Richard H. Tucker, CEO, formed Tucker in March 1996. Tucker draws on Mr. Tucker’s 39 years of

experience in the development, redevelopment, financing, leasing, and management of real estate

assets. Utilizing his expertise, Mr. Tucker has developed and/or acquired over ten million square feet

valued in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Tucker is a leader in various influential industry associations. His

leadership roles include past Co-Chair of the National Open Air Committee; past Director of the Illinois

State Committee; and past Chairman of the Illinois governmental Affairs Committee. Mr. Tucker is also

an active member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land

Institute (ULI) and serves as a frequent panelist at various national real estate conferences and other

educational forums.

Peter Kelly joined Lincoln Property Company, in a multi-faceted role, in March, 2012. Peter is responsible for leading LPC’s agency leasing, acquisitions and development in suburban Chicago and the Midwest. Peter conducts extensive market due diligence in order to maintain comprehensive command of current market information and provide clients with real-time information. Prior to joining Lincoln, Peter was a Senior Vice President at Colliers International’s Office Advisory Group. Peter’s primary focus was assisting tenants and owners develop and implement strategic real estate plans including acquisition and disposition and lease negotiation. Throughout his career, Peter has been recognized as a top producer at local and national levels. Peter consistently made Colliers’ Chicago’s “Everest Club”, which annually recognizes the top producers, while also being recognized as a “Top 10% Producer” at a national level. Over the course of his career, Peter has successfully completed transactions totaling 5.5 million square feet. Peter is a member of NAIOP as well as the Associate Board of NorthShore University Health System. Peter is a graduate of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder with a BS in Business Administration.

Joseph Neverauskas

Mr. Neverauskas is responsible for the acquisitions, management and operations of Equus’ Midwest and Western U.S. portfolio. Mr. Neverauskas is a 41-year veteran of commercial real estate with extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions, investment strategy and asset and portfolio management of institutional assets of all major property groups throughout the United States. Since joining the Firm in 2001, he has acquired more than 6,500,000 square feet of office and industrial space and has overseen the development of a 1.1 million square foot industrial park and the redevelopment of several major properties.

Prior to joining Equus, Mr. Neverauskas was senior vice president and senior portfolio manager with Heitman Capital Management where he was involved in the investment and management of several large commingled real estate funds. He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and is an active member of the Counselors of Real Estate, where he was former Chairman of the local chapter. He holds a B.S. in Real Estate from The Kelly School of Business at Indiana University where he is a board member for the Benecki Center for Real Estate Studies. Mr. Neverauskas serves on the Board of Directors of several civic and non-profit organizations and was Chairman of the Investment Committee of St. George Corporation, a private healthcare organization located in Metropolitan Chicago along with being a board member of Palos Community Hospital. Mr. Neverauskas is also on the Advisory Board of Roosevelt University’s Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate Studies.

Bryan Rosenberg

Mr. Rosenberg is an Associate Director in the Chicago office of HFF with more than seven years of experience in real estate and finance. His primary focus is office investment sales in the Midwest U.S. Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than $5 billion in transactions. Mr. Rosenberg joined the firm in October 2012. Prior to joining HFF, he worked as an Analyst at Camins, Tomasz, & Kritt where he assisted in the asset management of an office and industrial portfolio totaling three million square feet. Mr. Rosenberg is an active member of the Chicago community and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Young Leadership Division of the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago.

Tammy Kelly CCIM, CPM joined EQT Exeter, successor firm to Redwood Capital Group, in 2014 and brings +20

years of experience in asset management, transactions, and investment strategy. She is responsible for the

strategic oversight of the Firm’s investments, assists with underwriting, and oversees tactical dispositions and

is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. As a career total, Tammy has transacted over $4B of real

estate investment transactions to include dispositions, acquisitions, loan modifications and refinances.

Prior to Redwood Capital Group, Tammy spent 8 years at Blue Vista Capital Management as Senior Vice

President - Asset Management. Tammy’s responsibilities at Blue Vista included oversight of investments in

the firm’s Middle Market Equity Funds. Prior to her tenure at Blue Vista, Tammy joined Equity Investment

Group as an Investment Associate where she was responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and evaluating

the company’s property acquisitions.

Tammy earned a BA from DePaul University. She is a past President of CREW Chicago and serves on various

committees within CREW Chicago and CREW Network. Tammy was recognized as a Women of Influence in

2022 by Globe Street and Bisnow’s Power Women in Chicago in 2022 and 2014.

His business is focused in the Northwest market, where he has represented over 2.5 million s.f. of office space during his career. Norm joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2010 and increased the suburban portfolio by 1.3 million s.f. of new listings. Prior to coming to JLL Norm spent 3 years as a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Before moving to Cushman & Wakefield, he was a Vice President at Trammel Crow, where he carried out similar duties.

Current and past clients include Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Northwestern Mutual, TIAA-CREF, TA Associates Realty, Sun Life, Invesco, Bentall Kennedy, American Realty Advisors, Keystone Properties Group, Urdang and Franklin Street Properties.

John Carpenter became President & CEO of Choose DuPage in September 2015. Carpenter comes to Choose DuPage with extensive experience in government relations and corporate affairs. Most recently, Carpenter served as Senior Vice President of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce. Prior to that role he was Vice President of Corporate Affairs for American Airlines.

Carpenter is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago. He has served as an employer representative on the Illinois’ Workers Compensation Commission Advisory Board. He is a senior counselor on the Public Affairs Committee of the Union League Club of Chicago, and is a trustee of the Chicago Zoological Society.
