Elizabeth Lowrey is a designer, industry leader and mentor. She has been

responsible for Elkus Manfredi’s interior architecture studio since the firm’s founding

Since joining the Boston Brokerage Team in 1998 after earning an MS in Real Estate, Kristin has completed over $3B worth of transactions. She represents corporations, developers and owners in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate. A leader in the industry, she has been recognized in the community for her commitment to excellence and her professional integrity. Kristin first joined Colliers in the Real Estate Management Services group. She managed a vast portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail space.

As Chief Operating Officer, Leslie Cohen is a key contributor to Davis’s business strategy and is responsible for driving its successful implementation and financial performance. She oversees the day-to-day business operations, specifically in the areas of Finance and Accounting, Property Management, Legal and Compliance, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, and Administration.

Leslie serves as the Chairperson of the Company’s Executive Committee and is a voting member of the Investment Committee. She is also responsible for fostering and maintaining an inclusive corporate culture, one that ensures employee engagement and retention, as well as overseeing the successful implementation of that strategy.

Prior to joining Davis, Leslie served as the COO and Head of Asset Management for Samuels & Associates, a Boston-based Real Estate Development and Management firm, where she was responsible for executing the strategic vision of the firm across numerous large-scale developments in Boston and the surrounding communities.

An active leader in the region’s real estate community, Leslie served as the President of CREW Boston (formerly NEWiRE) and was the 2020 President of NAIOP MA. She currently serves on the NAIOP MA Board Management Committee. Leslie is a former board member of Heading Home and since 2019 has been a leading member of the fundraising team for Heading Home’s Housewarming. Leslie is a former member of the Tufts Buildings and Grounds Committee. Leslie serves as a Trustee of Chapel Hill Chauncy Hall School and is a current member of its Buildings and Grounds and Finance Committees. This combination of professional success and civic engagement has resulted in numerous honors, including recognition as a Bisnow’s Power Women in Commercial Real Estate, Boston Business Journal Women Who Mean Business, Globe Street Women of Influence and multiple awards from CREW Boston.

A resident of Brookline, Cohen has a BCSE in Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from Babson College.

Jennifer Schultz is a partner at the law firm Nixon Peabody, LLP, and the Leader of the Nationwide Real Estate Development Team. Jenn specializes personally on large-scale complex mixed-use development in and around the Boston area, Worcester, and Providence, RI. She and her team have successfully permitted over 10 million square feet of development over the last 6 years, including over 4 million square feet of lab/R&D space. Nixon’s national development team includes more than 26 lawyers and professional staff across seven offices.

Kimberly Sherman Stamler is the President of Related Beal where she is responsible for the overall management of the firm. Ms. Sherman Stamler leads the company in its pursuit of new development and deal opportunities, and in all financing activities across the Boston business units.

In her previous roles at Related Beal and Related, Ms. Sherman Stamler worked with the Related Beal platform on various transactions across all asset classes including The Beverly, Boston’s largest affordable and workforce housing development in 25 years, the Quinzani Bakery site acquisition in the South End and the execution and management several Related Fund Management developments including The Arlington in the Back Bay. Other recent projects in Boston include Lovejoy Wharf, home to residences on Lovejoy Wharf and the new headquarters for Converse, Inc., and the redevelopment of Congress Square in downtown Boston, which was previously Fidelity's headquarters.

Throughout her career, Ms. Sherman Stamler has been responsible for more than $5 billion of development in virtually every sector of the real estate industry—acquisitions, financing, and development, with oversight on leasing, marketing, operations and sales. Ms. Sherman Stamler joined Related Companies in 1999 and was previously responsible for overseeing Related’s residential operating portfolio and the retail within this portfolio. Ms. Sherman Stamler worked on the expansion of Related into Chicago and was the development executive on The Clarendon and One Back Bay in Boston, beginning her work on that project in 2003. In partnership with Hudson Companies, Ms. Sherman Stamler has been responsible for the development of five buildings and retail at Riverwalk on Roosevelt Island in New York City as well as for the evolution of this 19 acre site to a community, adding new park space, and local and national retailers.

Ms. Sherman Stamler graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania with a major in Urban Studies. Ms. Sherman Stamler sits on the boards of the Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy, Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston and the Boston Municipal Research Bureau. She is a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce's Regional Real Estate Development Leadership Council. Ms. Sherman Stamler also sits on the board of Nontraditional Employment for Women (NEW). Previously, she was a PENCIL partner with the New York City public schools, and a David Rockefeller fellow through the Partnership for New York City. Ms. Sherman Stamler is a member of the Sam Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center at The Wharton School of the University of Pennslyvania. Most recently, Ms. Sherman Stamler was recongnized as a 2017 Power 50 Newsmaker by the Boston Business Journal.

Lisa  has over 20 years of diverse experience in real estate development including complex, mixed-use projects with significant residential, commercial and public spaces. Her areas of expertise include predevelopment strategy, financial feasibility, infrastructure, and government relations/approvals.

Prior to leading Athena, Ms. Serafin was a Founding Principal of Redgate Real Estate, a real estate services and investment company established in 2010. Ms. Serafin led the firm’s strategy and institutional practices and was part of the leadership team responsible for day-to-day operations and the strategic, financial and investment planning activities of the company through 2022. Redgate currently has 60 employees, manages over $2 billion in client risk and is headquartered in Boston with offices in the Mid-Atlantic and North Carolina. 

Ms. Serafin initiated Redgate’s RISE women’s affinity group and sat on the firm’s standing DEIB Task Force. She has served on numerous non-profit and civic Boards and Commissions, including MassHousing, as well as held leadership positions in industry organizations, including CREW Boston.

Sandy Edgerley is a philanthropist, entrepreneur, and civic leader whose work has shaped some of Greater Boston's most influential nonprofit, educational, and community institutions. Through her leadership, philanthropy, and commitment to creating opportunity, she has dedicated her career to advancing education, youth development, healthcare, and community impact.

As trustee of the Edgerley Family Foundation, Sandy has served on more than 15 nonprofit boards and has contributed her expertise, resources, and network to local and national organizations dedicated to advancing opportunities for youth, education, community healthcare, and economic mobility.

As Co-Founder of The ‘Quin House, a private social club in Boston that opened in 2021, Sandy, along with her husband, Paul, has helped create a place designed to enrich the lives of members and foster a community of impact. The ‘Quin Impact Fund was formed as a philanthropic extension of the Club, providing members with opportunities to support important causes, locally and globally. The ‘Quin House has been named one of the Boston Business Journal's Top 100 Charitable Contributors in Massachusetts from 2023 through 2026.
Sandy has been actively involved in the education and social service nonprofit arena, including serving four years as Chair of The Boston Foundation and five years as Chair of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Dean’s Advisors at Harvard Business School and as a director on several nonprofit boards, including City Year, Boston College, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, The Ann Romney Center for Neurologic Diseases at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, the Senior Advisory Board of Horizons for Homeless Children, and the Massachusetts General Hospital President’s Council. She previously served on the boards of numerous local nonprofits, including the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, Be The Change Inc., Scholar Athletes, Youth Villages Massachusetts, and as an overseer of The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and WGBH.
Sandy has been personally recognized for her decades of philanthropic leadership and service. Most recently, Ron Burton Training Village unveiled Edgerley Hall, dedicated in the Edgerley name to honor Sandy and Paul’s extraordinary generosity and unwavering belief in the futures of its Villagers. In early 2026, Boston College unveiled the Edgerley Family Court, recognizing the family's longstanding support of the University's men's and women's basketball programs.
In 2025, Sandy was named the Women Fighting Hunger Honoree of the Year by the Greater Boston Food Bank and received The New England Council's Centennial Award in recognition of her leadership and lasting impact on the region's quality of life and economy. Sandy and Paul Edgerley were also recognized as one of Embrace Boston's 2024 Embrace Honors Cohorts, celebrating couples who are helping build a more equitable Boston. Together, Sandy and Paul received the Distinguished Bostonian Award from the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce in 2017 and the United Way National Tocqueville Award in 2011.

Sandy and Paul also serve as Founding Members of The Earthshot Prize, supporting the organization's mission to identify, accelerate, and scale innovative solutions to the world's greatest environmental challenges. Sandy has additionally been recognized multiple times on the Boston Business Journal Power 50 and Boston Magazine's Most Influential Bostonians lists.
In 2013, Sandy founded the real estate development firm Hexagon Properties, with a mission to develop one-of-a-kind properties, all with the same acute attention to detail and discerning eye for luxury. The Hexagon portfolio includes Haddon Hall and No. 284 Guest House, and her latest venture, The ‘Quin House, melds community building and design to create a unique collective experience. Hexagon Properties was named one of the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in 2024 and 2025 by The Women’s Edge and its partner, The Boston Globe.
Before launching her own firm, Sandy spent 10 years as a consultant, manager, and Director of Recruiting and Training at Bain & Company. She then devoted her time and expertise to leading prominent nonprofit boards in the area. 

A graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Business School, where she graduated with Distinction, Sandy continues to be an active and engaged alumna. She has previously served as Co-Chair of the Harvard University Capital Campaign, the Harvard Campaign for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and the Harvard College Fund.

Paul and Sandy have been married for 35 years and have four children: Brian, Matthew, Hayley, and Michael.

Purnima Kapur is Harvard University’s inaugural Chief of University Planning and Design. She

oversees Planning and Design for all of Harvard University’s Campuses in Cambridge, Allston,

the Longwood Medical Area as well as Harvard’s long range, and multi-phased work in Allston.

She is a visiting faculty member at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design and has also served as

an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and

Preservation (GSAAP).

Purnima has more than 25 years of experience in the New York City Planning Department,

culminating with her appointment as the Executive Director of the City Planning Department,

where she oversaw all land use planning and policies for the City of New York’s neighborhood

planning studies, economic development, and resiliency initiatives. Purnima is one of the key

architects of New York City’s groundbreaking Mandatory Inclusionary Housing regulation.

Under her leadership, the city adopted five Integrated Neighborhood Plans in four boroughs, as

well as an innovative plan for the redevelopment of Greater East Midtown. Prior to that

Purnima was a key player in the redevelopment and transformation of Brooklyn for over two

decades, leading high-priority and transformative projects, including the development of

Greenpoint-Williamsburg, Downtown Brooklyn, and Coney Island among other neighborhoods.

Over the years, Purnima has also provided consulting services on planning and development

projects in several US Cities as well as internationally.

Purnima holds a master’s degree in City Planning and Architecture Studies and a Master of

Science of Architecture Studies from MIT. She also holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the

School of Planning and Architecture Delhi.

Jenn was primarily drawn to the field of civil and water resources engineering for its ability to directly benefit communities via forward-thinking, inclusive, and resilient projects. She now has 20 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of site development and infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on sustainable stormwater and resilience planning, design, and implementation.

As President & CEO of Nitsch Engineering, Jenn leads the vision, strategy, and operational and financial performance of the firm. She is guided by her belief that all decisions – both on projects and within the company – must consider the people impacted. Jenn is passionate about collaborating with clients and project partners to drive excellence and innovation in the built environment.

Amy Korté is an architect and President of Arrowstreet, a multidisciplinary architecture, planning, interiors, and experience design firm. She leads the design of Arrowstreet’s large-scale mixed-use, residential, and infrastructure projects, with a focus on how shifts in technology, climate, and society impact cities and buildings. Her multidisciplinary background in architecture, interiors, retail, and development enables her to deliver creative designs that bridge multiple disciplines.

Amy’s work has sparked critical national conversations about the future of cities and design, and she has spoken nationally at CREW, CERAWeek, Founders Forum, Urbanism Next, and AWE USA. She holds a Master of Architecture from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a BFA in Environmental Design from Parsons School of Design. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Harvard COOP and is as a co-chair of the Boston Society of Architects’ Women Principals Group is an advocate for equity within the profession.

Melissa joined HRP Group’s executive team in 2020 to lead the firm’s expansion into the urban mixed-use development space. She is responsible for a 5M SF development pipeline of mixed-use and life science/innovation projects across the country including 776 Summer in Boston, the former PRGS site in Alexandria, Virginia, and the Bellwether District in Philadelphia. In leading HRP’s urban mixed-use development platform, Melissa’s responsibilities encompass all facets of development, from due diligence and acquisition to entitlement and vertical development.
Prior to joining HRP, Melissa was VP of Development at Boston Properties, where she oversaw many of the firm’s urban, mixed-use projects including The Hub on Causeway, a 1.8M SF mixed-use development at North Station adjacent to Boston’s TD Garden and a 440,000 SF build-to-suit office and retail building for Google in Cambridge's Kendall Square.

Melissa holds a dual master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Real Estate Development and City Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University. She serves as a Lecturer at the Center for Real Estate at MIT, is the 2026 President of CREDA Massachusetts Board Management Committee, serves on the Board of Trustees for Boston Harbor Now, and is on ULI’s UDMUC Silver National Product Council. 

Erin Murphy Rafferty is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Suffolk, where she leads market strategy, business development, and client engagement across the Northeast for the largest construction firm in New England. With experience spanning the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, Rafferty has built a career at the intersection of business, construction, economic development, government, and community leadership. 

Before joining Suffolk, Rafferty served as CEO of Wonderfund, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to providing enrichment opportunities and support to children involved with the Massachusetts child welfare system. Working alongside former Massachusetts First Lady Lauren Baker, Rafferty helped expand the organization’s reach to hundreds of thousands of children and quickly raised $30 million in private philanthropy, establishing an endowment to support Wonderfund’s long-term sustainability. She continues to serve Wonderfund as a board member.

Rafferty previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Bid Officer of Boston 2024, where she oversaw the organization’s bid process, master planning, day-to-day operations, and international relations strategy in its effort to bring the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games to Boston. She represented Boston internationally and worked closely with the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee and International Olympic Committee.

From 2011 to 2013, Rafferty lived in Dublin, Ireland, where she served as President and CEO of the US-Ireland Business Partnership, an economic development organization supporting Irish and European companies seeking to locate, expand, or establish partnerships in the United States.

Earlier in her career, Rafferty spent nine years on the management team of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, where, as Vice President of Communications, she led strategic planning, public relations, and marketing for an organization representing 1,500 member companies. She also served on the crisis communications team at Polaroid Corporation during the iconic American company’s historic bankruptcy.

Rafferty began her career in Massachusetts politics and government, working on the campaigns and in the administrations of Governors William Weld, Paul Cellucci, and Jane Swift. She is a graduate of Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont, and the Boston’s Future Leaders Program of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and Harvard Business School.

Deeply committed to children and community, Rafferty serves on the boards of Girls on the Run Greater Boston and the Wonderfund.  She has also served as a Big Sister and on boards and committees for the Museum of Fine Arts, the American Ireland Fund, and the Ford Hall Forum.  In her hometown of Medford, Mass., Rafferty serves on the Mayor’s Community Development Fund Committee, which distributes critical funds to local non-profits; volunteers with Heading Home to help transition unhoused families into permanent housing; chairs the finance committee for her children’s school; and organizes an annual city-wide holiday drive for children in foster care.  She and her husband are proud parents of three young daughters and a rescue dog named Ruby.   

As Managing Principal and Chief Investment Officer of Griffith Properties, Marci oversees all of the firm’s activities including fundraising, investments and executing the strategies for Griffith Properties Funds. She brings 32 years of experience in principal investing, disposition, valuation and brokerage involving over 525 transactions representing $26 billion of assets. Since 2010, Marci has been operating Griffith Properties as a Women-owned enterprise.

From 1993 to 2009 Marci was an investment sales broker most recently with Cushman & Wakefield and formerly with Fallon Hines & O’Connor/Trammell Crow Company. In the course of her 18-year Brokerage career Marci closed over 500 investment sales transactions totaling in excess of $25.0 billion and was named by Real Estate Forum as one of the country’s “Superstar” investment sales brokers in three consecutive years. While a Principal at TCC, Marci was ranked among the Top 3 Producers nationwide from 1998 through 2000. She was member of the team recognized by the GBREB’s Commercial Leasing and Investment Committee for closing “The Investment Sales Deal of the Year” multiple times: 1994 (for the $64.6 million Latham Farms Power Center sale in Albany, NY); 1995 (for the $163 million sale of Bay Colony Corporate Center in Waltham, MA); 1996 (for the $91 million Druker 1031 Exchange in Boston); 1999 (for the $403 million MGI New England Portfolios) and 2006 (for the $600 million Technology Square transaction).

Marci is a 1989 graduate of Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and a minor in Mathematics. She lives in Weston with her husband, Franz, and her three children.

Lisa Strope is a Partner with TA Realty and leads the research efforts for the firm. In this role, she works closely with senior leadership to craft the strategic house view, drive thought leadership initiatives and monitor domestic and international capital markets. She also partners with the firm’s investment and portfolio management teams to advance the firm’s analysis and forecasting across property types and regions. 

She has over 25 years of experience in real estate research, investment, and development. Prior to joining TA Realty in 2020, she spent six years at JLL. Her responsibilities included oversight of the national research platform for life sciences, healthcare and seniors housing and the New England research team. Prior to JLL, she served as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Business School where she focused on the study of investment trends in real estate.

She holds a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University. She is a former Board Member, CREW Boston, and an Adjunct Real Estate Faculty at Babson College.

Kerry Hawkins is the Senior Director of Asset Management for Hobbs Brook Real Estate, where she leads the development and implementation of investment strategies for the portfolio.

Prior to joining HBRE in 2023, Kerry held positions as the Senior Director of Life Science Investment Management at Greystar, and Senior Director of Capital Markets in JLL’s Boston office focused on life science investment sales and equity placement. She also previously spent 18 years at CBRE and Trammell Crow Company specializing in agency leasing and strategic asset repositioning for a variety of investors in office and life science assets. In her leasing career, she completed more than 1,100 transactions totaling more than 10.5 million square feet.

Kerry is actively involved in many industry organizations, including serving as President for CREW Boston, on the Board of Directors for NAIOP, the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for NAIOP MA, the Executive Committee for the DEI Collaborative, and a member of the Urban Land Institute and Commercial Brokers Association.

Kerry received her bachelor’s degree from Colby College in Government and Spanish and a certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University.

Suzanne Leblanc is Director of Corporate Real Estate at FM, where she leads strategy and execution for the company’s global real estate portfolio. Since joining FM in 2020, Suzanne has been responsible for a worldwide footprint of 72 offices across 28 countries, aligning portfolio strategy, capital planning, workplace delivery and operational needs with the business priorities of a global mutual commercial property insurer. FM serves some of the world’s largest organizations in more than 60 countries, with a focus on scientific research, engineering expertise and property risk resilience.

Her leadership reflects the qualities recognized in Bisnow’s “Capital Markets, Portfolio & Strategy Leaders” category. In 2025, Suzanne and her team completed 28 global transactions, supported 30 major capital projects and achieved $32 million in cost avoidance across a 1.7-million-square-foot portfolio. Through this work, she has demonstrated the ability to translate business objectives into thoughtful real estate decisions, deliver measurable financial impact and guide complex initiatives across geographies and stakeholder groups.

Prior to FM, Suzanne held senior real estate leadership roles with Mercury Systems, Dassault Systèmes, Nokia, Banco Santander and State Street Corporation, where she led initiatives spanning real estate strategy, transactions, design and construction, capital projects and facilities operations. Her career reflects deep experience across the commercial real estate lifecycle and a consistent focus on building portfolios that support organizational performance.

Suzanne is also an active contributor to Boston’s commercial real estate community. She has been involved with CoreNet New England for many years and currently serves on the Education Committee. In 2015, she was named CoreNet New England Americas Real Estate Executive of the Year, and she served on the CoreNet New England Board of Directors from 2016 to 2020. Earlier this year she was also a recipient of the Boston Real Estate Times Outstanding Women of Real Estate for her Corporate Real Estate and Strategic Leadership. 

Suzanne’s work exemplifies the impact of women leaders who are shaping portfolio strategy, capital investment decisions and the future of workplace and real estate operations in Boston and beyond.

Elyse Cherry has served as the CEO of BlueHub Capital since 1997. Under Cherry’s leadership, BlueHub has invested over $3.3 billion, leveraged an additional $17.0 billion, and built a national tax credit practice to: finance affordable housing, health centers, schools and other community facilities; provide foreclosure relief through the creation of a mortgage lender aimed at stabilizing urban neighborhoods; create jobs; benchmark and drive down energy and utility costs; promote resiliency; and remove financial barriers to US citizenship. An active civic and business leader, Cherry currently serves on M&T Bank’s Massachusetts Directors Advisory Council and the board of The Boston Foundation. Cherry has been named one of 50 most influential Bostonians and an LGBT Trailblazer by the Boston Business Journal, one of the Top 100 LGBT Executives in the World by the Financial Times and OUTstanding, and one of 21 Leaders for the 21st Century by Women’s eNews. Boston Globe Magazine and The Women's Edge have named BlueHub Capital one of the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts every year since 2014. Cherry, an attorney, graduated from Wellesley College and Northeastern University School of Law.

Felicia Jacques joined Maloney in 2011 to launch our real estate development division. Ms. Jacques is responsible for managing development initiatives for third parties and on our own account, leveraging key relationships and engaging sponsors to enhance development opportunities.

Ms. Jacques has over 20 years of experience guiding mixed-use and mixed-income real estate development projects from concept to completion. Prior to joining Maloney, Ms. Jacques served as the Director of Development for the Northeast Region for The Community Builders, Inc., where she implemented and executed the full range of development services for this national nonprofit developer of affordable residential and commercial real estate projects in urban and suburban areas. While there, Ms. Jacques led the real estate team in the company’s largest single transaction of The Charlesview Residences in Allston, MA, a $157 million project of 478,000 square feet, 340 mixed use, mixed income rental and condominium units, retail and commercial space along with infrastructure improvements and an underground parking garage. Kate Dineen is the President & CEO of A Better City. She served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from May 2019 to April 2023. Prior to joining A Better City, Kate worked for the New York State Governor's Office, serving as the Chief of Staff for State Operations, Assistant Secretary for the Environment, and Deputy Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery after Superstorm Sandy. She was previously U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand’s Policy Director and has worked in the non-profit and media sectors. Adrienne Maley is an accomplished association executive with 30 years of experience in nonprofit and trade association management. She serves as Executive Director of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Massachusetts Apartment Association (MAA), and Real Estate & Finance Association (RE&FA), all divisions of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB).

 In her role, Adrienne oversees strategic planning, operations, membership development, financial management, and staff leadership for GBREB's commercial divisions. She has successfully guided these organizations through significant growth and transformational initiatives, including strategic planning efforts, marketing and branding enhancements, organizational rebranding, and innovative member engagement programs.

 Before joining GBREB, Adrienne managed national conferences for the CIO Executive Council. She also spent a decade with the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, where she served as Assistant Vice President of Programs, leading high-profile events, and member engagement initiatives. She began her career in association management at the Ad Club, a trade association for New England’s marketing & communications industry.

 Adrienne holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications from Emerson College and is a licensed Massachusetts real estate salesperson. A respected leader in the industry, she served on BOMA International's Association Executive Council and chaired the council from 2020 to 2021. Cynthia represents universities and state agencies in negotiating complex air rights and ground leases, acquisitions and dispositions, and site agreements important to advance significant city and state developments and expansion projects. Her prominent presence in such projects led to her being appointed to state and local governmental committees, including the Blue Ribbon Panel for Open Space Protection to help set priorities for state land protection programs and the Strategic Development Study Committee for the Boston Extension Portion of the Turnpike Air Rights Development.

Cynthia is very active in the commercial real estate sector. She is a past President of the New England Chapter of CoreNet Global, an association of more than 10,000 corporate real estate professionals, and a past president of New England Women in Real Estate, a more than 400-member, non-profit organization promoting advancement of women within the commercial real estate industry.

Cynthia is co-chair of McCarter’s Women’s Initiative.  A strong supporter of community programs, Cynthia has volunteered at Boston Children’s Hospital, served as a member of The Jimmy Fund Council of Greater Boston for two decades, and is a former Vice President of The Jimmy Fund Council. Cynthia, who is passionate about the importance of education, was tapped by Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker to serve on the Board of Trustees of Bunker Hill Community College.

Kate Moran Carter is a shareholder and director at Dain, Torpy, Le Ray, Wiest & Garner, P.C. Her practice focuses on real estate land use, and title litigation, and helping her clients manage risk and resolve disputes to avoid litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Carter spent six years as an associate at Robinson + Cole, LLP in the firm’s Title Insurance-Real Estate Litigation practice group.

Ms. Carter provides litigation services to owners, developers, and operators of real estate concerning a wide range of matters including zoning and land use litigation, title disputes, including easement interpretation, boundary line disputes, adverse possession and beach rights, owner/contractor construction disputes, conservation issues, landlord/tenant leasing disputes, buyer/seller real estate transaction disputes, and broker/client commission disputes.

As Executive Vice President of Creative, Brand, and Communications, Andi leads Davis’ brand, marketing and communications strategy across the firm and its portfolio, shaping how Davis, its properties and projects are positioned and experienced in the marketplace. An innovative and execution-focused strategist, Andi works across corporate communications, creative, marketing and placemaking, partnering with executive leadership, development and leasing teams from project conception through stabilization to build differentiated brands, engage key audiences and drive asset value.

Prior to joining Davis, Andi led strategic marketing, brand development, destination planning and B2B/B2C communications for some of the industry’s leading developers and REITs, including Samuels & Associates, Federal Realty (FRT) and Boston Properties (BXP). Her experience spans a broad range of asset types and environments, from multifamily, office and retail to mixed-use destinations and complex urban developments. Notable work includes the naming, branding and launch of Lyrik Back Bay, Boston’s first air-rights project in more than 40 years, as well as the branding, positioning, marketing and opening of Assembly Row, the $1.5 billion award-winning mixed-use destination in Somerville, Massachusetts. Her broader portfolio includes The Prudential Center, Atlantic Wharf and Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Boston; Pike & Rose and Bethesda Row in the Washington, D.C. region; and Harborplace and The Gallery in Baltimore. Andi is a SCORE-certified mentor, supporting women-owned startups across New England. She is an active member of CREDA, serving as Chair of the Women’s Forum and on its Programming Committee, and is also a member of CREW’s Wellness Committee.

Jill Sharif serves as Vice President, National Business Development for the Boston National Commercial Services (NCS) operation where she is consistently recognized companywide as one of the highest performing members of the sales teams for commercial real estate transactions in the country. Here, and in her former role at another major underwriter, she has worked on numerous complex single and multi-site transactions throughout the country for all asset classes for over 20 years. 

A leading voice in the title insurance industry, Jill has participated on many industry panels and has spoken at several university classrooms and career events, clarifying and expanding on title insurance. In addition to title insurance, she is one of the leading experts on the application of UCC Insurance, Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, and title insurance for real estate mezzanine transactions. Jill has also provided numerous CLE presentations to companies that want a detailed look at UCC and other commercial transactions and co-authored “Mitigating the Risk of a Loan Portfolio Acquisition with UCC Insurance" published in The Practical Real Estate Lawyer.

Jill is currently the 2025 Immediate Past President of RE&FA, an association formed to bring together the best people, knowledge, and experience to provide informative programs and networking opportunities for commercial real estate and finance professionals throughout the Greater Boston area with over 800+ members. In addition to her role with RE&FA, Jill is also a member of the CREW Network Global Board of Directors where she will serve in 2026 and 2027. 

Prior to this, she served as the president of CREW Boston in 2019-2020, one of the largest CREW Network chapters. During her time as president, Jill refocused and led the organization through the height of the pandemic and served as the co-chair of CREW Boston’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Task Force and a member of The CRE Collaborative, since its inception in 2019. 

In April 2024 she was honored with the CREW Boston Leadership Award, which recognizes a member who has inspired, motivated, and supported CREW Boston year after year and contributed her time, energy, and talents in leadership roles within the Greater Boston real estate community. She was named the 80th CREW Visionary in 2020, a recognition for charitable giving to advance the careers of women in commercial real estate and added her first diamond in 2025.

Jill is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and a member of the UConn Boston Leadership Committee. Facilities Management. Previously Kathy had been Vice President and Chief of
Campus Planning & Real Estate since 2013, when the position was created to
ensure that the university’s physical resources kept pace with its core values and
ambitions. In her leadership role for PREF, Kathy had responsibility for shaping
and caring for Northeastern’s physical resources throughout the university’s
global network. Northeastern’s experiential learning has been the centerpiece of
this work. Projects included maintaining campus operations during COVID;
development of award-winning learning and research buildings and private
student housing partnership projects bringing campus vitality to Columbus
Avenue in Boston; creation of spaces for Northeastern’s global network in US,
Canada and London; the emerging campus for the Rowe Institute at Northeastern
in Portland Maine; two Institutional Master Plans in the City of Boston and the
university’s first Climate Action Plan.

Kathy’s career began in local government in the City of Cambridge, Massachusetts
as a planner at the Cambridge Historical Commission and Community
Development Department, including her role as the Assistant City Manager for
Community Development. She had responsibility for affordable housing,
economic development, neighborhood planning, zoning and urban design. Her
entry into university work was with Harvard University where she filled several
roles with responsibility for coordinating design and planning consultants,
negotiating with representatives of Harvard faculties as well as members of the
community to accomplish capital plans, including the evolving 20+ year building
program for Harvard’s Allston development. In her university work Kathy has led
department reorganizations and mergers to achieve strategic institutional
objectives and gain greater efficiencies. This required leading campus and
environmental planning initiatives, project management, regulatory approvals,
PILOT negotiations and property operations.

All of this work facilitated responsible stewardship, principles of sustainability
and resilience, the value of community context and engagement and a
commitment to collaboration and innovation. These values were communicated
to her students during the dozen years she taught the planning studio at Harvard
Graduate School of Design and reflected in her commitment to volunteering and
non-profit board participation. Kathy graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Brown
University and holds a Masters of Science from the Columbia University School of
Artchitecture and Planning.
