As President & CEO of Choose DuPage and Chair of the Greater Chicagoland Economic Partnership, Greg Bedalov leads economic development efforts within DuPage County and across Northeastern Illinois. A longtime advocate for region wide collaboration, Bedalov was previously President & CEO of Choose DuPage from 2010-2015. He later served as Executive Director of the Illinois Tollway and President of the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority (ISFA), before returning to Choose in 2019. Today, he continues to collaborate with public- and private-sector leaders to drive economic growth within DuPage County and support region-wide prosperity.

Richard H. Tucker, CEO, formed Tucker in March 1996. Tucker draws on Mr. Tucker’s 39 years of

experience in the development, redevelopment, financing, leasing, and management of real estate

assets. Utilizing his expertise, Mr. Tucker has developed and/or acquired over ten million square feet

valued in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Tucker is a leader in various influential industry associations. His

leadership roles include past Co-Chair of the National Open Air Committee; past Director of the Illinois

State Committee; and past Chairman of the Illinois governmental Affairs Committee. Mr. Tucker is also

an active member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land

Institute (ULI) and serves as a frequent panelist at various national real estate conferences and other

educational forums.

Schaumburg Corporate Center is a 1 million square foot, Class A office complex owned and managed by Glenstar. Located adjacent to Woodfield Mall, the property is comprised of three buildings joined by a 17,000 SF atrium. Glenstar recently completed a $30 million renovation which included the addition of a 500+ parking garage, an 8,000 SF indoor/outdoor tenant lounge, a 10,000 SF state of the art conference center, an update and rebranding of the existing 12,000 SF fitness center into a high-end Midtown Fitness Club, while transforming the atrium into a buzzing central gathering spot for work and social activity. In addition, the property launched Glenstar Connect, one of the most comprehensive tenant experience programs in the industry.

Building Parking: Parking is free but visitors should park in the visitors lot which is on the west side of the 1501 building off of Meacham Road (there is plenty of signs directing cars towards visitor parking).

Jim is a shareholder at NAI Hiffman and an Executive Vice President in the Office Services Group. He has been with the firm since 1997.

Jim’s primary area of expertise is landlord representation of office properties in the East-West and I-55 corridors. He is a partner in one of the top-producing brokerage teams in Chicago. Since 2010, his team has completed over 300 real estate transactions with a combined value of $250 million.
