Karla King has over 15 years’ experience working as an engineering consultant. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in all six New England states and is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts. She has previously worked for top-tier engineering consultants in Massachusetts, including MWH, AECOM, and Tighe and Bond.

As the Director of Environmental Health and Safety at EBI Consulting, Karla oversees the Environmental Health and Safety services team, which assists clients with compliance of environmental regulations and employee health and safety across a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, higher education, industrial/manufacturing, telecommunications, retail, and real estate.

As Director of Architecture and Engineering, she works to grow an array of services, improving project management, processes and procedures, and customer service. In conjunction with EBI’s Environmental Health and Safety and Due Diligence groups, these services allow EBI to provide greater options for clients’ convenience, compliance, and risk management.

Karla earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University with a minor in Business Administration, her J.D. in Environmental Law from Massachusetts School of Law, and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Tufts University. She works out of EBI headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts.

"Scott joined LPC in 2012 as Vice President of Property Management & General Manager. He is responsible for Lincoln’s 4.9M SF downtown Boston portfolio consisting of over 30 individual assets. The majority of Scott’s 25 years of commercial real estate experience was with Beacon Management Company and Equity Office Properties overseeing some of Boston’s premier assets including Rowes Wharf, One Post Office Square, 60 State Street and 225 Franklin Street.

Scott is a graduate of Colby College. He is an active member BOMA Boston board member, was the 2019 BOMA Boston President. He is a former Board of Trustees member of the Boston Harbor Association."

William “Wil” H. Catlin, Jr. is Partner and Managing Principal of Boston Realty Advisors, where he oversees the Commercial Leasing Division, as well as the overall strategic growth of the firm. Wil has an innate ability to translate business objectives and corporate culture into an effective environment that yields productivity and creativity.

Mr. Catlin leads a group of client-centric professionals in both tenant representation and agency leasing. Since 2017, the Commercial Leasing Division has leased over 1.5 million square feet, establishing Boston Realty Advisors as the market leader for the TAMI office sector and specialists in navigating gut rehab commercials projects throughout Greater Boston.

Mr. Catlin is an active member of NAIOP and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB). He is on the board of Love Lane Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program, The Tremont School and part of the Menlo College Alumni Association.
