325 West Huron
325 W Huron St. was acquired by Urban Innovations in 1998. This eight-story concrete loft building, which is also managed and leased by Urban Innovations, is located in the River North submarket of Chicago, one of the city’s hottest neighborhoods for work, life, and leisure. Boasting Chicago’s highest concentration of restaurants, River North has become a premier destination for urban professionals. The property’s prominent location is convenient to CTA train and bus lines, DIVVY bicycle stations and the Kennedy Expressway. 325 W Huron’s prime location, nearby parking, and authentic concrete loft building aesthetic make it a highly sought after space for traditional tenants, and co-working environments.
Adjacent to 325 W Huron, and visible from the building, a bold new series of lifestyle-driven office buildings developed by North Wells Capital and Urban Innovations is underway. The project, planned at 306 W Erie, 311 W Huron, and proposed for 320 W Huron, will shift the paradigm in River North with Class A buildings that include large floorplates, functional amenities, and inspiring new green spaces that will activate the streetscape.
North Wells Capital is the investment management affiliate of Urban Innovations. North Wells is helmed by a leadership team with more than 60 collective years of creating and delivering attractive, sustainable, risk-adjusted returns. The firm focuses on executing acquisitions, due diligence and asset management, while also emphasizing risk management and preservation of capital as central parts of its investor-focused model.
