Mr. Nicholson is a Senior Vice President at Normandy and assists in underwriting and closing acquisitions and financings. Prior to joining Normandy, he was an Associate in the New York office of Hines Interests. He began his real estate career at The JBG Companies, where he worked as an Acquisitions Associate and Financial Analyst. His experience includes transaction structuring and documentation, due diligence, and valuation modeling of acquisitions and development projects. Mr. Nicholson received a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, in Economics and Geography from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

After serving in both World War II and the Korean Conflict, Harold Brown converted his MIT degree in Engineering into a senior officer position at Walworth Value Co. of NY, managing annual sales of $170 million. Thereafter, Mr. Brown returned to his hometown of Boston, where he acquired his first six-unit apartment building in 1954.

Recognizing the long-term stability of the residential real estate industry, Harold Brown leveraged his contractor and brokerage licenses and began to acquire and develop over 10,000 residential units during his 50 plus-year real estate career. Today, as Chairman and sole stockholder of The Hamilton Company, Inc., Mr. Brown works with seven senior officers and 130 full-time Property Managers, brokers, accountants, architectural, maintenance and legal staff supporting the day-to-day activities of over 4,100 apartment units and 2,500,000 SF of commercial real estate.

Harold Brown established the Hamilton Charitable Corporation in 1985. Hamilton Charitable was formed to encourage the growth, education and rejuvenation of community-based private and public institutions. The Corporation contributes $500,000 annually to medical research, educational scholarships, area community groups, local and private projects and arts organizations. Recipients of funds include Massachusetts General Hospital, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, West End House, Allston Main Streets and the Coolidge Corner Theatre Foundation.

In addition to Harold Brown's personal accomplishments, he has also successfully restructured New England Realty Associates (NERA), the only Massachusetts Limited Partnership actively traded on The American Stock Exchange (AMEX®). Prior to taking on the responsibility of managing general partner in the mid 1970's this company was insolvent. Today it enjoys close to a 25 year history of dividend payments and profitability.

P.T. has been in the real estate business since 1999. He was a top producing agent at 3 firms before founding Charlesgate Realty Group. He prides himself on his ability to establish and maintain client relationships and provide a creative service approach. P.T.’s primary roles at Charlesgate are to head business development and lead the residential brokerage and investment/development activities of the firm. P.T. is a member of the Greater Boston, Massachusetts, and National Association of Realtors, and has earned the ABR and CRS designations.

He is an alumnus of The Boston Chamber of Commerce Future Leaders Program, a Developing Leader for NAIOP, and participates in various political, philanthropic, and community organizations including serving on the Beacon Hill Architectural Commission.

P.T. has been featured for his real estate expertise on CNBC, CBS Boston TV and Radio, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Boston Business Journal and Banker and Tradesman, among other publications. P.T. holds a B.A. from Boston College in Communications, and an MBA from Babson College. P.T. lives in Newton with his wife Molly, their son Charlie, daughter Penny, and rescue mutt Dexter. Outside of work P.T. enjoys travel, sports, dining and politics.

Chris Black is a Senior Originator and Regional Manager with KeyBank Real Estate Capital in

Boston, MA. Mr. Black oversees the National Multifamily Accounts Group and is responsible for

permanent financing needs for KeyBank’s largest and most prolific multifamily clients. The

National Multifamily Accounts Group is partnered with KeyBank’s Institutional Real Estate

Group’s offices in Boston and Atlanta. Together they specialize in structured finance, lines of

credit, portfolio executions, non-traditional borrower structures, corporate recapitalizations and

institutional borrowing entities. Additionally, Mr. Black heads up KeyBank’s Southeast Region

with offices in Orlando, Tampa and Atlanta. Mr. Black and his team originate over $3 billion of

permanent loans annually through Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae in addition to life companies,

banks, CMBS, HUD, and debt funds which places him in the top echelon of originators,

perennially. Mr. Black has been working in commercial real estate for 23 years and has been with

Key for 17 years.

Brian O'Connor

His primary focus at CUBE 3: architectural design and oversight of the studio teams. With extensive experience in base building and interior design for healthcare, commercial developers, and residences, Brian has seen and done it all. In the course of doing it all, he has amassed a wide range of skills, expertise and insight. On top of that, his abilities in design, production, and management of complex, time-sensitive projects have been critical to the firm’s rapid success. Brian has helped build almost every kind of building, a solid reputation and a great place to work all in just a few years’ time.

After earning his Masters in Architecture from Roger Williams University and joining CUBE 3 in 2011, Peter has ascended quickly, thanks to his tremendous contributions to the studio. His energy knows no bounds. He actively leads numerous projects and accounts, helping clients maximize the value of their real property through deliberate planning and design. He also maintains a solid focus on the bigger picture for our rapidly growing firm as designated lead on several high-profile internal initiatives, including development of our Masterplanning and Conceptual Design Team.

Between 2012-2014, Peter coordinated an internal team of six with and a national consulting firm to fast-track Metro Park East, a 206,000 GSF, 550-bed student housing project in Minneapolis. Two other projects the previous year resulted in 400,000 square-feet of multifamily construction. Highly skilled in masterplanning, scheduling, conceptual design, public approvals, contract documentation and construction administration, Peter is dedicated to on-time delivery.

He is also dedicated to his music as drummer for the award-winning, Boston-based indie-rock band MONIKER. Playing on six CDs and in 100+ shows in 15+ states across the U.S., Peter loves the process of writing and playing, as well as branding, packaging and marketing the band for touring.

Mr. Robert DeSalvio joined Wynn Resorts Development in March 2014 to assist with the

company’s development activities. He oversees Wynn Resort’s development project in

Everett, Massachusetts as President of Wynn Boston Harbor.

Prior to joining Wynn Resorts, DeSalvio served as President of Sands Casino Resort

Bethlehem in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. There he led the development, construction,

government relations and staffing of the resort prior to opening. During his time at Sands,

DeSalvio guided the resort to significant revenue growth.

In 1976, DeSalvio began his career in the hospitality industry after joining the Denver

Hilton Hotel team in Denver, Colorado. Gaining valuable knowledge and experience in

Denver, DeSalvio took his skills to New York City and worked for Statler Hilton and

Sheraton Hotels.

DeSalvio later joined Sands Atlantic City in 1983, after spending two years as the

National Sales Manager for Bally’s Atlantic City. During his time at Sands, DeSalvio

held numerous positions, including Executive Vice President of Marketing.

In 1997, DeSalvio became the Executive Vice President of Marketing for Foxwoods

Resort Casino in Connecticut. While serving as vice president, DeSalvio became a

member of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Regional Tourism District. In addition,

he was named Tourism Industry Person of the Year for the state of Connecticut by

Governor Jodi Rell in 2005. Currently DeSalvio is a member of the Lasell College

Hospitality Advisory Board, the Penn State School of Hospitality Management Industry

Advisory Board and is a Member of the Board of Directors of Scholar Athletes.

DeSalvio graduated from the University of Denver in 1978 from the School of Hotel,

Restaurant and Tourism Management.

Greg Karczewski

Greg Karczewski is the President of Union Square Station Associates (US2) and has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry as a developer, consultant and educator. He is passionate about urban real estate investment and development and its crucial role in the creation of great cities. US2 is the master developer partnered with the City of Somerville on the creation of a 2.4-million-square-foot, mixed-use employment center at the future Union Square MBTA station in Union Square. Greg earned an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Angus Leary is the President and General Manager of Suffolk’s Northeast region. In this role, he

is responsible for providing strategic direction; aligning business, financial, service, and

operations initiatives with company goals; overseeing the management of projects and client

relationships; and leading marketing and work acquisition efforts in the Northeast.

Angus has a wealth of construction management knowledge and experience, having served in

every key position of a building construction project team. Beginning his career as a carpenter,

he then continued his development in various roles, including Estimator, Preconstruction

Manager, Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Executive, and Vice

President. Previously as Chief Operating Officer of the Northeast, he was responsible for

overseeing day-to- day operations in support of Suffolk’s mission and vision, and enhancing

internal organization processes and infrastructure in the Northeast headquarters office to

ensure continuous growth. He was also responsible for managing work acquisition, client

relationships, and projects for Suffolk’s commercial, government and education sectors.

Angus is also actively involved in the local community. He serves as the Chairman of the

Building/Facilities Master Plan Committee at Tabor Academy in Marion, Massachusetts and is

also on the board of the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts (AGC). Serving on

the board for the Dover-Sherborn Education Fund (DSEF), he helps to provide the public schools

of Dover and Sherborn the resources necessary to improve curriculum, programs, and services

beyond what is supported by the annual school budgets. He also works directly with the Red &

Blue Foundation, Suffolk’s charitable arm, to support initiatives and programs that are

important to his clients and partners.

Angus graduated Magna Cum Laude from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in

Political Science.

Jim Halliday

As President, Jim Halliday is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Company. In leading the Senior Management Team, Jim is responsible for coordinating the efforts of all aspects and functions of the Company. In sharing functional responsibilities with the other members of the Senior Management Team, Jim has primary responsibility for the leasing, property management, and financing efforts of the portfolio.

Jim and the NB Development Team are currently working on executing the collaborative vision of New Balance and the community of Allston Brighton to transform Boston Landing into an exciting new and lively new mixed use district comprised of innovation, health & wellness, living and 18-hour/7-Days retail & restaurants activity, as reflected in its anchor tenancies of New Balance, Boston Bruins, and Boston Celtics.

Prior to this role, Jim served as the Real Estate Controller for the Company, where he was responsible for the financial reporting and lender & banking relationships for the Company, its property holdings, and its development projects.

Jim has over 30 years of real estate experience, including Vice-President of Company Operations & Controller for Winstanley Enterprises, and as a Senior Asset Manager with Spaulding & Slye Investments, Great Point Investors, and Liberty Real Estate Group. Jim also held financial reporting related positions with Liberty Real Estate Group, The Beacon Companies, and Boston Properties.

Jim obtained his MBA from Suffolk University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Jim is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker. Jim was a varsity competitive swimmer while at Northeastern University. Jim is also passionate about skiing and is a PSIA certified Ski Instructor, where you can find him on the Cranmore Mountain slopes in North Conway, during the winters. Jim also serves as an Ambassador for Parlor Skis, a New England based custom fit ski-maker based in East Boston.

Bob is a partner in RSM’s assurance practice. He has over 30 years of accounting and business consulting experience, with a particular specialty in real estate, construction and not-for-profit entities. Bob has long-standing expertise in servicing property managers, construction companies, developers, investors and owners of commercial, industrial and multi-family properties and real estate funds investing in commercial and multi-family properties. Bob is broadly knowledgeable about tax-advantaged real estate financing, including use of the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credit and various programs offered by local, state and federal government agencies.

Bob has expertise in performing cost certifications for LIHTC and Chapter 40B properties.
