Kelly Gallagher is the President and Owner of EverLights, a national distributor specializing in lighting, electrical supply, and recycling solutions for large-scale construction projects. Expanding her influence in the industry, she launched EL Design, a two-story decorative lighting showroom in Elk Grove Village, just outside Chicago. Her commitment to sustainable and high-end lighting design drives innovation in both commercial and residential spaces.

Andre is a Principal and Global Cities Sector Leader at Gensler. He is recognized across the industry for leveraging his extensive experience in the fields of urban design, planning, and architecture to catalyze neighborhood revitalization and drive the redevelopment of urban districts.

Andre has committed his career to improving cities and underserved neighborhoods. A true urban strategist, he works seamlessly across public agencies, private sector clients, and non-profit organizations to develop master plans that shape the future of neighborhoods and cities. His strong background in transit-oriented development, corridor master planning, and repositioning urban industrial centers, is represented in his broad range of work and product types — which include blending residential, office, institutional, retail, open space, and commercial uses into a larger master planning vision and implementation strategies.

Andre offers his leadership and expertise to a variety of prestigious organizations and civic groups including the American Institute of Architects (National Strategic Board Member), the Urban Land Institute (Americas Executive Committee), the Chicago Plan Commission (Vice Chair), and the Chicago Architecture Center (Board Member). His thought leadership can be found in publications including the New York Times, The Guardian, and Fast Company, and he speaks frequently on global stages including WRLDCTY, MIT DesignX, and the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. Andre is a co-Chair of Gensler’s Global Inclusion Committee and recently served on Gensler’s Board of Directors.

Ann has a rich 30-year career in award-winning commercial lighting and lighting design. In 2002, Ann established her own company specializing in LED-based commercial lighting fixtures achieving significant recognition, multiple patents and product design awards, including Best New Product of the Year. Following a successful tenure leading her lighting company, Ann returned to her roots as a lighting designer, driven by her enduring passion for architecture and light. Whether engaged in luminaire design or lighting system design, Ann’s commitment to excellence shines through her work. She is recognized as an industry authority, presenting at Lightfair International, Neocon, LEDucation, LED Specifier Summits, and Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) National Conferences.

Lauren’s early exposure to construction and design inspired her to earn a degree in Interior Architecture from Miami University of Ohio. With over 9 years of interior design experience, she excels in space planning, FF&E selection, project management, and delivering engaging presentations. Her solid foundation in construction, architecture, and design enables her to handle complex projects with ease. Passionate about collaboration, Lauren supports A+D and CRE through presentations, initial project strategy, and partnership events, fostering creativity and ensuring successful project outcomes.
