Opened in 1999, the building is the central component of a mixed-use development that includes office, retail, residential, all supported via a 607-space parking garage below the building. Grey focuses on the development, brokerage and leasing of office, medical office and infill residential projects. Previous experience includes serving as a partner at Mark Pierce Poole Properties (2001-2008), senior vice president of the Trammell Crow Company (1998-2000) and director of office leasing at Faison Associates (1992-97). Grey, along with Patrick Pierce and Jensie Teague, founded Selwyn Property Group in 2009. Since his first industry position at Childress Klein Properties in 1990, Grey has been responsible for the development of several million square feet of office, medical office, retail, and infill residential properties.

Grey graduated from Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) a t the University of Virginia. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina, and is the past President of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Projects that Grey has been involved with include 605 Lexington Avenue (infill office building in Charlotte, 800 St. Mary's Street (infill boutique apartment project in Raleigh), 1500 Kenilworth (infill townhome project in Charlotte), Park at Drexel (infill boutique apartment project in Charlotte), OrthoCarolina Medical Office Building (Charlotte), and Dabney Exchange Retail Development (Henderson).

John Boylan started his career with Spectrum in 1989. Hired as a

marketing representative in Charlotte, he relocated to Winston-Salem in

1991 to begin Spectrum’s presence in the Triad region. In February of

1997, he also assumed responsibilities for the Raleigh portfolio.

In November of 2004, Mr. Boylan was named president of Spectrum

Properties Management Company. He plays a lead role in the company’s

operations and is directly responsible for the leasing and management

functions of our Spectrum Carolina’s portfolio, currently consisting of over 5

million square feet. Mr. Boylan also provides expertise in acquiring new

business and identifying new development opportunities.

Erin Amon is CoStar Group’s Market Analyst for the Carolinas, with a focus on the Charlotte and Raleigh metro areas. Erin is responsible for writing quarterly apartment, office, retail, and industrial market reports and apartment and office submarket reports which inform decisions of developers, lenders, property managers, and investors locally and nationwide. Erin works with a team of researchers to collect commercial real estate data, which she uses jointly with information from Apartments.com to analyze trends in rents, vacancies, demand drivers, construction activity, and investments across her markets and the submarkets within.

Jonathan serves as senior vice president of investments, where he oversees commercial and multi-family acquisitions for the company as well as sourcing equity.

Jonathan was previously the senior vice president of commercial, where he oversaw leasing, sales, management, and operations of the company’s commercial portfolio. He has been with Grubb Properties since December 2002 and brings sales, leasing, property management, and entrepreneurial expertise to his position. At Grubb Properties, his primary focus has been sales, leasing, management, and acquisition of Grubb’s 3-million-square-foot office portfolio.

Jonathan was recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal as one of the city’s top “40 Under 40” young professionals for his business and community service, and has also been recognized multiple times by the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors at its annual Deal Makers Ceremony for achieving lease and sale transactions in excess of $10 million. Jonathan has served on the board of directors for The Family Center and is currently an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Jonathan received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Quentin Fogan

Quentin Fogan is a Director and Senior Product Specialist within Commercial Real Estate Structured Finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Since joining the firm, Quentin has focused on commercial mortgage origination, asset management, securitization, restructuring and international asset dispositions. In his current role, Quentin originates commercial real estate financings across a variety of property types for both CMBS and conventional programs. Quentin is integral in the firms CRE strategic initiatives and co-manages the real estate structured finance business in India. Prior to Bank of America, Quentin worked at Royal Bank of Canada (US). Quentin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, a Graduate Certificate in Commercial Real Estate and Investment from New York University and a Master's of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Mr. Fogan is an active member of CREFC and the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Jason LaBonte joined Crescent Communities as Senior Vice President of Finance and Investments. He’s responsible for the

strategic and financial leadership of a $2B multifamily investment portfolio spanning 10 states. He leads the division's

efforts to raise capital and focuses on strategic planning, investor relations and oversight for all investments and assets.

He is an active member of the Multifamily Leadership Team that determines the development and disposition of key

assets.

Mr. LaBonte has over twenty years of real estate experience and more than fifteen years of capital markets and private

equity experience working for one of the world's largest financial services firms, both in New York City and Charlotte,

where he executed over $50 billion in transactions.

Mr. LaBonte was most recently with Centennial Holding Company, LLC, as Managing Director of Corporate Development,

leading the firm's efforts for capital raising while also focusing on strategic planning, platform development and investor

relations.

Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in the Global Strategic Capital Group of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, with a

focus on real estate, alternative investments and corporate development transactions. He served on multiple Board of

Directors in both the financial services and real estate industries. Mr. LaBonte was also a Vice President with the firm’s

Real Estate Investment Banking team and an Associate in their Leverage Finance and High Yield Capital Markets group.

Mr. LaBonte received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has a

Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Mr.

LaBonte also holds the designation of Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Sayer Nixon is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Finance Practice Group and represents financial, investment and other lending institutions and funds in connection with the financing, acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial office buildings, retail centers, hotels, industrial warehouses and storage facilities, manufactured housing communities, multifamily housing complexes, single-family rental portfolios and other types of commercial properties nationwide.

While his practice focuses primarily on debt origination and traditional financing arrangements which are structured for securitization in the CMBS market, Sayer also has experience with ground leases, condominiums, tenants in common (TIC) ownership, 1031s, multi-borrower and multi-property structures, master leases, bond leases, and equity and mezzanine financing.

In addition to advising his clients on the financial structure of these matters, Sayer regularly advises clients on real estate title, survey and zoning matters, cash management and deposit account arrangements, special purpose entity structures and bankruptcy remote requirements, property insurance matters, security interests in various types of UCC collateral, legal opinions, and other general legal and contractual matters inherent to securitized loans.

Ed is the Interim Planning Director for the City of Charlotte, and is currently overseeing a range of planning initiatives for the City including the comprehensive update of the City’s zoning ordinance. Ed has over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sector with a background in architecture and urban design. As a partner in the consulting firm Glatting Jackson, Ed worked throughout the U.S. on transit station planning, corridor and downtown redevelopment, and large-scale private land development. Ed has served as an urban design studio instructor and holds graduate degrees in architecture and city planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

During his career, Wyatt has been responsible for the development of over 4,500 apartment units in the Carolinas and South Florida with a capital commitment of over $550 million. Additionally, he has facilitated the acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of over 900 units with a transaction value of over $36 million. Previously, Wyatt served as Lane Company’s development partner in the Carolinas and Virginia, and as Managing Director with Faison Enterprises, Inc., where he was responsible for the firm’s multifamily acquisition and development activity in the Carolinas.

Wyatt spent the first 8 years of his career with Camden Property Trust (previously Summit Properties) where he served as Vice President of Investment and Development. During his tenure, he held responsibilities for the company’s investment activities in the Carolinas, Georgia, and South Florida markets. Wyatt received his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina with a concentration in Real Estate. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. Wyatt is married with two children.

Mr. Teague is a Principal and a Founding Partner for Selwyn Property Group, Inc. He was formerly the National Team Leader for Lauth Property Group's Retail Development program and Senior Managing Director for Faison Associates and Trammell Crow Company. A resident of Charlotte, North Carolina, Mr. Teague has more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate, and has developed over 8 million square feet of commercial properties. He is a member of the ICSC, CCIM, and Charlotte Board of Commercial Realtors, and is past Board Chair for Charlotte Preschool Partnership, the Central Avenue Bilingual School, and JDRF. He is on the Board of Directors of Burroughs and Chapin Company, Thompson Child and Family Focus, and Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest.

Mr. Teague received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude from Washington & Lee University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Cristi Lewis is an audit partner based in CohnReznick’s Charlotte office. She is a member of the firm’s Construction Industry Practice. Cristi has more than 15 years of public accounting experience encompassing financial statement audits, accounting, business consulting, agreed upon procedures engagements, regulatory compliance and benefit plan audits. Her industry experience includes construction contractors, commercial real estate, residential multi-family housing, and governmental agencies (including PHAs). She has also worked with many small business clients.

Throughout her career, Cristi has been tasked with planning and performing audit, tax, and agreed upon procedures engagements while also providing training, supervision and work reviews for audit associates. She has extensive experience planning and executing audits in compliance with GAGAS, HUD audit guidelines, and OMB A-133. Her real estate and construction industry experience includes commercial and multi-family residential, land development, specialty contractors and property management. She has also worked extensively on due diligence engagements for an SEC client relative to the acquisition of contractors across the country.
