Marc Robillard, Assistant Vice President, Auxiliary Services, joined the University in 1982 as Assistant Director of Housing and in 1983 was named Associate Director of Housing. In 1987 Marc was promoted to Director of Housing, a position he held for 23 years. Promoted to Executive Director of Auxiliary Services in 2011, Marc was responsible for BU Housing and Vending Services and for leading special projects related to both housing, dining and vending operations. In 2017 Marc was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Auxiliary Services and currently serves as project manager for the renovation of Myles Standish Hall. In addition, Marc oversees project planning for large and small residences and leads improvement initiatives for campus dining, Terrier Card, and housing security systems. Marc is also responsible for managing the integration of Auxiliary Services functions related to the Wheelock College merger.

Prior to joining Gilbane, Mr. Resetco was a Senior Director another development company, where he oversaw the development of several P3 on-campus developments as well as several award-winning off-campus developments. Prior to joining his previous company, Mr. Resetco was responsible for managing design and construction aspects of office, multi-family and hospitality projects for the Peterson Companies. He was formerly a Senior Associate at IBI Group – Gruzen Samton Architects in New York City, where he managed major educational and multi-family projects in both New York and New Jersey.

As Vice President, Sean is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of his team’s projects, including schedule, budget, quality management and execution. He is directly responsible for achieving the owner’s goals and is dedicated to exceeding his client’s expectations throughout the duration of his projects.

Summary

Bisnow is thrilled to announce our Higher Eduction & Student Life event.  We will examine the challenges of an urban campus in the heart of Boston vs. the "classic" college campus.  We will also look at Colleges' and University's overall impact on the city, and it's surrounding areas.  From their impact on the Mayor's 2030 initiative, to attracting top talent to Boston, we will look at the profound impact that higher eduction institutions have on the overall success and growth of Boston.
