Mr. LoMonaco entered the real estate consulting industry in 1989. Assignments

include market feasibility analysis, appraisal reports, lease analysis, highest and

best use studies, and general consulting. Mr. LoMonaco’s expertise has been used

by clients for lending, litigation support, asset allocation, due diligence, lease

negotiation, tax appeals, bankruptcy proceedings and market and site selection.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2023, Mr. LoMonaco was the President of Valuation &

Information Group, Culver City, CA. Experience includes appraisal and market

feasibility assignments for a wide variety of property types in the senior housing

and healthcare related industry. Property types include senior apartments,

independent living, congregate, assisted living, skilled nursing, Alzheimer’s,

medical office buildings, surgery centers, dialysis centers, rehabilitation hospitals,

psychiatric hospitals, specialty hospitals and general acute‐care hospitals.

Assignments have been conducted throughout the United States.

Education

By continually attending classes, seminars and conferences, Mr. LoMonaco

routinely exceeds the minimum continuing education requirements of the

Appraisal Institute and State requirements.

Mr. LoMonaco has moderated panels at senior housing / long‐term care

conferences. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a Real

Estate Emphasis at the University of Southern California.

Since joining 2Life Communities in 2014, Lizbeth has led our growth and innovation initiatives, including developing and modernizing more than 1,000 subsidized apartments; launching Opus, our new middle-market product; and integrating healthcare

programs and financing with 2Life’s housing strategy. Prior to joining 2Life, Lizbeth served as Associate Director of Public Housing and Rental

Assistance for the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development. There, she led initiatives to preserve and reform the state’s public housing system, expand the state’s rental voucher program, and create the HomeBASE program that provided housing for more than 6,000 homeless families. Earlier in her career, Lizbeth led real estate efforts for the

Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation and worked as a community organizer leading local, state, and national efforts to preserve expiring-use subsidized housing. Lizbeth serves as the chair of the Newton Housing Partnership and on the board of the Citizens Housing and Planning Association. She has a master’s degree in urban planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Matt Grosshandler, Bald Hill Builders' VP of Operations, has more than 28 years of residential and commercial building experience. Matt is responsible for providing senior-level management and oversight to all Bald Hill Builders' projects, aligning project operations with company goals. Matt is a past President and Executive Board Member of the Friends of Hebrew Senior Life, where he is a Trustee and serves on the Real Estate Task Force. Through his work with Hebrew SeniorLife, Matt has actively been involved with the development of several Affordable Housing projects, currently the St. Therese Residences in Everett, MA. As a leader in adopting new building solutions, Matt was invited to participate in a study with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Department of Housing to consider modular construction as a more widely accepted practice. Under Matt's tutelage, BHB was recognized as one of "Boston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" in 2021, as well as "Boston Business Journals Largest Women-Owned Business" in 2021. Matt has earned both a Bachelor of Science in Building Sciences and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. He is a LEED Accredited Professional as well as a Certified Passive House Builder and OSHA 10 trainer. In addition, Matt was named one of New England's Top Young Professionals by Engineering News-Record.
