Erik is a co-founder of White Point Partners with over 15 years of real estate experience. He focuses on asset management, underwriting, equity and debt structuring, and investor relations. Erik previously served as SVP of Finance for a publicly-traded student housing REIT where he was responsible for capital markets strategies, underwriting, asset management, and managing the joint venture and investor relations programs. Prior to his tenure at the REIT, he worked in J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking Group where he advised clients on M&A transactions and raised over $6.5 billion of debt and equity capital. Erik began his career at Wells Fargo, where he provided large real estate firms with acquisition and development financing.

Erik received a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Advisory Board of the McCombs School of Business Real Estate Investment Fund at The University of Texas at Austin.

Patrick Gildea focuses on the disposition and acquisition of office, industrial and mixed use properties throughout the Carolinas on behalf of institutional and private owners and investors. As the leader of one of the top-performing teams in the Carolinas, Patrick has been involved in nearly $8 billion in investment property sales. Through this experience, Patrick has helped to set price-per-square-foot and cap-rate records in Charlotte and the Carolinas.

Patrick has been consistently ranked among Charlotte’s top producers, within both CBRE and the market as a whole. His membership in CBRE’s Institutional Properties group provides an intimate and unique knowledge of the institutional capital flows across the United States, along with access to the most aggressive national capital sources at a high level.

Prior to joining CBRE, Patrick worked in the commercial loan department at BB&T where he began his career through the company’s distinguished management development program. Patrick is active in numerous professional and civic organizations, and lives in Charlotte with his wife and three children.

Liz Koteles, located in FCP’s Atlanta, GA office, leads the firm’s commercial efforts in the Southeast. She focuses on sourcing, structuring and executing commercial investments and developments throughout several current and expansion markets. Prior to joining FCP, Ms. Koteles was a top producer at JLL, where she represented a variety of ownership groups for their leasing needs across Atlanta.

Prior to JLL, Ms. Koteles was a Manager of Corporate Strategy and Business Development for Novelis, Inc., an $11 billion aluminum manufacturer. Ms. Koteles began her career in investment banking with VRA Partners focusing on M&A and private placement advisory services. Ms. Koteles graduated magna cum laude from Washington & Lee University with degrees in Business Administration and Spanish. Ms. Koteles is an active member of NAIOP and ULI.

Peet Poillon serves as Senior Advisor for NFP’s Property & Casualty group where he is responsible for managing client relationships throughout the southeast. His clients are primarily in the Commercial Real Estate, Construction, and Manufacturing industries. NFP has a large focus in the Commercial Real Estate landscape with a national practice that services owners, developers, and property management companies globally. In addition to Property and Casualty, NFP’s services include benefits, retirement, and wealth management. Prior to his career in the insurance industry, Peet coached collegiate lacrosse and played professionally. He currently volunteers with multiple lacrosse organizations in Charlotte and recently joined the board of the Greater Enrichment Program, centered around after school activities for at-risk elementary school aged kids. Peet graduated from UMBC in 2010. He resides in Huntersville, NC with his wife and two children.

Meredith Ball is a Partner at Foundry Commercial, where she provides advisory and leasing expertise to institutional investors, real estate firms, and property owners. Meredith handles a portfolio of over 2 million SF, for clients including Cousins Properties, Portman Holdings, New York Life, and ICM Group.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Meredith spent three years as a part of the Asset Services team with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. Before that, Meredith was with the Charlotte office of Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA for eight years. She earned the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2009, and served as the President of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) in 2018.

Meredith is a graduate of East Carolina University, and has been recognized as one of the Charlotte Business Journal’s Forty Under 40, and Women in Business. She was also honored as the Top Producer in the Office category at CRCBR’s Deal Makers awards for 2019, and was recognized by Globe St. Real Estate Forum as a Woman of Influence in 2020.

Sagar Rathie

Sagar Rathie joined Crescent Communities in 2016 and currently serves as Managing Director for the Commercial division. He leads all aspects of the Company’s office acquisitions and developments throughout the Southeast and Southwest, with an active investment and pipeline development portfolio totaling 2.5 million SF and representing $1.3 billion in capital deployed. Sagar is responsible for sourcing, entitling, designing, financing, and executing on new and value-add office and mixed-use developments across the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee, Central Florida, Texas and Arizona.

Sagar has extensive capital markets experience, having collectively raised nearly $4.0 billion in third party equity and debt throughout his career. Previously, he was Crescent Communities' Director of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations, where he played an integral role in the company’s financial forecasting and planning efforts, assisted with the investment committee process, and led numerous strategic initiatives for the company. Prior to Crescent Communities, Sagar was an Investment Banking Senior Associate with Piper Sandler, and a Manager at GlaxoSmithKline.

He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Discovery Place, active with ULI as a member of the Capital Markets Committee, is a Development Leaders National Forum invitee with NAIOP, a recent graduation of Leadership Charlotte, and heavily involved with the community. Sagar received his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Master’s in Engineering from Duke University, and Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering also from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Collin has 20 years of experience designing and planning projects within a variety of markets such as healthcare, mixed-use, urban infill and adaptive reuse, multi-family, commercial, institutional, residential communities, and urban development. Collin founded and was a Co-Managing Principal of Bloc Design in Charlotte for 10 years prior to merging with V3 Companies in March 2022. As a Landscape Architect, he brings a highly developed knowledge and design approach to master planning, site design, and plant ecology integrated with meaningful design principles. His extensive experience allows a creative, solutions-based approach to complex projects, paired with a strong desire to help their clients achieve their vision and goals for their projects. Collin oversees the design team within the Charlotte office, as well as the business development activities.
