Summary
"Does CRE tend to be a boys' club? Yes - but this is changing." - Anonymous
In a nationwide survey conducted earlier this year, 87.2% of respondents said the biggest challenge facing women in CRE today is a need for equal pay, lack of promotional opportunities, and feeling that their opinions aren't as valued or respected as those of their male colleagues.
Here at Bisnow, diversity is cherished, respected, and celebrated. Join us as we honor and celebrate women in Boston's CRE industry, and for the strides and steps they've made forward, bringing their fellow female compatriots along the way.
Share your comments, post your photos and ask questions using #BisnowBoston on Twitter and Instagram, and follow us at @BisnowBoston on Twitter for more local news.
For questions, recommendations, or press inquiries, please email our Boston Event Producer, Elizabeth Baker, at liz.baker@bisnow.com
