One of Clune Construction’s most tenured Project Executives, Chris Redpath, has spent his entire career with the company. He started with Clune as an Intern in the Fall of 1992 and was hired as an Assistant Project Manager upon his graduation from Purdue University in 1993.

Chris got his start in construction even earlier than that, when he spent his summers on house framing crews in Chicago’s western suburbs.

Today, he leads Clune’s airport and hospitality projects in the Chicago area and has helped the firm become a trusted leader in these complex markets. Chris has earned a reputation in the construction industry for maintaining a steady demeanor and taking time to thoughtfully evaluate each challenge when it arises.

In addition to applying his vast industry knowledge to his projects, Chris also enjoys passing on what he knows to those coming up in the industry. He describes the most gratifying part of his job as seeing the many Clune employees he mentored rising through the company’s ranks to reach their own success.

Chris serves on the Board of Directors of the ACE Mentorship Program in Chicago and as co-chair of the organization’s Fundraising committee. He is also on the Construction Management Advisory Committee for the College of DuPage.

Jack Rabenn is Vice President of Industrial at Crow Holdings Development. Based in the Chicago regional office, Jack oversees new pursuits throughout the Midwest and is responsible for executing on all aspects of leasing and development. Since joining Crow Holdings in 2020, Jack has completed nineteen (19) projects locally totaling 7 million square feet with a total project cost of $770 million.

Prior to his role with Crow Holdings Development, Jack was an Associate Director within CBRE’s Financial Consulting Group (FCG) in Chicago, IL. In that capacity, he was responsible underwriting and consulting leasing and sale scenarios across all asset types -- totaling $1.5B in aggregate value. Jack received his BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin.

Kurt’s professional engineering career spans over 40 years. His expertise includes structural engineering design for Mission Critical Facilities such as Data Centers, Health Care Facilities such as Hospitals and Clinics and Life Sciences Facilities such as Biopharmaceutical Pilot Plants and Production Facilities around the United States and the World. His area of expertise is in designing buildings to be occupable after natural disasters including Tornados, Hurricanes and Earthquakes. He has been the structural engineer of record for conventional “fixed Base Buildings” ranging from 1-23 stories, “Base Isolated Buildings” ranging from 1-5 stories, and the retrofit and new construction of buildings incorporating Fluid Viscous Dampers ranging from 1-22 stories. He has published numerous papers on passive energy dissipation and presented the findings at various conventions in Boston, San Francisco and Milan.

For over 23 years as the Founding Principal at PARADIGM Structural Engineers, Kurt spends most of his time developing new leaders at PARADIGM and mentoring staff in Chicago and San Francisco.

In his role as Vice President of Development for Habitat Affordable Group, Jeff Head manages the financing and development for our affordable housing portfolio. Between 1998 and 2013, while leading Habitat’s court-appointed receivership of the Chicago Housing Authority, he was part of the leadership team that managed redevelopment of some of the largest public housing sites in the country, including Cabrini Green, the Henry Horner Homes and the ABLA Homes developments.

Over his 20 years with Habitat, Jeff has worked with agencies such as the Chicago Housing Authority, Illinois Housing Development Authority, City of Chicago and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He has been involved in transactions that have invested more than $1 billion in Chicago neighborhood housing developments.

Prior to joining Habitat, Jeff worked on a variety of urban development programs as an assistant to Mayor Richard M. Daley at the City of Chicago. He holds an MUPP from University of Illinois at Chicago College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs.

Will Follett is the Senior Producer for Bisnow's Midwest market, where he oversees content and strategy for 40+ annual programs aimed at connecting and advancing the commercial real estate industry. He previously worked at GovExec, the largest B2G marketing and events platform for public sector leaders.

A New England native turned longtime Midwesterner, he holds a degree in political science from Drake University and lives in Chicago where he enjoys the city's restaurant scene and the occasional triathlon.
