Summary

  1. Where in the Boston area are deals closing and how?

  2. What is the average size of the deals getting done right now? What does the dollar figure tell us about the state of the multifamily market?

  3. What market incentives, such as proximity to transit and opportunity zones — are driving buyer demand?

  4. As residents and companies continue to migrate to suburban markets, which neighborhoods are leading the way?

  5. Right now, is it better to buy outside of the city or an urban asset?
