As a founding principal of Structured Development, LLC, J. Michael Drew has been engaged in the real estate development and construction management business for nearly 40 years. Regina Stilp is a leading commercial real estate developer with over 30 years' experience

Matthew Beaudet was appointed by Mayor Lori Lightfoot on July 31, 2020, and confirmed

by City Council on October 7, 2020, to serve as Commissioner of the Chicago Department

of Buildings (DOB), a 295‐person department with an annual budget of $37 million. DOB

enhances the safety and quality of life for residents and visitors of the City of Chicago

through permitting, inspections, trade licensing, and enforcement of the Chicago

Construction Codes.

Prior to his appointment, Beaudet served as the First Deputy Commissioner of the

Department since 2011 where he worked to implement multiple reforms that have

streamlined the permit process for all building projects. From single-family-home

renovations to large-scale developments, the reforms make it quicker and more efficient to

obtain a permit than ever before. Beaudet was integral in the move to electronic plan review

in 2012, establishing Chicago as the first city to implement an electronic processing for all

permit applications requiring architectural drawings. In 2019, Beaudet worked on the team

that led the City’s adoption of the first full rewrite of the Chicago Building Code in 70 years,

making Chicago was one of the first major jurisdictions in the U.S. to align with the 2018

International Building Code.

Beaudet also served as the First Deputy Commissioner for the Chicago Department of

Public Health, the Assistant Director of the Illinois Department of Central Management

Services, the Chief of Electronic Tolling at the Illinois Tollway, and the Assistant Director of

the Chicago Department of Administrative Hearings.

The first Native-American appointed to serve as a City Commissioner, Beaudet is a citizen

of the Montauk Tribe, active in local and national civil rights issues and co-founder and first

president of the Illinois Native American Bar Association. He was appointed by the Illinois

Supreme Court to serve on the Committee on Character and Fitness from 2000 to 2009 and

is a past recipient of the Illinois Bar Association’s Community Service Award. Beaudet is

also a fifth-generation Chicagoan and active in volunteer work with the Chicago Public

Schools.

Rufus Williams is an accomplished, results-oriented business and financial strategist and

Shawn Papazian has been involved with the Design, Development, Operations and Management of

several independent studio facilities in Los Angeles and abroad for the past 25 yrs. He is also an

In late 2005, Shawn worked closely with GI Partners and the CEO & President of Sunset Gower Studios

in collaborating on the re-design of the lot and the buildout of Technicolor’s state-of-the-art, Post-

Production and Corporate Office headquarters on the SGS lot. He was also the Executive Director of the

studio and worked with the team on the sale to Hudson Capital Group in 2007. From 2008 until late 2013,

Shawn became the Vice President of the historic Culver Studios Lot owned by Lehman Brothers. Upon

Lehman’s bankruptcy, they subsequently sold the studio to Hackman Capital Partners in 2014. While at

Culver Studios, Shawn spearheaded and supervised the entitlements for the over 200SF of additional

space on the lot which has now been developed by Hackman as the Amazon Studios headquarters. His

start in the studio business was running Ray Art Studios as the Vice President and General Manager from

its’ inception to the sale of the studio to Archstone Realty. While at Ray Art, Shawn was responsible for

procuring the term deal for a build to suit stage and support space for Paramount TV’s DR LAURA

SCHLESSINGER talk show.

Shawn has also developed and produced the feature film UNDER THE BED with Leonardo DiCaprio’s

Appian Way and Ted Field’s Radar Pictures. Dan Myrick, co- writer/co-director of THE BLAIR WITCH

PROJECT helmed the film, that was released in the winter of 2016 on A&E. Post the success of the

airing, the network hired Shawn and Dan to write UNDER THE BED 2. Shawn’s relationship with Myrick

dates back to 2006 when he was asked by Myrick, Tony Krantz (24 TV Series), and John Shiban (HELL

ON WHEELS) to produce the first (3) films for Raw Feed and Warner Bros Home Entertainment. REST

STOP, the first Raw Feed production, became the best-selling non-theatrical DVD in the history of Warner

Bros. In 2007, Shawn was invited back by Raw Feed/WB to direct the sequel. REST STOP II was

released on DVD in October of ‘08 and was the top rented, non-theatrical film in Blockbuster for four

weeks straight.

In 2017, Shawn co- designed with Gensler Architects and created the business plan for Studio1 at LBA

Realty’s One Culver at 10000 Washington Blvd in downtown Culver City. One Culver is currently the

home base for Apple Content. In 2018, Shawn became the President and COO of Crimson Studios

Group which currently owns and operates two independent studio production facilities in Los Angeles.

Both studios are currently occupied by CBS’ respective hit series NCIS and Netflix’s new highly

anticipated 1hr Drama LINCOLN LAWYER (based on the books and the film). Shawn expanded the

Crimson brand into an off lot General Management agreement for Studio1 which opened in the spring of

2019.

As of recent, Shawn was instrumental in bringing both Crimson Studios and Valencia Studios to an off-

market sale on behalf of the owners. The deal closed in June of 2021 to LPC and Gem Equity. Since the

transaction, Shawn has moved on and ventured into a partnership with Artisan Ventures. They formed

Artisan Studios and they are currently involved in new studio developments spread throughout various

parts of Los Angeles and in Chicago with his roster of clients to include WB Tv, Netflix, A/E Network, ABC

Christine T. Dudley served as the Director of the Illinois Film Office from 2015-2018, overseeing a historic growth in

During her tenure, nearly $2 billion was reported in film spending in Illinois. In 2018, Dudley oversaw a total of 332

television, film, digital and commercial advertising projects which generated more than $473 million in estimated

Midwest Film Festival Advisory Board, and the Indiana University Chicago Advancement Advisory Council.

Previous board service includes the Illinois Arts Council; The Shattered Globe Theatre; The Lincoln Excellence in

Public Service Series, DePaul University Government Assistance Program (GAP); and Chicago Women in

Government Relations.

In recognition of her dedication to preparing women for government and public policy positions, Christine received the

Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series National Coalition “Iron Jawed Angel Award” and was

recognized amongst Princeton Illinois’ (women’s shelter) Freedom House Gallery of Hero and Heroines.  A native

Hoosier, she attended Indiana University. Christine resides in Chicago, Illinois.
