Mag Mile Medical Pavilion features 130,000 SF medical office space in one of the world’s most iconic towers, 875 N Michigan Avenue. The newest medical office building-within-building, MMMP provides a Class A medical office opportunity designed for outpatient care delivery ranging from clinical to surgical, providing a best-in-class patient experience. The new renovations include a new patient drop-off area with valet service, patient garage parking, dedicated medical office elevator banks with service directly to the medical office floors, as well as a medical concierge.

Jon Boyajian

As a principal of Echo Real Estate Capital, Jon is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and manages the day-to-day operations for the company. Since founding the firm in 2015, Echo has acquired or is in production on over $350 million in healthcare, industrial, and retail properties across a dozen states. Jon has extensive experience in real estate development, finance, land assemblage, property acquisition, corporate real estate consultation, tenant representation, and leasing. Prior to founding Echo Real Estate Capital, Jon served as Vice President of Development for a privately held Chicago-based development firm where his list of preferred development clients included numerous national retailers and restaurants expanding throughout the Chicagoland MSA. Prior to that, Jon co-found a Chicago-based retail brokerage company where his list of clients included: McDonald’s USA, Dollar General, Verizon Wireless, Fifth-Third Bank, Save a Lot, Sonic, Anna’s Linens, True North Energy, Flexeon Rehabilitation, and Front Burner Restaurants. Jon began his commercial real estate career with a retail and hotel development firm and was involved in over 30 projects comprising 8+ million square feet of commercial space. Prior to his start in commercial real estate, Jon worked in the Indianapolis Division of Centex Homes – a Fortune 50 Production home builder based in Dallas, TX. Maggie Beckley

Maggie Beckley is the Healthcare Development Executive for Mortenson where she is responsible for strategic vision, long term growth, development of client relationships, and creating and executing innovative development opportunities for the healthcare vertical. Maggie comes to Mortenson from Advocate Aurora Health, the 10th largest not-for-profit, integrated health system in the United States, where she served as Director of Real Estate. In this role she developed and delivered real estate strategies, transaction services and qualitative analysis for a portfolio of more than 500 Advocate Aurora locations, over 1,000 leases and 30 million square feet. Maggie received her bachelor’s degree from Xavier University of Louisiana in Finance and Accounting and her MBA with a focus on Real Estate and Commercial Development from Roosevelt University where she held honors as a Goldie Initiative Scholar. Maggie also completed Marquette’s Associates in Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) Program, Harvard Business School’s Young American Leadership Program (YALP) and is a licensed real estate broker. Maggie currently serves on the board for serves on the board for The Goldie Initiative, Versiti IL Community Advisory Board, and the Haggerty Museum of Art at Marquette University. She serves as Vice President for the Dr. Tylithia L. Burks Foundation and as board treasurer for CUPED Corporation. Maggie is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and The Links, Incorporated. She serves on the board for The Goldie Initiative, Versiti IL Community Advisory Board, and the Haggerty Museum of Art at Marquette University. She serves as Vice President for the Dr. Tylithia L. Burks Foundation and as board treasurer for CUPED Corporation. Maggie has received several awards and distinctions, including Connect CRE’s Chicago & Midwest 2023 Women in Real Estate Award, Crains’ Notable Executives of Color in Construction and Commercial Real Estate, the Milwaukee Community Journal’s Millennial Honoree, highlighted nationally in Bizwomen as a headliner in Healthcare for 2018, and received the 2018 Milwaukee Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award.
