Mr. Koop serves as Executive Vice President, Boston Region. Prior to his appointment to this position in January 2016, Mr. Koop served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of our Boston office. Mr. Koop is responsible for overseeing the operation of our existing regional portfolio in the Boston area, which includes the Prudential Center and Kendall Center. He is also responsible for developing new business opportunities in the area. Prior to joining us in 1999, Mr. Koop served at Trammell Crow Company from 1982 to 1999 where his career covered high-rise office building leasing and the development of commercial office buildings and shopping centers. From 1993 to 1999, his position was Managing Director and Regional Leader for Trammell Crow Company’s New England region, which included all commercial office and shopping center operations. Mr. Koop is a member of the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Chapter of NAIOP, the Boston Green Ribbon Commission and the Kendall Square Association and previously served as chairman of the Back Bay Association. Mr. Koop received a BBA in 1980 and an MBA in 1982 from Texas Christian University.

Arie Barendrecht is the CEO and Founder of WiredScore, the pioneer behind the international Wired Certification standard that evaluates and distinguishes best-in-class Internet connectivity in commercial buildings. Holding degrees from The Wharton MBA Program and University of California, Berkeley, Arie worked with the Boston Consulting Group prior to founding WiredScore, where he focused on the technology and media industries as a consultant.

Andrew Krenning

Andrew is a Solutions Director focusing on Intelligent Infrastructure and Pre-Construction. Over the last 4 years, he has been working with Owners, Architects, Engineers and contractors on a number of projects doing pre-construction and pre-design services. During this time, Andrew has been involved in a number of different types of buildings including residential, commercial office space, core and shell spec, higher education and critical environments.

Previous to this experience, he was an Operations Manager running the New England Engineering Team for the building automation and controls group. The group consisted of 22 individuals located all around New England that worked on engineering submittals/designs, graphical user interfaces, programming and integration for projects all over the region. He brought his 6 years of on-site experience working on a broad range of projects doing project management, technical and engineering to lead the team for over 3 years.

Andrew has a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology with a minor in Business from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. He also received his Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute in 2010.

Amy Korté is an architect and President of Arrowstreet, a multidisciplinary architecture, planning, interiors, and experience design firm. She leads the design of Arrowstreet’s large-scale mixed-use, residential, and infrastructure projects, with a focus on how shifts in technology, climate, and society impact cities and buildings. Her multidisciplinary background in architecture, interiors, retail, and development enables her to deliver creative designs that bridge multiple disciplines.

Amy’s work has sparked critical national conversations about the future of cities and design, and she has spoken nationally at CREW, CERAWeek, Founders Forum, Urbanism Next, and AWE USA. She holds a Master of Architecture from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a BFA in Environmental Design from Parsons School of Design. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Harvard COOP and is as a co-chair of the Boston Society of Architects’ Women Principals Group is an advocate for equity within the profession.

Tom is a founding director of Acquia, working with co-founders Dries Buytaert and Jay Batson to develop the company’s open source commercialization model and recruit the early team members during 2008. Tom joined Acquia as CEO in 2009, following the sale of Tele Atlas to TomTom, where he had been Chief Products Officer.

As he has done throughout a 30+ year career in enterprise software, Tom is focused on driving customer success and business strategy at Acquia. Tom also leads the unique blending of open source, digital agency and enterprise software backgrounds, fostering a culture which he perpetuates through extensive travel to the 11 countries and 5 US offices from which Acquia currently operates.

At Acquia, Tom has guided the company to exponential growth based on a fanatical commitment to customers. Deloitte named Acquia the fastest growing private company in their 2013 Technology Fast 500. In 2012, Acquia was named the fastest growing software company in the USA in the Inc 500 list of private companies and received the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council Private Company of the Year award. Prior to Tele Atlas, Tom was the CEO of SOA Governance leader Systinet, where revenue grew 5x in the 18 months prior to the sale of the company to Mercury Interactive. Tom led webMethods’ international growth from 2000-2004 at a CAGR of 90% in what was arguably one of the toughest periods for enterprise software ever.

Tom began his career in technical roles after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a BS Honors degree in electrical and computer engineering. He has spent 14 years of his career living in Australia, England and France. He continues to be passionate about travel, languages, photography, food and wine.

Michael has led the VDC process for 50+60 Binney Street in Kendall Square, Autodesk’s BUILD Space and Two Drydock Avenue in Boston. Prior to SGA, Michael was a strategic consultant to well-known international clients such as The Royal Commission of Saudi Arabia and Skanska USA. With a background in architecture and software engineering, his skills blend the boundary between architectural design processes, computer programming and building construction. He was also a lecturer at Harvard University, where he explored topics in parametric design and taught courses on Building Information Modeling.

Andrew brings more than 15 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate development, private equity, venture capital investment, and property management. Prior to CityLift, Andrew was a Regional Director for Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust (SWAY) where he acquired over 2,500 single family homes—managing a portfolio with a total value exceeding $400 million. Preceding his tenure at SWAY, Andrew served as CEO of Down East Management Associates and as Regional Vice President for The Lynd Company. He also held project management positions at The Related Group and Toll Brothers, and was the Director of Development for Coscan Homes. Andrew holds a BIS degree in Business Management and Urban Planning/Design from Arizona State University and an MPS in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University.

Brad Barnett is a Planner and Design Technologist within the Strategies group, Sasaki’s in-house team of designers, technologists, and developers. He has significant experience integrating data and design, bringing data visualization, digital engagement, and user-centered design into planning and design projects.

Brad helps project teams and stakeholders find new insights from data, understand the trade-offs of design decisions, and communicate complex ideas. As a planner, he also brings subject matter expertise in neighborhood and comprehensive planning.

Brad holds a Master of Science in City and Regional Planning from UT Austin, and a Bachelor of Arts, Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Dr. Tinianov 25-year career has been dedicated to product innovation in building technology and real estate. He currently serves as View’s VP of Industry Strategy where he leads their research and industry engagement initiatives. His work spans current trends in commercial real estate, workplace strategy, and the impact of the built environment on the health and wellness of today’s workforce. Prior to joining View, Brandon was the Chief Technology Officer at Serious Energy and prior to that, a senior researcher at the Johns Manville Corporation.

Brandon is the Chair of the Advisory Council of the US Green Building Council and a member of the Board of Directors. He has a PhD in Engineering Systems, is a registered Professional Engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional.
