William “Wil” H. Catlin, Jr. is Partner and Managing Principal of Boston Realty Advisors, where he oversees the Commercial Leasing Division, as well as the overall strategic growth of the firm. Wil has an innate ability to translate business objectives and corporate culture into an effective environment that yields productivity and creativity.

Mr. Catlin leads a group of client-centric professionals in both tenant representation and agency leasing. Since 2017, the Commercial Leasing Division has leased over 1.5 million square feet, establishing Boston Realty Advisors as the market leader for the TAMI office sector and specialists in navigating gut rehab commercials projects throughout Greater Boston.

Mr. Catlin is an active member of NAIOP and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB). He is on the board of Love Lane Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program, The Tremont School and part of the Menlo College Alumni Association.

Harris Cohn is the VP of Commercial Real Estate for Carbon Lighthouse. Harris leads a national team of Executive Account Managers and Associates helping real estate owners across the US grow asset values by $5-10/square foot.

Prior to Carbon Lighthouse, Harris was responsible for structuring large-scale clean and resilient distributed energy projects at Bloom Energy for the Fortune 500 and the US Federal Government. Prior to Bloom Energy, he worked at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, evaluating new renewable energy technologies and negotiating offtake agreements to meet renewable energy portfolio standards.

Harris has a B.S from the University of California, Berkeley in Environmental Science Policy and Management with a Minor in Energy and Resources. He is also an RE200 Mentor for emerging proptech startups at Metaprop, serves on an Advisory Board for the Institute for Market Transformation and a former member of the Truman National Security Project.

Marci Griffith Loeber

Managing Principal

As Managing Principal of Griffith Properties, Marci oversees all of the firm’s activities including fundraising, investments and executing the strategies for Griffith Properties Funds. She brings 32 years of experience in principal investing, disposition, valuation and brokerage involving over 525 transactions representing $26 billion of assets. Since 2010, Marci has been operating Griffith Properties as a Women-owned enterprise.

From 1993 to 2009 Marci was an investment sales broker, most recently with Cushman & Wakefield and formerly with Fallon Hines & O’Connor/Trammell Crow Company. In the course of her 18-year Brokerage career Marci closed over 500 investment sales transactions totaling in excess of $25.0 billion and was named by Real Estate Forum as one of the country’s “Superstar” investment sales brokers in three consecutive years. While a Principal at TCC, Marci was ranked among the Top 3 Producers nationwide from 1998 through 2000. She was member of the team recognized by the GBREB’s Commercial Leasing and Investment Committee for closing “The Investment Sales Deal of the Year” multiple times: 1994 (for the $64.6 million Latham Farms Power Center sale in Albany, NY); 1995 (for the $163 million sale of Bay Colony Corporate Center in Waltham, MA); 1996 (for the $91 million Druker 1031 Exchange in Boston); 1999 (for the $403 million MGI New England Portfolios) and 2006 (for the $600 million Technology Square transaction).

Community Service and Professional Affiliations include: Member, Urban Land Institute (ULI); Member and Past President, Real Estate Finance Association (REFA); Member and Past President, NAIOP of MA; Committee Member, Champions for Children’s, Children’s Hospital Boston; Member, Real Estate Committee for Archdiocese of Boston; Board of Trustees, Noble and Greenough School.

In 2000, Marci—along with her father and sister—received the Robert Swain Award for her contribution and achievements in the real estate industry.

Marci is a 1989 graduate of Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and a minor in Mathematics. She lives in Weston with her husband, Franz, and her three children.
