Giuseppe is responsible for assisting in managing the Northeastern Illinois Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (N.E.C.A.) located in West Chicago, IL. He represents over 400 union electrical construction companies across five counties (DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake & McHenry) in multiple collective bargaining agreements in the commercial, industrial, telecommunication and residential sectors. He supports Association members by providing education and professional

development programs, advocating public and private policy through state and federal efforts, and assists in fostering contractor relationships through networking and business functions. Giuseppe currently serves as President of the Illinois Mechanical & Specialty Trade Contractors Association (IMSCA); member of the IBEW Local 461 Board of Trustees; member of the NECA/IBEW 701 Labor- Management Cooperation Committee (aka Power Forward DuPage); member of the Eastern Illinois

University Construction Management Industrial Advisory Board.

A former business representative for IBEW Local 134 and longtime member of the union, Elbert Walters III now serves as the Director for Powering Chicago, leading the organization’s 100+ philanthropic and community impact initiatives each year and playing a key role in its daily operations. Walters brings to the position a deep understanding of the unionized electrical industry’s commitment to better construction, better careers and better communities.

Dan Allen is Executive Director for the Construction Industry Service Corporation.

CISCO is a labor-management organization serving 140,000 union building trades

workers and 8,000 union contractors in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake and

McHenry Counties. CISCO’s primary mission is to strengthen the union

construction market by promoting ourselves to developers and other end users.

Allen came to CISCO from the City of Chicago, where he was Chief Electrical

Inspector for 10 years, and has been a proud member of IBEW Local 134 since

1982.

Allen serves on the Boards of the Chicago Building Congress, Choose DuPage

(County Economic Development), the Workers Compensation Research Institute,

HIRE360, Chicago Building Code Advisory Commission and is the Chairman of

the DuPage Workforce Development Board.

Michael is a Partner at Condor Partners, LLC. He is responsible for overseeing all of the firm’s Real Estate development activity.

Prior to joining Condor, Michael was a Development Partner at Centrum Partners LLC in Chicago. He was responsible for sourcing and developing “out of the box” and institutional level projects for Centrum. He developed over $200 million of real estate for the firm, including Hospitality, Industrial, Flex Office, and Residential. Prior to joining Centrum in early 2007, Michael founded and ran his family real estate development company in New York from 2000-2007. McLean Development, LLC focused on suburban master planned communities entitling over 2,000 residential units and 500,000sf of commercial space on Long Island and Rochester, NY. From 1998-2000 Michael and his brother Sean McLean founded and ran one of the first firms focused on Hospitality in Healthcare, helping hospitals convert vacant space to hotel and special service wards.

Michael holds a Master’s of Science from New York University with a focus on International Development and Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Princeton University.
