Bart Johnson is the Commercial Real Estate Market Head for Wintrust Financial. He has over 25 years of banking and commercial real estate lending experience and works with the bankers across all Wintrust charters in the management of the Company’s nearly $7 billion real estate loan portfolio.

Bart is a member of the Wintrust Credit Committee and has extensive working knowledge in the construction and ownership of office developments, industrial and warehouse spaces, multifamily properties, self-storage and senior housing. Bart and his Wintrust Peers are financing projects across the country, supporting their clients’ growth and diversification efforts.

Fritz Kaegi

Prior to beginning his career in Cook County government, Fritz spent more than 20 years valuing assets as a mutual fund portfolio manager and analyst. In his 13 years at Columbia Wanger Asset Management, Fritz served as a financial steward, helping average families save for retirement and focusing on small companies operating around the world. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Illinois Assessment Officer designations. He is also a member of the IAAO, the International Association of Assessing Officers.

Since assuming office in 2018, Fritz has brought fairness, ethics and transparency to the Cook County Assessor’s Office with a vision focused on operational changes, technological upgrades, and the elimination of favoritism. These changes have increased predictability in the assessment system and spurred investment in Chicago and Cook County.

Fritz was born and raised in the Hyde Park neighborhood in Chicago and still maintains close ties to the community. He attended Hyde Park’s Kenwood Academy for high school, completed his undergraduate studies at Haverford College, and received his MBA from Stanford University.

In 2020 Fritz received the A. Philip Randolph Change Agent Award from the National A. Philip Randolph Pullman Porter Museum and in 2021 the Adlai Stevenson Award for Public Service from the Chicago chapter of the American Society for Public Administration.

Fritz’s wife Rebecca is a teacher; they live in Oak Park, with their three children, where Fritz is a member of First United Methodist Church of Oak Park.

Chicago growth strategies and recruiting efforts.

A Chicago native, Noonan joined Cushman & Wakefield from Tishman Speyer, where she enjoyed a

three-decade career and led the firm’s Chicago and Milwaukee leasing teams. As one of Chicago’s

most respected commercial real estate executives, her market knowledge, brand-management skills

and vision are unsurpassed.

Vicki has built her career on a reputation for being tenacious, people-centered and bold. She is a

connector of people and ideas, and she’s a person of principle. She believes in the advantages of a

varied and empowered workforce and encourages those in the industry to seek out employees who

share this ethos. Vicki’s openness, accessible nature and wealth of industry knowledge are guiding

Jonathan McCulloch is co-chief executive officer of Belgravia Group, Ltd., a leading Chicago residential real estate development firm which he joined in 2004.  He oversees its residential developments, new company endeavors, debt sourcing and equity fundraising. He is also a principal at Lakewest, Inc., a Belgravia affiliate involved in non-residential real estate and private equity investments; a co-founder of Lakewest Venture Partners which has invested in over thirty early-stage companies since its formation in 2012; and a venture partner at Dundee Venture Capital.

In 2010 he joined the board of directors of Accel Entertainment and served on the board until November 2019 when the company completed a public listing onto the NYSE (ACEL). He also serves on boards of various companies in the Dundee Venture Capital portfolio.

Jonathan is a member of the US Soccer Federation’s Chicago Development Council where he supports the Federation’s efforts to increase access and resources to accelerate the development of youth soccer players and their coaches in the U.S. He also serves on the board of directors of Back 2 School Illinois, a nonprofit that operates the largest school supply program in Illinois providing over 20,000 low-income children with free school supplies annually

Jonathan grew up Washington, D.C., and received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He lives in Roscoe Village with his wife and two children.

Damian Eallonardo

Damian Eallonardo, Regional President overseeing W.E. O’Neil’s Chicago, Nashville, and Austin offices, is a 37-year veteran of the commercial construction industry and has overseen more than $3 billion in construction over the course of his career. Through his involvement in the industry, Damian has developed a keen sense of Chicago’s ever-changing commercial real estate and development market and has successfully devised and implemented construction solutions to assist clients in navigating these conditions. More specifically, he has extensive experience in the evolving world of the skilled labor market and the greater economic forces driving design and construction costs. Prior to joining W.E. O’Neil, Damian served in executive leadership roles for two other major Chicago general contractors. Damian is a LEED Accredited Professional and is also a board member of the Chicagoland Associated General Contractors. Damian earned an Associate of Science in Construction Management from Triton College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin University.

Mr. Rendak joined Inland Mortgage Capital in 2000, rising up to the rank of president in 2011. His career has been principally devoted to commercial real estate finance. Since arriving at Inland, Mr. Rendak has been focused on all aspects of its bridge lending program, including originating, underwriting, marketing, portfolio management and capital raising. During his career at IMC, Mr. Rendak has been involved in over a billion dollars’ worth of commercial real estate financing.

Carrie Szarzynski has more than 29 years of experience in the operations and management of commercial real estate and provides leadership and oversight to the management services division. She has extensive experience managing teams, day-to-day property operations, capital planning and management, construction oversight, and assisting with marketing and leasing.

In her role, Carrie has been instrumental in the transformation that the Hiffman National management services department has undergone over the past three years. Under her guidance as Senior Vice President, the organization transitioned from individual teams to a harmonious collaborative group that makes each other better and keeps growing. She leads by example, and not only does she understand the real estate industry incredibly well, but she also has a fantastic talent for understanding individual strengths and weaknesses.

Carrie focuses on the strength each person brings and a deep understanding of the industry to move the whole department forward. Carrie recognizes the value of the leadership team’s experience and leverages knowledge to streamline processes, add efficient new protocols, and solicit team members’ opinions. Somehow she balances all of her responsibilities, is available to all employees and clients, is on the Sync committee, has corporate responsibilities, is a BOMA mentor and speaker, has been interviewed and published by several real estate publications, and is helping launch and grow Hiffman’s national platform.

Before joining Hiffman, Carrie worked with several real estate firms, including U.S. Equities Realty, GE Capital, JLL, and Equity Office.
