Brian is a native of Boston and graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. After graduation he joined PKF, P.C. a public accounting firm where he spent 9 years. Brian was a Supervising Senior Accountant at PKF where he was responsible for multiple audits including, but not limited to, real estate management companies, small nonprofits, multiple hotel properties and billion dollar distribution companies. He performed government compliance audits for United States Air Force bases in the U.S. and abroad. In March of 2013 Brian joined Mario’s team at Independencia Asset Management’s North East Division, where he managed all assets and acquisitions on the East Coast of the United States. During this time Brian was directly responsible for over $350 million in acquisitions which equates to approximately 2 million square feet. Brian also managed over 5 million square feet of office product with a total value of over $1 billion, and oversaw the disposition of $240 million in assets in the New England area.

An equal majority owner of SGA, Gable leads the firm’s interior design practice and HR department. Gable is responsible for interior design project oversight, client relations, business development, mentoring and firm leadership, and is keenly focused on enhancing SGA’s culture and promoting employee engagement. Over the course of her 20+ year career, she has developed a reputation as an ambassador for the industry and a nurturer of talent. Gable is an NCIDQ certified interior designer, a LEED accredited professional and a Certified Generations Trainer. Gable’s focus on cultivating trust and meaningful collaboration informs her relationships both internally and externally. In recent years Gable has continued to receive prestigious honors, such as the Leadership Award of Excellence from IIDA New England and inclusion in the Boston Real Estate Times’ list of 10 Outstanding Women in Commercial Real Estate. Furthermore, the growth of SGA’s interior design practice under her supervision led to the firm’s designation as one of Interior Design’s 2022 Top 100 Giants of Design. Gable holds a Master of Science in Interior Design from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Milligan College in Tennessee. Outside of the office, Gable serves on CoreNet New England’s Real Advantage committee and is involved in several charitable initiatives. She loves traveling but equally enjoys spending time in the backyard with her husband, kids and pet chickens.

Robert is a founding partner of Fogarty Finger Architecture responsible for the design of all corporate and residential interior projects. After finishing his architectural training, Robert further developed his passion for design as Studio Head and Senior Associate at SOM, leading a number of international projects. In his own practice, Robert has brought a unique approach to commercial interiors. Drawing on a breadth of experience designing luxury residences, Robert’s emphasis on scale and materials brings a high level of refinement and detail to the firm’s projects. He has been at the forefront of an evolving marketplace where his designs are prized for creating comfortable yet stimulating work environments. Robert’s client list includes some of the largest developers in the New York City area such as Boston Properties, Brookfield, and Vornado. Recent and ongoing projects include interior and amenity spaces at the Brooklyn Navy Yard’s Dock 72 and boutique offices for local firms. He is a graduate of Syracuse University and a member of AIA New York.

John Boyle is Executive Vice Chair of Cushman & Wakefield (CWK), one of the largest publicly traded commercial real estate services firms in the world, with over 58,000 employees. A nationally recognized industry leader in the field of Tenant Representation, John serves on the firm’s Global Advisory Board, one of the twelve producers in the firm to do so. John leads the Tenant Representation Practice for Greater Boston. In 2023 John was recognized with the Company’s Inaugural “Visionary Award” named in honor of Cushman & Wakefield’s late Chief Executive Officer, Joe Stettinius. John was honored for his “innovation, collaboration and his lasting results”. In 2022 as well as 2017, John was recognized as one of the Top Ten office producers in the world, for Cushman and Wakefield. In 2024, John was awarded Cushman & Wakefield’s National “Team Player” Award, for being the firms “Top Team Player” nationally for the firm. In 2017 Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group (TAG), which is comprised of 800 occupier focused brokerage professionals, awarded John with the Company’s inaugural “Outstanding Achievement Award”, for John’s “extraordinary contributions to his clients’ success and his effort within his community and with his colleagues.” With over 38 years of commercial real estate experience, John has been involved in thousands of transactions with an aggregate value in the billions. John has had significant focus in the area of strategic global, multi-market, portfolio-wide representation, having completed transactions in most major US cities and with significant experience executing leases in India, China, Europe and other international markets. He is included in many publications including the Boston Globe, Wall Street Journal and other publications. Relative to his Boston market, John has received the Commercial Brokers Association of Massachusetts (CBA) Broker of the Year, “McCall Leadership Award,” an honor one can receive only once in a career, for demonstrating “the highest level of ethical standards and a career as an industry leader.” Additionally, John received CoreNet New England’s “Global Service Producer Award”, the highest honor a tenant advisor can receive in New England. John was elected President of the “CBA”, part of the oldest real estate association in the US, founded 1886, in 2012. No other broker advisor has received all three of these distinct Boston honors. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ), John was a Principal with Cassidy Turley, prior to that, John was a Founding Partner of FHO Partners which was later sold to Cassidy Turley before that, and John was a Principal of Trammell Crow Company.

Michael Dana Rosen is a shareholder of the firm and Chair of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group. He represents companies and individuals in the acquisition, development, sale, leasing and financing of complex commercial and residential real estate projects. Mr. Rosen represents borrowers and lenders in sophisticated commercial, real estate, and franchise related financing transactions. Mr. Rosen's commercial real estate practice also includes advocacy before zoning and planning boards and other municipal agencies in a wide range of land use and regulatory matters. His experience includes representing telecommunications carriers before local boards in connection with the siting of wireless facilities and cellular towers. He also frequently assists real estate holding entities and family businesses on entity structure and formation, succession and estate planning and implementation. Mr. Rosen's practice includes the representation of closely held business, providing contract, general corporate and business advice. He is also available to provide guidance to creditors, vendors and landlords in complex bankruptcy cases and commercial workouts. Mr. Rosen's business and educational background, as well as his work experience in the banking industry, provides clients with important insight and expertise into a wide range of financial and real estate issues.
