Adam began his real estate career in 2016 as a Tenant Representative at JLL, hustling to support transactions and procure new business across the greater Chicago area.

In 2019, Adam joined WeWork’s Enterprise sales team, where he represented the coworking behemoth’s global portfolio to brokers throughout the Midwest. His experience working within divergent corners of the industry has shaped his uniquely holistic perspective on the end-to-end lease transaction process. He joined Madison Rose in 2020, bringing with him a devout sense of optimism and commitment to delivering the highest possible level of service.

Adam is an experienced woodworker, former DI college football player and volunteer with the Anti-Defamation League. He received a BA in Psychology from Indiana University.

Julian Pearlman joined WeWork in 2017 and currently leads their Business Development team in the US & Canada. Julian and his team work with many enterprises to develop and implement flexible office strategies across the globe. Julian has been responsible for some of WeWork's largest transactions, including multiple F500 headquarters projects.

Prior to joining WeWork, Julian worked in strategy consulting and design-build construction. Julian received a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Barbara Schenberg joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 and recently was Executive Director with C&W responsible for over 2 million RSF of leasing downtown Chicago. An industry veteran with over 28 years experience, she was previously with Capital Properties where she served as Senior Vice President and Director of Midwest Region where she was responsible for the leasing and re-positioning of the historic Inland Steel Building. Previously, Ms. Schenberg was a Senior Vice President with The John Buck Company for 13 years. During her tenure with the firm, Ms. Schenberg was responsible for leasing a portfolio of over 5.2 million square feet in downtown Chicago.

Now, Javier brings his 19 years of experience and leadership in the telecom industry to lead and drive MDU growth and expansion in Comcast’s Greater Chicago Region.

Javier was a member of the United States Marine Corps Reserve where he received meritorious promotions and graduated at the top of Military Occupational Specialty class. He attended Northeastern Illinois University and is a member of several organizations including HACIA, IHCC, ASIS, and the Metropolitan Leadership Institute.

Cameron was first inspired as a parent to create Bennett in 2014 for families in Chicago. Today, over 300 students at Bennett from 55 zip codes grow as learners, problem solvers, and critical thinkers with purpose in their lives. Bennett delivers happy, accomplished, and engaged students, families, and faculty via a world-class, dynamic project-based learning program that delivers exceptional outcomes. Bennett also shares resources beyond its own campus with other like-minded educators and schools via the Bennett Labs Collaborative in order to positively impact the lives of as many school children, teachers, and families as possible.

Named a Crain’s Chicago Notable Entrepreneur in 2019, Cameron was previously a Vice President at CHS Capital in Chicago where he focused on investing in education services companies. At CHS, he served on the board of Royall, the leading provider of strategic enrollment marketing services to colleges and universities. He has served on the board of ten organizations also including Premier Early Childhood Education Partners, New York Kids Club, Namaste Charter School in Chicago as Treasurer & Investment Committee Chair, and the Neighborhood Parents Network of Chicago. He is also a member of the Chicago Chapter of Conscious Capitalism.

Cameron holds a B.S. Degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; a Certificate in Space Resources from the Colorado School of Mines given his love of outer space; as well as J.D. and M.B.A. Degrees from Northwestern University. The son of a locomotive engineer and elementary school teacher, Cameron grew up in the Detroit area and lives in the Logan Square neighborhood in Chicago with his wife Erica and their two boys.
