As Chief Operating Officer of McHugh Construction, Ray Cisco oversees day-to-day operations of all departments while focusing on driving the quality and profitability of the company. Ray has also overseen a number of developments in Chicago’s booming West Loop neighborhood including McDonald’s Global Headquarters. Alissa Bozza is a licensed architect and Project Designer based in Chicago, with extensive expertise in hospitality architecture. A dynamic team player, she excels in strategic partnerships, networking, and business development initiatives to drive growth for her firm. Alissa's professional involvement includes serving on the ULI Chicago Advisory Board from 2021 to 2023, sitting on the ULI Chicago Housing Flight and participating in women-in-the-industry groups, where she collaborates on innovative projects and builds meaningful connections in the commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality sectors.

With nearly 20 years’ experience working in the development and construction industry, Matt blends his leadership, energy, entrepreneurship, and team building acumen with a healthy balance of micro and macro management across all businesses under the LG Group umbrella to create lasting value for the company and clients we serve.

As COO, Matt is constantly pushing and challenging his teams. His oversight of all company operations, including all phases of the development process, ensures exceptional output while maintaining unparalleled culture and opportunity. Matt grew up in Naperville, Illinois and graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management. Meg Prendergast brings decades of design experience to her luxury and lifestyle design projects, with a focus towards hospitality, and experiential commercial spaces. She has a unique capacity to partner with clients on a broad spectrum of services, with a firm belief that research, a deep dive into any project’s brand DNA insures a more meaningful design solution and connection with the ultimate user.

Meg is an expert in the development and delivery of luxury level design environments. Her luxury focused portfolio includes destination resorts, boutique lifestyle hotels, multi‑family residences, clubhouses and private residential projects, with hundreds of commissions ranging

from new construction to full historic repositioning for prominent hotel companies, developers, and private clients.

She is a frequent speaker at design and business events, design jurist, and guest lecturer to emerging professionals in the design field.

Her comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate market was developed in part through her time as a real estate broker in the Chicago area prior to starting her legal career. Molly regularly represents clients in hearings before review boards, local assessors’ offices, the

Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board, and the circuit courts.

Jon Peck is the President of Peck Hotel Consulting- a Chicago based hotel consultingfirm specializing in hotel development, redevelopment and asset management.

Peck is the former Chief Operating Officer for White Lodging. In this role, he was

responsible for the day-to-day operation of 155 hotels in 23 states. Prior to his time

with White Lodging, Jon was a multi time award winning General Manager and

Director of Sales and Marketing with Marriott International and has been involved

in more than 70 hotel openings throughout his career.

Jon Holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame

and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of West Florida. He is one of 60 Certified

Hospitality Asset Managers in the world.

He has personally invested in more than 20 hotel projects, which gives him a clear

owner’s perspective of the hotel business.
