Jon’s energy and passion for life is contagious. He joined Beacon in 1995 as a leasing agent and has served multiple roles: development, acquisition and asset/investment roles. Today, he stewards the growth of Beacon’s 6.5 million SF industrial portfolio through acquisition and development.

A world traveler, Jon can often be found at live music shows. He’s served on the Board of Directors for The John Crosland School, which helps children with learning disabilities. Jon credits the School for his oldest son’s transformation during his six years of attendance.

Paxton has over 20 years of experience in development, management, investment and

management of all product types within the commercial real estate industry. His primary

responsibility with SunCap is furthering the success of SunCap’s build-to-suit delivery by

establishing client partnerships for the purpose of initiating new development across the

Southeast.

Paxton began his career with Lat Purser & Associates where he was responsible for the

leasing of a large retail portfolio throughout North and South Carolina. After four years at

LPA, he joined SunCap founder, Flint McNaughton, during his tenure at Lincoln Harris.

While part of Lincoln Harris’ corporate services group, Paxton oversaw the leasing and asset

management of several key mixed-use developments in the Carolinas, Carolinas Healthcare

System’s 200+ medical office building portfolio, and developed several successful retail,

office, medical office and mixed-use projects.

Upon leaving Lincoln Harris in 2004, Paxton joined two colleagues in the creation of the

first regional office for Lauth Property Group. His primary responsibility was managing the

southeastern retail development group and all facets of the company’s retail developments

including procurement, entitlement, anchor tenant negotiations, construction and

disposition.

In 2010 Paxton joined JE Dunn Construction in the midst of the great recession as Vice

President and Director of Business Development. He was responsible for brand recognition

as JE Dunn transitioned from its acquisition of R.J. Griffin and Company. He was also

successful in identifying new business and repeat clients and over the course of five years JE

Dunn increased its revenue over 200%.

Paxton graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA degree in

Communication. Since 2006 he has served as a board member and volunteer coach of

multiple baseball teams at Myers Park Trinity Little League.

Sean Kelley

In his role as VP of Business Development, Sean is responsible for generating business opportunities with new and current clients that enhance their supply chain and allow for greater speed to market. Since being hired in 2012, Kelley has played a key role in a significant expansion into new customer markets as well as increased sales revenues year-over-year. His focus on collaboration internally and externally has helped create seamless implementation of clients to operations and customer service.

Prior to joining Bonded, Sean spent nine years at Ross Dress for Less where he was responsible for procurement and execution of all transportation services. This included pricing, negotiations, contract management, store distribution, claims, compliance, SOPs, strategy and international operations. Prior to that, he spent a year as Business Development Manager with Celerix, a technology company in the logistics industry. Kelley got his start in the international shipping industry holding positions in Customer Service, Operations, Trade Management and Facility Management with companies including Maersk Line, Nedlloyd and P&O Nedlloy.

Sean is an experienced supply chain and logistics leader who designs, plans, and executes all supply chain activities in order to reduce costs, improve performance and add value for customers. Through strategic planning, Sean has developed and executed sustainable processes that enabled significant growth opportunities for his employers and customers. He currently serves as the Program Chair for the CSCMP Charlotte Roundtable.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey.

John has completed millions of square feet of development-related projects from build-to-suit and sale/leasebacks to construction program and project management.

Warren Snowdon serves as Managing Director and Principal for Foundry Commercial in Charlotte, NC.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Warren was with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer serving on the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance since 1996. Warren has focused on forward thinking site selection and tenant representation as well as disposition and leasing strategies for institutional, industrial clients to rationalize supply chain networks and drive value for institutional owners. He possesses an extensive background in build to suit projects as well as investment sales for distribution and manufacturing clients.

Warren’s early career was shaped by several years spent in property management (1993-1996) and development after receiving a degree in Industrial Relations from UNC Chapel Hill. Warren is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina, holds a North Carolina General Contractor’s license, is a multiple year winner of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) Deal Maker’s award, and was a recipient of the Charlotte Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award.

Erik is a co-founder of White Point Partners with over 15 years of real estate experience. He focuses on asset management, underwriting, equity and debt structuring, and investor relations. Erik previously served as SVP of Finance for a publicly-traded student housing REIT where he was responsible for capital markets strategies, underwriting, asset management, and managing the joint venture and investor relations programs. Prior to his tenure at the REIT, he worked in J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking Group where he advised clients on M&A transactions and raised over $6.5 billion of debt and equity capital. Erik began his career at Wells Fargo, where he provided large real estate firms with acquisition and development financing.

Erik received a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Advisory Board of the McCombs School of Business Real Estate Investment Fund at The University of Texas at Austin.

Chris Skibinski

Mr. Skibinski has 31 years of experience in industrial commercial real estate transactions. He has successfully negotiated transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion for manufacturing, research and development, and logistics facilities throughout the country.

He has worked in all facets of the industrial sector, including multi-property portfolio leasing and sales, complex land acquisitions for developers, corporate asset dispositions, and build-to-suits. Recently, Mr. Skibinski assisted the Silverman Group in the leasing of their 3.4 million square foot Charlotte portfolio, as well as the development and leasing of Scannell Properties’ 2.1 million square foot business park in Rock Hill, South Carolina. He also assisted Evergreen Industrial Properties in their 944,000 square foot portfolio in Charlotte, NC, Hartz Mountain with their 1 million square foot portfolio and Somerset Properties in their 1,361,756 square foot industrial building.

In addition to assisting investors with industrial park development and leasing, he has handled over 2.2 million square feet of property sales for Scannell and multiple transactions for the Silverman Group, Indus Realty Trust, Lightstone and iStar Financial.

He is a multi-year award recipient of Costar’s Power Broker Award and Avison Young’s Circle of Excellence.
