Chris has been with Lang Development Group since 2005 and oversees the operations of the residential portfolio, legal matters, and government relations. He is a 1984 graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He also received a law degree from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 1987. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with almost 35 years of experience.

Chris started his career as a legal intern for the Honorable Senator Robert Dole (R-Kan) and served as General Counsel to Sunvest Realty specializing in Far East relations and real estate acquisitions. Prior to joining Lang Development Group, he became Managing Director of the law firm formerly known as Healy and Locke, a mid-size firm specializing in corporate law, litigation and real estate law.

He and his wife Norma have raised seven children and live in Newark. Chris has been active in the Downtown Partnership, Newark Housing Authority, and numerous youth programs and various civic projects around the city of Newark. Chris is also a Board member of St. Marks High School. He is founder of SL24: UnLocke the Light Foundation, a non-profit to help young adults struggling with mental health issues.

Gianni Vissat is Vice President of Investments at Realterm and oversees investment activity in

the Central Region of the United States. Prior to joining Realterm, Gianni was a Senior Vice

President at NW1 Partners, where he was responsible for the acquisition and asset

management of U.S. Industrial Outdoor Storage investments. Prior to NW1 Partners, Gianni

managed acquisitions and asset management projects at Terreno Realty Corporation, and

Nuveen Real Estate. During his tenure, Gianni acquired over $190 million of industrial real

estate and managed a portfolio of over 2.0 million square feet across 30 properties.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from Hamilton College and an M.B.A. from Berkeley, Haas

School of Business.

As Senior Regional Director for First Industrial’s Chicago/Milwaukee Region, Adam

Moore is responsible for leasing, acquisition, development and other corporate

customer initiatives throughout the region.

Mr. Moore has over 20 years of experience working in the commercial real estate

sector, during this time he has been responsible for over $1 Billion in transactions.

During his time with First Industrial, he has completed an average of 40 lease

transactions per year while increasing portfolio occupancy and quality through

acquisitions and development.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Moore served as Marketing/Leasing Director for

First Industrial's Chicago/Milwaukee region, working with tenants on new leasing

opportunities throughout the area.

Previously, Mr. Moore served as a Vice President for Krusinski Construction

Company where he was responsible for business development and commercial

development activities. Earlier, he was a Director at the brokerage firm Cushman

& Wakefield, Leasing Agent for Prime Group Realty Trust and a Broker for Equis

Corporation.

An active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), Mr.

Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from DePauw University.

Brión Fitzpatrick is the Vice President of Business Development for C&I nationwide at Nexamp. His expertise spans the development of distributed generation and behind-the-meter solar assets, including greenfield projects, rooftops, and car canopies for community solar, and utility feed-in-tariff programs. As VP of C&I at Nexamp, Brión leads the national strategy for the company's C&I deployment. His team plays a crucial role in contributing to Nexamp’s community solar pipeline and supporting Fortune 500 companies with their nationwide clean energy procurement strategies for on-site generation and energy storage.

Since 2008, Brión has developed over 75 projects across 20 states, including a notable 2016 federal project that installed 2.4 megawatts across 12 Federal rooftops for the General Services Administration around the National Mall in Washington DC, involving prestigious locations such as The Smithsonian, The National Archives, and The Natural History Museum. Brión’s previous roles include Head of Project Development at Inman Solar in Georgia from 2008 to 2018, and Director of Project Development at SGC Power in Maryland in 2018, before joining Nexamp in 2019.

Brión is also well-versed in solar policy, emerging solar markets, and the procurement of hard-to-capture incentives. In his spare time, he has held several leadership roles within industry associations, including Vice President of TenneSEIA (Tennessee), Chairman of the Georgia Solar Energy Association (Georgia), and currently serves as Co-Chair of Policy at GeorgiaSEIA (Georgia), playing a pivotal role in the state's legislative strategy. His contributions have been recognized with several awards: he was the recipient of the GA Solar’s Solar Advocate Award in 2010, the Certificate of Appreciation in 2014, and in 2015, he represented Georgia’s solar community in delivering testimony to the EPA in support of Section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act. Wendy Berger is CEO and Founder of WBS Equities, LLC. WBS Equities is a real estate

development firm which specializes in ground-up construction, renovation, development, sale

lease back transactions and acquisition of industrial buildings for food and beverage

manufacturers and distributors. Wendy is also an active investor across multiple real estate asset

classes including retail, multi-family, senior housing and self-storage.

Over the last 28 years she has been involved in the real estate business as a developer, property

manager, broker and principally as an owner-investor. Wendy began her career at American

National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago (a subsidiary of First Chicago, now JP Morgan

Chase) in Commercial Lending. Wendy spent several years as a principal with Berger Realty

Group, an 80-year- old family owned Real Estate business where she focused on residential and

industrial property management and development. She was responsible for managing 3,000

apartment units, 200,000 square feet of commercial space and 250,000 square feet of industrial

space.

Aside from her experience in the real estate field, Wendy spent 10 years working with ultra-high

growth technology startups. Wendy was employee number 10 at Orbitz, the Travel web site

founded in 2000 by American, Continental, Delta, Northwest and United Airlines. Wendy was

Director of the Enterprise Planning at Orbitz and focused on strategic planning. Prior to Orbitz,

Wendy co-founded and was COO of Neoglyphics Media Corporation, one of the country’s first

web site development firms. Neoglyphics grew from a small start-up to a corporation with a staff

of more than 150 employees before it was sold in March 1998 for $65 million.

Wendy earned her MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg

School of Business. She received a B.S., cum laude, in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse

University.

In her spare time Wendy is an avid triathlete and runner, having completed 31 Olympic Distance

triathlons and six half-marathons.

Wendy serves on the Board of directors of the Chicago Public Library Foundation (2016 –

present), the Board of directors of the Jewish Federation/Jewish United Fund of Chicago (2001 –

2007, and 2009 – present). Wendy has volunteered for TimeLine Theater, The Marwen

Foundation, Chicago Run and the Uptown Cafe. Wendy served until 2004 as Vice-President and

Membership Chair at The Standard Club of Chicago and as a member of the Board of Directors

(1994 – 2004). Wendy is also a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and served as the

chair of the Real Estate Membership Committee. Wendy served two years on the Board of

Directors of TEDxMidwest. Wendy co-founded Illinois Women in Cannabis in 2014. Wendy is

an active mentor, a role she takes very seriously, usually mentoring 4 – 5 young women at any

given time.

Brian Keller is an Outreach Service Provider for the ComEd Energy Efficiency Program. With over 10

years of experience in the energy efficiency and utility industry, Brian has worked with multiple utilities

across the Midwest to implement energy efficiency programs. He specializes in program design and

management, customer engagement, project management, and utility relations.

Brian works with commercial real estate companies to increase participation in ComEd’s Standard and

Custom Incentive Offerings. Brian helps customers with identifying energy efficiency opportunities and

creating the business case to implement projects that will reduce energy usage, save money, and

increase asset value. He works with property owners, property managers, and asset managers to

educate and support them through the project qualification and application process.

Brian is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a LEED Accredited Professional, and holds a Bachelor of

Science in Technical Systems Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Brian

grew up in the western suburbs and currently resides in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.

Epstein, which recently celebrated its 100th Anniversary, is a leading Design-Build firm in the Cannabis industry providing strategic planning, programming, architecture, engineering and construction services for cultivation, processing and manufacturing facilities across the United States. David, who has over 25 years of design experience, leads Epstein’s business development efforts in the Cannabis industry and strategically collaborates with those clients on their projects from conception to completion. David takes a hands-on approach with Epstein’s cannabis clients serving as a day-to-day contact and project executive. In this role, David helps clients navigate zoning/permitting issues, evaluate proposed sites, assess buildings, lead conceptual design/planning efforts and coordinate specialty consultants, vendors and equipment contractors with Epstein’s full-service Design-Build team. Lastly, David is a licensed architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
