Braveheart III Office Park

Braveheart III Office Park

Braveheart III Office Park, comprising 953 American Lane and 955 American Lane, is a premier office campus nestled in the heart of Schaumburg, Illinois, the largest suburban economic center in the state. These two buildings were historically united as Experian’s old headquarters but were later divided. After many years, we’ve successfully brought them back together under one umbrella. The campus boasts a combined total of 287,265 square feet, with 955 American Lane offering 177,892 square feet across four stories and 953 American Lane contributing 109,373 square feet across three stories.

Both buildings feature efficient floor plates and window-wrapped façades, providing abundant natural lighting throughout the interiors. They offer modern office spaces with move-in-ready suites, full-floor availability, and the unique opportunity to occupy an entire building—perfect for headquarters locations. Rich in amenities, the campus provides excellent on-site conveniences, including a fitness center, a conference facility, and a café. Tenants also enjoy the expansive walking trails surrounding Lake Pomerantz, offering a serene setting for mid-day breaks or moments of fresh air.

Located adjacent to Woodfield Mall, the second-largest shopping mall in Illinois, this property is surrounded by a thriving business community and rich cultural amenities. Schaumburg attracts over 27 million visitors annually, making this area a bustling hub of activity and an excellent location to draw in clientele. Braveheart III’s superior location ensures seamless connectivity with easy access to major highways and proximity to the Arlington Park and Arlington Heights Stations on the Union Pacific Northwest Line of the Metro. Additionally, it is conveniently located near both Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Schaumburg Regional Airport, further enhancing its appeal for businesses requiring frequent travel.

Schaumburg is a vibrant city with a diverse demographic and robust economy, making it an ideal location for companies looking to expand or establish their presence.
