgets, and performing property inspections. Lauren also holds a managing broker’s license with Daniel Management Group and oversees property listings to ensure compliance with our company standards.

Prior to her current role as Regional Property Manager, Lauren served as a scattered site property manager for DMG. Prior to joining DMG, Lauren was an on-site property manager for Trinity Property Consultants managing 600 units and a full-time maintenance and Leasing Staff. Lauren has also worked as a Real Estate Agent specializing in residential properties, short sales, and foreclosures. Lauren holds her managing broker’s license and graduated from Lewis University with a BA degree in Business Administration.

After decades of experience in both custom design and development, Mike joined Chicago Roof Deck & Garden, and has become one of the city’s expert architects at occupiable rooftop decks.

Suzanne Hendrick has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Xroads Advisors, Suzanne was executive vice president of asset services operations at Transwestern. In collaboration with Transwestern's Midwest leadership group, Suzanne guided Transwestern's Chicago portfolio. She was integral in directing challenging projects, supporting business development and strategy and delivering exceptional client service and returns.

Hendrick has thrived at multiple high-profile stops during her long career. From 2013 to 2022, Suzanne was EVP and managing director of asset management for MB Real Estate (MBRE). She was responsible for overseeing the firm's property portfolio of 14 million square feet, acting as leader and mentor to the management teams, directing day-to-day operations of the group, as well as leading business development. Suzanne won major business during her tenure, including Millennium Park, Maggie Daley Park, 69 West Washington, 190 S. LaSalle and the Chicago Riverwalk. Before joining MBRE, Hendrick served as vice president at The John Buck Company (JBC) and held the position of General Manager at 111 South Wacker Drive, an iconic Class A high-rise office building in downtown Chicago from 2006-2012. She has also been involved in the strategic repositioning of several notable properties, including 200 West Monroe, 321 N. Clark and 303 E. Wacker.

Despite the time it took to manage some of Chicago's most significant buildings, Hendrick found time to give back to her community. She was a member of The John Buck Company's Charitable Committee and served as its chair for several years. Hendrick remained a strong supporter of the JBC Foundation. Hendrick was also a co-chair for BuildOn's annual Chicago fundraiser and was a mentor in the non-profit's Partnership Program.

Suzanne is a licensed Broker in the State of Illinois. She is an active member and serves on the Board of Directors for the Building Owners and Manager's Association/Chicago. She is the board liaison for its Emergency Preparedness Committee and is on the BOMA audit committee. She held a LEED Green Associates accreditation from 2010-2020. She started her real estate career in accounting and was a Certified Public Accountant from 1987-1997.

Suzanne has received industry recognition including RE Journals Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame Award, Connect Media Women in Real Estate Award, and 2021 Real Estate Forum, Women of Influence, Woman to Watch Award.
