Andrew is a Senior Vice President and Director of the Asset Management and Property Management groups at National Development. In this role, he oversees the execution of the business plan for each asset and plays a key oversight role in strategic leasing, capital improvement and staffing activities across National Development’s commercial and residential portfolios. He also manages the relationship with third party property management clients and plays a key role in joint venture and lender relationships within National Development’s owned portfolio. Before taking over the Asset Management group in 2015, Andrew was directly involved in managing the acquisition, permitting, redevelopment and day to day asset management in many of the firm’s largest acquisition projects.

Prior to joining National Development in 2010, Andrew worked in the Real Estate Private Equity Group at BlackRock where he was directly involved in several joint venture equity transactions nationwide on behalf of institutional investment clients with a primary focus on multi-family residential properties.

Cappy is responsible for maximizing value within TDC’s real estate portfolio. She serves on the Investment Committee. Prior to joining TDC, she had 20 years of experience in investment sales and leasing of commercial real estate. Most recently, Cappy was the Managing Director in charge of the Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly Spaulding & Slye) Boston Capital Markets Group. During her tenure there, she and her team completed over $7 billion in investment sales and advisory assignments. Prior to this, Cappy was a leasing broker for eight years.

Cappy is a member of the GBREB, PREA, NAIOP, NEWIRE and ULI. In 2010 and 2011, she was Co-Chair of the NAIOP Programming Committee and served on the NAIOP Executive Committee. In 2008 and 2009, Cappy was a Co-Chair of the United Way of Boston’s Real Estate Fundraising Campaign. Other board experience includes REFA Board Member from 2003 to 2006 and NEWIRE Steering Committee member from 1997 to 2000. Cappy has received numerous awards including Boston’s “Top 10” Real Estate Professionals by Women’s Business Boston in 2009; CoStar’s Power Broker Award in 2007; Boston Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” Award in 2003; Boston Magazine’s list of Greater Boston’s “100 Most Influential Women” in 2003; repeat recipient of GBREB’s “Top 5” Investment Sales Person Award and Multi-Million Dollar Sales Award; Forum’s Real Estate Power Broker Award in 2006 and 2008; and Banker & Tradesman’s “Women of FIRE” Award in 2012. Cappy has a Bachelor of Science degree from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.

Jay Doherty began his career at Cabot, Cabot & Forbes in 1981 as a project manager and held a succession of staff and managerial positions, culminating in his promotion to president of the firm in 1998. Jay has served as Chairman of the Massachusetts chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the leading voice for commercial real estate in Massachusetts, and is currently a Chairman of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee of The Massachusetts Business Roundtable (MBR). Jay graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1981 and with a BA from Middlebury College in 1975.

Michael Boujoulian is responsible for Alliance Residential Company’s development activity in the New England region. He manages all projects from deal sourcing and negotiation phases through programming, capitalization, design, construction, operations and disposition. During his career, Mr. Boujoulian has worked on the development of thousands of conventional rental units in Greater Boston, including many under Massachusetts affordable housing law Chapter 40B. Before joining Alliance, Mr. Boujoulian served as Senior Vice President for Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, where he successfully introduced multifamily development to a historically commercial development company, including direct oversight of more than 1,000 units of luxury product in Greater Boston. Prior to that, Mr. Boujoulian served as a Development Associate for JPI Development’s New England office, directly managing various stages of underwriting, permitting, design and construction. Michael graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, majoring in Real Estate studies.
