Matt Frank has a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield. Matt worked as a Planner for the DuPage Community Development Department for three years. Matt has spent the last twenty-five years at the Village of Schaumburg. Matt’s role as Director for Economic Development requires that he serve as the liaison to the business community and attract business. Matt has been key in the creation of the Golden Corridor Advanced Manufacturing Partnership who works with employers and schools to identify workforce needs and support efforts to enhance recruitment and training of students. Matt also helped create Next Level Northwest which is an accelerator business program.

During his time with Schaumburg, Matt has been involved with a variety of development projects including Amada, Career Education Corporation, Catamaran, Chick-fil-A, Experior, Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel and Convention Center, Season’s 52, Streets of Woodfield, Sunstar, Whole Foods, Woodfield Mall and Zurich. Matt was instrumental in the creation of the 1,000-acre North Schaumburg TIF District that included negotiating development agreements with Sunstar, Zurich, Motorola, and Urban Street Group.

Matt is a member of the American Planning Association, American Institute of Certified Planners, Lambda Alpha International, and International Council of Shopping Centers. Patrick Clay is a Director of Business Development for ARCO/Murray, a Top 3 U.S. Design-Builder. ARCO/Murray recently partnered with By the Hand Club for Kids, Jason Heyward, the Chicago Fire Foundation and more to complete the North Austin Center – a $35M sports, education, and wellness facility servicing 400 Chicago Public School students with after-school programming in the city’s Austin neighborhood. ARCO was also the design-builder for 3x ‘Chicago Redevelopment of the Year’ winner the Terminal, a 250,000 SF conversion of an historic light manufacturing plant into an urban office and life sciences workspace. Currently, ARCO is building a dynamic, Class A 15-story mixed use building in the heart of River North. Patrick is active in many of these key segments including mixed use, office, entertainment/hospitality, automotive and industrial. He's previously spoken on panels highlighting the Chicago industrial market, suburban commercial growth, and local adaptive reuse trends. Prior to ARCO, Patrick spent 13 years as an Architect and Project Manager with Partners by Design and SOM. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech University. Elizabeth (Liz) Holland is the Chief Executive Officer of Abbell Associates, an

eighty- year old private real estate investment, development and management

center, office, and enclosed mall properties. Liz is responsible for overseeing all

business and legal matters, including development, financing, leasing, capital and

construction projects, and investor and tenant relations. Active in the International

Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Liz served as the worldwide Chairman (2016-

17). In addition to ICSC, Liz is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) -

Commercial & Retail Council - Blue.

Liz is a Trustee of Federal Realty Investment Trust (FRT) and a board

member of: VICI Properties, Inc. (VICI); Village Bank & Trust; and The James

Campbell Company, LLC.

Prior to joining Abbell, Liz was a Senior Staff Attorney with the National

Bankruptcy Review Commission, a Congressional commission charged with making

recommendations to amend the Bankruptcy Code. Previously, Liz was a

restructuring and business reorganization attorney with the law firm of Skadden,

Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York. Prior to becoming an attorney, Liz was a

fixed income portfolio manager at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in New York.

Liz currently serves on the board of The Primo Center for Women &

Children. She also served for many years on the boards of Lighthouse Academies;

Uptown United; and 1,000 Friends of Iowa.

John Meyer brings over 12 years of commercial real estate investment brokerage experience to 33 Realty with a particular emphasis on suburban Chicago multi-family. He’s represented a variety of owners in the disposition and acquisition of apartments in greater Chicagoland and has successfully completed transactions valued at over $250,000,000 on behalf of private equity firms, partnerships, non-profits, financial institutions and individual owners.

As Managing Director, John specializes in the marketing and sale of suburban multi-family investment properties from 20-200+ units. Considered an expert on the middle market of suburban apartments, John’s brokered the sale of over 2,000 units since 2013.

He has worked closely with investors, developers and property managers for over 30 years with a long-lasting goal of designing outstanding work spaces that excite and impress tenants. Roger received his Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois. He has provided leadership to the WHA project team since joining the firm in 1996 and continues to implement a comprehensive architectural and design approach that integrates functionality and client needs. He is active in professional affiliations and supports various local non-profit organizations including the Greater Chicago Food Depository.

In his role, he is responsible for planning, lease negotiations, on-boarding new tenants, and development throughout the company's 4 million sf portfolio. Throughout his three years at Somerset, he has served as a lead liaison between design, engineering, and legal teams for the company's signature projects, including the monumental two-million-square-foot adaptive reuse of the former Bell Labs facility in Holmdel, now known as Bell Works. Today, Ken is the development lead on Somerset's second adaptive reuse initiative in Hoffman Estates, where the company is applying its innovative 'metroburb' concept in transforming a former AT&T facility into a self-contained mixed-use hub, complete with a mix of office, residential, retail, dining, and hospitality components.

As Managing Director of Leasing, Bill is responsible for leasing 3.3 million square feet in the Chicago suburbs (Schaumburg Corporate Center, Continental Towers, Presidents Plaza and Bannockburn Lakes). He is responsible for attracting new tenants as well as maintaining existing relationships with tenants in the Glenstar Portfolio. Over the past 2.5 years he has completed 700,000 square feet of deals.

Larry Woodard is an experienced attorney who focuses his practice on real estate law. He represents Fortune 500 companies, developers, regional and national banks, institutional investors, special servicers, institutions of higher education, units of local government, REITs, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, landlords, tenants, condominium associations, property managers, receivers and real estate brokers in the development, management, financing, construction, leasing, zoning, acquisition and disposal of their real estate interests, across all asset classes.

Clients engage Larry to handle complex matters, involving multiple parties, properties and sources of capital, encompassing multiple states or countries.
