Mike is a Partner in the Office Division of Hamilton Partners. He is responsible for office development, marketing, leasing and acquisition activities for a portfolio of 2.2 million square feet in the North and Northwest Suburban Markets of Chicago.

Since joining Hamilton Partners in 1987, Mike has developed over 1,600,000 square feet of office space at a market value of over $300 million, including corporate build-to-suits for Federal Express, Brunswick, Angus Chemical Corporation, Robert Half International, AAA Chicago Motor Club, CDW Corporate Headquarters and HSBC North American Headquarters. He has leased over 3.5 million square feet of office space and has been involved directly in both land and building sales and acquisition.

Tom joined Origin Investments in early 2011 and is responsible for sourcing office investments across Chicago and Denver. Before his current role, he served as Vice President of Asset Management for Origin Investments, overseeing the firm’s portfolio assets. Tom has worked with the Origin team for over five years and has ten years experience in the commercial real estate sector.

Prior to joining Origin Investments, he performed underwriting commercial real estate investments at Equity Office Properties. Before Equity Office Properties, Tom worked as a commercial credit analyst at JP Morgan Chase.

He received his Bachelor degree in Finance from The University of Connecticut. Recently, Tom relocated to Denver with his wife and children. He is a competitive cyclist and loves to travel.

Michael Flynn is an accomplished and articulate broker whose real estate career is characterized by long-term relationships. Michael has achieved both his CCIM and SIOR designations, ranking him among the top three percent of all brokerage professionals in the United States. Michael is also active on NAI Global’s Leadership Board, helping to identify and lead initiatives for the organization’s 220+ member firms.

Andy is a founding Principal of Clark Street. His primary focus is the procurement and processing of development and redevelopment opportunities.

Andy Stein began his real estate career at Joseph Freed and Associates, a privately owned Chicago-based development company. As Vice President of Development, he was involved in all aspects of development and leasing, including site selection, land acquisition, entitlement, and financing of projects. Some of the major projects Andy completed while at Freed include: Hilldale Mall in Madison, WI, Greeley Commons in Greeley, CO, Arborland in Ann Arbor, MI and Evergreen Square in Peoria, IL. During his tenure at Freed, Andy was involved in more than 1.5 million square feet of development projects.

Andy is co-founder and an Emeritus member of the ICSC's Next Generation program, Illinois ICSC State Committee Member, Urban Land Institute Member, and Executive Board Member of the Harold Eisenberg Foundation. Recently Andy was the recipient of The ICSC's Inaugural "4 Under 40 Award." Andy is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds the Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) and Certified Property Executive (CPX) designations from ICSC.

Jerry Callaghan is a Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group and has more than 30 years of experience in handling a broad range of land use matters involving residential, retail, office, industrial and mixed-use developments.

Jerry routinely represents clients in zoning matters involving complex planned unit developments. He negotiates and drafts agreements relating to annexation, subdivision development, TIF financing, public infrastructure improvements, sales tax sharing and host community benefits.

Jerry counsels clients on environmental permitting issues related to land development. He represents national waste companies with regard to the siting of landfills and waste transfer stations and power companies with regard to generating facilities.

He regularly appears before planning commissions, zoning boards, village boards and city councils. He has handled numerous trials and appeals involving land use issues, including zoning, impact fees, eminent domain and takings.

Jerry is a frequent speaker on land use and real estate topics and has spoken at seminars and conferences of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Municipal League, American Planning Association and American Bar Association.

Jerry Callaghan focuses on Development, Government Relations and Regulatory Law, and Land Use and Zoning. He is particularly adept in serving transportation clients by applying his experience in TIF financing, public infrastructure improvements, host community benefits, and facility siting. He served as counsel to the State of Illinois in connection with the Joliet Arsenal redevelopment, represented a major railroad in securing development incentives in connection with a $140 million redevelopment of a switching yard and is currently representing an industrial development company with the redevelopment of a 200-acre site for a major distribution facility.
