Dr. Lewis currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for Beth

Israel Lahey Health and leads the department that is responsible for

developing and implementing strategies for short- and long-term

growth of the system, including strategic planning, business

development, identification and execution of strategic alliances,

joint ventures, and partnerships.

Dr. Lewis previously served as the Chief System Development and

Strategy Officer at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC),

where he led expansion, business development and integration

efforts within the Beth Israel Deaconess System. He has also

previously held positions as Senior Vice President for Network

Integration and Associate Chief for Clinical Cardiology at BIDMC.

As a participant in the six-year biomedical program, Dr. Lewis

received his undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic

Institute and his Doctor of Medicine from Albany Medical College.

He completed his residency in internal medicine at Tufts–New

England Medical Center and his fellowship in cardiology at Yale

University. Dr. Lewis is an Associate Professor of Medicine at

Harvard Medical School.

Wendy Gettleman is currently employed at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts as Vice President of Facilities Management and Real Estate. In this role, Wendy has oversight of Facilities Operations; Planning, Design and Construction; Real Estate & Energy Management; General Services including Parking & Transportation; Telecom, Conference Services and Food Services. Wendy guides the Facilities agenda including major capital construction and renovations (FY19: $450M in active projects), continuity of plant operations for all DFCI sites (2.7M square feet) and master facility space planning efforts.

In her prior position as Senior Director of Planning, Design & Construction, Wendy directed design and construction of 25-35 annual capital projects with combined capital budgets of over $130 Million with a team focused on lean design principles, safe construction and fiscal responsibility.

Wendy joined Dana-Farber in 2005 as Senior Project Manager then as Director of Project Management for the Yawkey Center for Cancer Care. In those roles, Wendy led the project team from design through construction and occupancy in January 2011, bringing in the $330Million project under budget and ahead of schedule. In this position, she has become a leading expert in facilitating patient and family input into design, presenting this topic at the 3rd International Conference on Patient- and Family-Centered Care. In addition, the Yawkey Center Project earned gold LEED status and has received numerous project management awards.

Wendy began her major construction project management career at Boston Children’s Hospital in 2001 as Senior Project Manager with a $136 Million hospital expansion project, again achieving project completion on schedule and on budget. Prior to that, Wendy was employed for 10 years with Sodexo’s Healthcare Division in operations management and division leadership positions.

Joseph C. Kvedar, MD, is creating a new model of healthcare delivery, developing innovative strategies to move care from the hospital or doctor’s office into the day-to-day lives of patients. He is the author of The Internet of Healthy Things, describing how everyday objects will capture and use real-time biometric data to ultimately change behavior to improve our health.

Under Dr. Kvedar’s two decades of leadership, Partners Connected Health has launched a number of innovative mobile health programs, virtual care initiatives and clinical research programs for the more than 1.5 million patients served at Partners HealthCare-affiliated hospitals, including Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, community and specialty hospitals, community health centers, home care and other health-related entities. Partners connected health programs are helping providers and patients better manage chronic conditions, maintain health and wellness, and improve adherence, engagement and clinical outcomes.

Dr. Kvedar is serving as Program Chair for the Connected Health Conference, an industry defining event co-hosted by Partners Connected Health and the HIMSS Personal Connected Health Alliance (PCHAlliance). He is also a member of the PCHAlliance Board of Managers.

He is internationally recognized for his leadership and vision in the field of connected health, and has authored over 100 publications on the subject; the popular cHealth Blog provides his insights and vision for connected health. Kevin B. Churchwell, MD, is the Executive Vice President of Health Affairs and Chief Operating Officer at Boston Children’s Hospital. He provides leadership, direction, integration and oversight for the medical delivery system, while partnering with the Chief Executive Officer on a full range of research, clinical, academic, operational and strategic issues.

Prior to joining Boston Children’s Dr. Churchwell was Chief Executive Officer for Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE. As the lead administrator in the Delaware Valley, Dr. Churchwell was actively driving efforts to increase the quality and affordability of care for all children. Under his leadership, the Leapfrog Group recognized Nemours duPont as one of 12 safest children’s hospitals.

Dr. Churchwell also served as the CEO and Executive Director for the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital, part of the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He previously served in several other capacities, including Chief-of-Staff, Medical Director for the Children's Health and Injury Prevention Program, Medical Director for the Pediatric Critical Care Services, and Transport Director.

A graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Vanderbilt Medical School in Nashville, Dr. Churchwell completed his pediatric residency and a clinical fellowship in Anesthesia and Pediatric Critical Care at Boston Children's Hospital. Since 1993, Dr. Churchwell has been a clinician and faculty member at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is a diplomat for the National Board of Medical Examiners and is board certified with the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Churchwell was recently appointed the Robert and Dana Smith Associate Professor of Anesthesia at the Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Mark Girard, President of the Northeast Hospital Region, is a national leader in disease management, population health, accountable care, clinical integration, and alternative payment models. An architect of Steward’s ACO and community care model, he previously served as President of Steward Hospitals. Dr. Girard is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and Bowdoin College. He also holds an MBA from the Salem State College Graduate School of Business.

The Innovation and Digital Health Accelerator (IDHA) is a seventy-person team combining the data, clinical expertise, and health care technology development experience of Boston Children’s Hospital, with world leading industry partners, including Amazon, GE and Verily, to build and scale market competitive digital health technologies. Carla leads the Innovation Accelerator which has spun out five companies, including Circulation and Mightier, and partnered to accelerate external startups with portfolio venture funding totaling over $110 million. Carla also serves as the executive lead for Operational Effectiveness for Boston Children’s Hospital enterprise-wide.

Prior to joining Boston Children’s, Carla founded a health care strategy consulting firm and was a consultant with Health Advances. She also led product development at startup Work/Family Directions where she launched a series of groundbreaking products and services. Carla is an advisor to Edwards Life Sciences, served on the Consumer Marketing Advisory Board for Medtronic Diabetes and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Codman Academy Public Charter School. She received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and her MBA from the Harvard Business School.

David O. McCready is the President of Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital (BWFH), a 162-bed non-profit, community teaching hospital located in Jamaica Plain. David is responsible for BWFH’s day-to-day operations and, along with BH President Betsy Nabel, MD and BH Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Ron M. Walls MD, guides both short-and long-term strategy to position the hospital for success well into the future. In addition to leading BWFH, David oversees procedural and periprocedural activities across Brigham Health in his capacity as Senior Vice President, Surgical and Procedural Services for Brigham Health (BH).

Prior to this new role, David served in a series of departmental and hospital-wide leadership roles. Most recently, David served as Senior Vice President, Surgical, Procedural and Imaging Services, Facilities and Operations at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. In that role, he not only oversaw procedural and periprocedural activities across the hospital, but also imaging services and modalities at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. BWH performs nearly 28,000 surgical cases, 180,000 non-surgical procedures, and 85,000 major imaging studies annually. David also held responsibility for all functions related to BWH real estate and planning, facilities, and support services operations across 6.5 million square feet of hospital-occupied space.

Prior to joining the Brigham, David held leadership roles at Boston University Medical Center, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. David earned his Bachelor’s, MBA, and MHA from the University of Pittsburgh.

David Storto is executive vice president and chief strategy and growth officer of Wellforce, the Eastern Massachusetts health system that includes Tufts Medical Center, Tufts Children’s Hospital, Circle Health, MelroseWakefield Healthcare (formerly Hallmark Health) and Home Health Foundation. Together the system, founded in 2014, has more than 2,000 physicians and 13,000 employees across its community hospital and academic campuses.

David is highly regarded for his track record of successfully leading organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation, while ensuring optimal consumer and employee experience. At Wellforce, he oversees growth initiatives and strategic partnerships with a focus on enhancing quality, affordability and convenience.

Prior to joining Wellforce, David served as president of the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, which includes two rehabilitation hospitals, a long-term acute care hospital, a skilled nursing facility and 28 outpatient sites. Spaulding has consistently been ranked by US News & World Report as a top rehabilitation hospital and in 2021 was the #3 hospital in the nation.

David led Spaulding’s development as a member of Mass General Brigham, formerly Partners HealthCare. The award-winning organization, which cared for many of the catastrophically injured survivors of the Boston Marathon bombings, has garnered national acclaim for its inclusive and sustainable design and LEED Gold Certification. Spaulding is home to Harvard Medical School’s Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and its residency program has been ranked #1 by Doximity. David also created and then led Mass General Brigham Home Care for 23 years, growing the organization into one of the largest home care systems in Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Mass General Brigham and Spaulding, David was the executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, another nationally ranked hospital. He served in progressively responsible roles during his 18-year tenure and was recognized for his expertise in operations management, program development, strategic planning and governance.

David has served on the Massachusetts Hospital Association Board of Directors and the Regional Policy Board of the American Hospital Association (AHA). He was also as a member of AHA’s Post-Acute Care Strategy Steering Committee and vice chair and board member of the American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association (AMRPA). David has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the Boston Business Journal’s Champions in Healthcare Lifetime Achievement Award, the AHA’s Grassroots Champion Award and the MHA William Lane Hospital Advocate Award. Most recently he received the 2020 Edward A. Eckenhoff Memorial Award for national leadership and advocacy from AMRPA.

David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, with distinction, and a master’s degree in social service administration from the University of Chicago. He received his juris doctor degree from the Loyola University School of Law.

Over 34 years as a healthcare engineer and manager. Mr. Browne’s responsibilities have included dozens of building projects, hundreds of renovation projects, and managing millions of square feet. Mr. Browne’s has managed facility, support service, and clinical departments in a wide variety of healthcare settings – from community hospitals to regional healthcare systems to tertiary teaching institutions including long term and chronic disease. Mr. Browne has worked on green energy projects from the ground up, balancing environmental concerns with patient needs. Mr. Browne’s specialties also include emergency preparedness, hazardous materials management, life safety, security, and environmental services.

Mr. Browne has worked nationwide as an Environment of Care consultant in diverse situations including mental health and pediatric facilities. Mr. Browne has implement best practices, bringing his expertise to help facilities work through specific problems and has published numerous articles in several national publications on topics specific to our industry.

Mr. Browne is a Board Member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers. Mr. Browne is a member of the New England Healthcare Engineers Society board. In 2016 Mr. Browne was named Engineer of the Year by NEHES. Most recently Mr. Browne is actively participated on the Facility Guidelines Institute Health Group Review Committee for the 2022 revision of the guidelines representing the International Association of Safety & Security to FGI

Mr. Milligan currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Healthcare Trust of America, Inc., (NYSE:HTA) the largest dedicated owner and operator of medical office buildings in the United States. He has been with HTA since 2012, serving as CFO since 2014.

Before joining HTA, Mr. Milligan served as a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he worked from July 2007 to January 2012 in its corporate bank, focusing on healthcare clients. He started his career at General Electric Company, serving in various corporate finance capacities within its plastics and advanced materials divisions. Mr. Milligan holds a BS degree in Finance and Economics from Arizona State University and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago.

Cappy is responsible for maximizing value within TDC’s real estate portfolio. She serves on the Investment Committee. Prior to joining TDC, she had 20 years of experience in investment sales and leasing of commercial real estate. Most recently, Cappy was the Managing Director in charge of the Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly Spaulding & Slye) Boston Capital Markets Group. During her tenure there, she and her team completed over $7 billion in investment sales and advisory assignments. Prior to this, Cappy was a leasing broker for eight years.

Cappy is a member of the GBREB, PREA, NAIOP, NEWIRE and ULI. In 2010 and 2011, she was Co-Chair of the NAIOP Programming Committee and served on the NAIOP Executive Committee. In 2008 and 2009, Cappy was a Co-Chair of the United Way of Boston’s Real Estate Fundraising Campaign. Dr. Chris Andreoli is Chief Transformation Officer and Chair, Surgical Specialties at Atrius Health, a non-profit healthcare leader delivering an effective system of connected care to 720,000 patients in eastern Massachusetts under a value-based care model. Beginning in 2019, Dr. Andreoli is responsible for leading the development and execution of Atrius Health’s organizational transformation strategy toward achieving the organization’s vision of transforming care to improve lives. He joined Atrius Health affiliate, Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, in 2008. Since then, he has been selected for successively larger and important leadership roles. Dr. Andreoli was named Chief of Visual Services in 2013, and then Chair of Surgical Specialties, overseeing all surgical subspecialties comprised of more than 150 surgeons. Dr. Andreoli maintains a clinical practice as a retina specialist at Harvard Vanguard site in Medford. He received his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and his undergraduate degree from Boston University. He completed his residency in Ophthalmology at Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary/Harvard Medical School where he was also chief resident and a fellow in

vitreo-retinal surgery.

Jocelyn Carter, MD, MPH, is an internal medicine hospitalist at MGH. Dr. Carter was chosen to be one of two 2017-2018 HTL Healthcare Innovation fellows sponsored by the Aetna Foundation. For this 12-month fellowship, Dr. Carter worked on researching and developing an initiative to improve the healthcare of MGH patients and ultimately lower their risk of readmission. This initiative, “Implementing Community Health Worker- Patient Pairings at the Time of Hospital Discharge”, was inspired by prior research by Dr. Carter and her team.

As Chief Investment Officer & Managing Partner for Anchor Health Properties, James is responsible for the firm's acquisitions efforts, capital markets activities, and investor relationship management, in addition to supporting the sourcing of new development and property management opportunities. Under James’ leadership the firm has closed on $1.6 billion of new investments since June 2016.

Prior to joining Anchor, James led the efforts at CNL Financial Group to build and manage the CNL Healthcare Properties medical facilities investment platform to over four million square feet of assets across the country. The CNL Healthcare medical facilities platform was sold to Welltower (NYSE: WELL) for approximately $1.5 billion in 2019. James has also spent time in key real estate investment roles at HCP in Long Beach, CA and UBS in New York City.

James received his BA (Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa) and MBA from Columbia University in New York City and has also studied at Pembroke College, Oxford University in England. He is a founding officer of the ULI Healthcare & Life Sciences Product Council, and a member of the Board of Advisors for the Healthcare Real Estate Insights publication.

Ilya Hvostikov is a Vice President, Investments with Anchor Health Properties and is based in the firm’s

Media, PA office.

As a key member of the investments team, he serves in an integral role in the management of real

estate acquisition and development investments overseeing the entire lifecycle, including sourcing,

valuation, negotiations, due diligence, and acquisition of healthcare real estate throughout the United

States. With more than ten years of significant involvement in the healthcare real estate sector, he has

participated in more than $1 billion of medical office acquisitions, dispositions, and development. Ilya

also provides leadership and guidance to the investment and development platforms through sourcing

and screening real estate investment opportunities and providing recommendations to institutional

equity partners.

Prior to joining Anchor, Ilya worked as an Analyst at Gramercy Property Trust. He started his career at

PNC Bank in a rotational development program where he had exposure to various areas within the asset

management and corporate banking divisions.

Ilya earned his BBA from Temple University with a concentration in Finance and International Business.

Diana Anderson, MD, M.Arch, is a healthcare architect and a board-certified internist. She completed her medical residency training at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University Medical Center. As a “dochitect”, Dr. Anderson combines educational and professional experience in both medicine and architecture. She has worked on hospital design projects globally and is widely published in both architectural and medical journals, books and the popular press. She is a frequent speaker about the impacts of healthcare design on patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and related topics. A Co-Founder of the Clinicians for Design group, this international network of leaders seeks to inspire and accelerate the design of environments and systems. Dr. Anderson was recently recognized for her contributions to the field by the American Institute of Architects’ Academy of Architecture for Health U40 List of Healthcare Design’s Best under 40. As a current Fellow at the Harvard Medical School Center for Bioethics, she explores space design and ethics.

David C. Grabowski, PhD, is a professor of health care policy in the Department of Health Care Policy at Harvard Medical School. His research examines the economics of aging with a particular interest in the areas of long-term care and post-acute care. His works also examines the integration and coordination of care for dually eligible beneficiaries.

Dr. Grabowski has been the Principal Investigator on five R01s from the National Institute on Aging on projects related to the value of post-acute care, skilled nursing facility payment, demand for long-term care insurance, specialization in dementia care, and nonprofit provision of nursing home care. His research has also been supported by a number of private foundations including the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Commonwealth Fund, Arnold Foundation, and the Donaghue Foundation. Dr. Grabowski also led a team at Harvard in the evaluation of the CMS Nursing Home Value-Based Purchasing Demonstration.

Dr. Grabowski is a member of the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC), which is an independent agency established to advise the U.S. Congress on issues affecting the Medicare program. He has also served on several CMS technical expert panels. He is an associate editor of the journal Forum for Health Economics and Policy and he is a member of the editorial boards of American Journal of Health Economics, Medical Care Research & Review and B.E. Journals in Economic Analysis & Policy. He was the 2004 recipient of the Thompson Prize for Young Investigators from the Association of University Programs in Health Administration.

Dr. Grabowski received his BA from Duke University and his PhD in public policy from the Irving B. Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.

Denise Brown, MD, is Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Development for Vituity. Prior to these appointments in 2017, she served Vituity as Vice President of Practice Development and Hospitalist Medical Director at Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City, Calif.

Dr. Brown is one of the drivers behind Vituity's expansion as an integrated multispecialty organization. She has seen firsthand the positive impacts of integration on the patient experience and on the day-to-day work environment of providers. By combining her grasp of Vituity culture and her real-world insights, she inspires and empowers others to champion the integrated and team-based focused care needed by hospitals today.

John serves on the advisory board of the Global Parliament of Mayors and on the board of directors for Inscape Publico, a not-for-profit architecture firm helping other not-for-profits achieve their missions. John speaks regularly at global forums on strategy in real estate, infrastructure, and urban development.

Before joining McKinsey, John worked in capital-project delivery at Skanska, where he held roles in project-management, controls, and innovation programs across business units. He is a licensed professional engineer.

Mr. Leibler has 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. He began his career at Schulman Realty Group in 1978 and became President and Chief Executive Officer in 1987, a position he held until 1992. Mr. Leibler joined Sony Corporation in 1993, where he led the development of new business platforms for Sony operating groups. In 1997, Mr. Leibler was elected Chairman of White Plains Hospital, where he had served as a director since 1988. He led a repositioning of the $350 million annual revenue hospital by developing a cancer treatment center, expanding the maternity program to include a neo-natal intensive care unit, creating an orthopedic institute, and laying the groundwork for a cardiac center. He served as Chairman of the Board for five years and continues as a Chairman Emeritus. In 2001, Mr. Leibler was named president and Chief Operating Officer of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in 2001 making design excellence and project management the firm’s priority. He joined L&L Holding Company as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer in 2004. The Manhattan based real estate investment company focused on purchasing and repositioning office properties. Mr. Leibler graduated from American University with a degree in political science and international affairs and received a Master’s in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.

Luke is part of the Customer Advocate team at PlanGrid, focused on supporting and enabling our customers to maximize the value of their PlanGrid investments. Prior to joining PlanGrid, Luke held a Project Manager role in Operations at Presentation Products, an audiovisual design/build firm in Manhattan. Before Presentation Products, Luke was a Project Manager for a Solar Developer, Greenskies Renewable Energy, overseeing sustainable initiatives for clients including Target, Amazon and Walmart. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Central Connecticut State University.

Gary Hamilton is a Senior Vice President and Healthcare Practice Lead at WSP, one of the nation’s largest engineering and infrastructure firms. He is a licensed professional engineer in USA as well as in the Europe. He has over 22 years of experience in the design and analysis of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems for a variety of market sectors, but with special focus on Healthcare facilities. He is a LEED AP and has designed over 23 projects that achieved LEED certified status. He is also a certified commissioning Authority with the AABC Commissioning Group (ACG). He is an active member of American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) and is a Senior of ASHE (SAHSE). He is a ASHE representative on the International Code Council Ad Hoc Committee on Healthcare (AHC). Gary is a

Healthcare Thought leader and written over 24 articles in multiple healthcare and engineering publications. He is also a seasoned presenter and has presented across the country and globally.

Rick Kobus is a Founding Partner and Senior Principal at Tsoi Kobus Design. He is an award-winning architect, strategic planner, and real estate advisor with over 40 years’ experience leading project visioning and implementation plans for complex and large-scale master planning, programming, and real estate assessments for academic medical centers, translational research and education institutions in Boston, nationally, and internationally.

David Tepper, AIA, leads the healthcare practice at Ennead, where he is a Principal with 25 years of experience. David works with the leadership of major healthcare systems to align strategic objectives, programmatic needs, and real estate assets. His work helps institutions define priorities and build consensus, especially on complex projects with multiple stakeholders. David’s recent projects include the planning, design, and implementation of NYU Langone Health’s ten-year Campus Transformation initiative, including the development of 1.2 million square feet to support patient care, education, and research.

David works on strategic planning, campus and infrastructure master plans, new buildings, adaptive re-use, and major renovations, working widely on sites requiring extensive cooperation and negotiation with external stakeholders and regulatory agencies. He has a special expertise in resilience for shoreline structures and essential facilities and has worked with healthcare clients to plan for continued climate change, retrofit existing buildings and infrastructure, and establish standards for mission-critical facilities.

He received a Master of Architecture degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Society for Campus and University Planning.

Charles (Charlie) R. Buck advises health care enterprises on complex transactions

and regulatory compliance. He represents a wide range of clients, including

proprietary and tax-exempt hospital systems, academic medical centers and faculty

practice groups, accountable care organizations, and health maintenance

organizations (HMOs) and other health insurers.

Charlie provides legal counsel and solutions in connection with acquisitions, joint

ventures, strategic affiliations, conversions to tax-exempt status, and other

transactional matters. He advises clients forming and operating accountable care

organizations (ACOs), including commercial ACOs and those in the Medicare

Pioneer Program and Medicare Shared Savings Program ACOs.

Charlie focuses his regulatory practice on federal fraud and abuse laws (including

the Stark law), obtaining and maintaining tax-exemption, the Health Insurance

Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and health information privacy, state

insurance licensure and determination of need law, and general corporate matters.

After earning his law degree, Charlie clerked for the Honorable Charles R. Breyer of

the US District Court for the Northern District of California. Prior to law school,

Charlie served on the professional staff of the United States Senate Finance

Committee for Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, where he concentrated on health

reform and Medicare Part A. He also worked as a policy analyst at the Jackson Hole

Group, where he focused on rural health care and purchasing cooperatives.

Michael Greeley is a Managing Director with Newmark's Medical-Academic Practice Group in Boston, overseeing the team’s medical office building sales platform. Focused on submarkets surrounding hospitals, universities and Medical-Academic clusters, Mike specializes in investment sales, institutional consulting, tenant representation, agency leasing and acquisition/disposition services on both a local and national level. His clients include a host of top healthcare and academic clients and his major medical-academic sale experience includes Boston Medical Center Portfolio ($180 million), Steward Health Care Portfolio ($100 million), 50 Staniford Street ($124 million), Kenmore North ($144 million), Landmark Center ($525 million), Waldemere Medical Plaza ($47 million), 67 South Bedford at Lahey ($55 million) and Worcester BioTech Park at UMass ($40 million). A graduate of Boston College, Mike serves as a board member of the Boston College Real Estate Council and the Corey C. Griffin Foundation, and is a member of the American Ireland Fund and Greater Boston Real Estate Board/CBA. He resides with his wife and son in South Boston.

Mark Krejchi earned a Doctorate in Polymer Science and Engineering from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. After completing postdoctoral fellowships at California Institute of Technology and Stanford University, Mark took a position at Wilsonart LLC where he has played important roles in the design, development, and commercialization of innovative decorative surfacing solutions, both in the US and abroad. Mark holds several patents in areas that involve the materials and processes required to produce decorative surfacing products. He has expertise in chemistry, biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology, genetic engineering, and polymer material science as well as commercial product development and business innovation.
