Laura has served as the Vice President of The Collaborative Companies for five years. She oversees and

executes The Collaborative Companies’ research and design development programs, providing in-depth

analysis on market conditions and trends. She has proven to be an essential resource for developers in

Greater Boston on everything from product positioning to pricing to unit mix. Prior to joining TCC, Ms.

Gollinger was Managing Director of Accelerated Marketing Partners, a nationwide auction company.

She is responsible for over $600 million in sales from 2008-2011. Her early experience as an investment

banking analyst for J.P. Morgan adds to her skill set ensuring success. Laura’s impressive client portfolio

includes the Carlyle Group, Vornado Realty Trust, Canyon Johnson, Wood Partners, General Growth

Properties, in additional to Boston’s premier developers: Samuels & Associates, National Development,

HYM & Pan Am, New England Development, The Davis Companies, The Related Companies, Federal

Realty, Boston Properties, Lendlease, Nordbloom, Corcoran Co and WS Development. Laura graduated

as an Academic All American from Boston University’s School of Management.

Bryan wants to bring great design and architecture to Boston’s neighborhoods. Those are some of the elements of the local real estate landscape that have kept him so engaged for the past 12 years – creating buildings that preserve Boston’s culture and character but are timeless and contemporary.

Prior to co-founding Transom, Bryan gained experience generating, financing, and managing Related Beal’s portfolio of value-add and development opportunities. With specific examples including Congress Square and the Quinzani assemblage in the South End, Bryan was part of a team that helped Related Beal acquire a $1.7 billion pipeline of urban core development in Boston. Prior to Related Beal, Bryan was Director of Acquisitions for Beacon Communities.

Bryan received his Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Florida and his Master of Science in real estate development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. He has co-authored and published several articles and research pieces, including ‘An Autopsy of Unlevered Real Estate Returns’ and ‘Sophisticated Sensitivity: Can Developers Guess Smarter?’ He currently sits on the MIT Center for Real Estate Alumni Association Committee and the NAIOP Education Committee.

Her real love for hospitality design and her passion to create fabulous yet functional spaces was the true motivator to establish RD Jones & Associates in 1996. Rebecca has more than 30 years of specialized experience in Hospitality, restaurant and multifamily interior architecture and design. A true Texan at heart, she received her BFA degree from Texas Tech University and studied at Parsons School of Design in NYC. She spent 12 years working in New York with a sole focus on Hospitality before starting her name sake firm. As owner and principal of the firm, she continues to set the design direction and tone for all interior projects. Her experience in all types of renovation and new construction influences not only the creative process but the functional and operational process which she believes are the essential foundations of good design. Rebecca strives to create cutting edge design that is timeless. She has chosen for the firm to be sized appropriately so she can maintain her hands on style in oversight and development of RDJA projects. Her personal attention allows the firm to retain the high level of design and detail that the company is noted for. Rebecca desires to individually craft each environment, creating captivating architecture and décor. Most important to RDJA¹s mission is to create value for each project, embrace the clients needs, adhere to the projects budgetary constraints and build long term working relationships.

Ronald J. Walker, CPA, is a partner in CohnReznick’s Boston office and a member of the Firm’s Assurance

Practice. He has extensive public accounting experience with a focus on the affordable housing and

commercial real estate industries.

Ron provides services that include eligible basis cost certifications, affordable housing investment

partnerships, and residual value studies. His clients include real estate entities around greater Boston and

across the country, including California, Florida, and Pennsylvania. Ron is fully versed in the stringent

reporting requirements and deadlines of such agencies as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban

Development (HUD), the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and various state tax credit allocating

agencies.

As a Senior Vice President, Addie is responsible for the firm’s multifamily and mixed-use investments. Over the course of her career, she has been responsible for nearly $1B in multifamily ground-up development activity in the Boston market, performing all aspects of the development process including sourcing, permitting, financing, design and construction oversight, marketing and leasing oversight, and disposition.

Prior to rejoining Leggat McCall, Addie was a Senior Vice President with Pritzker Realty Group (PRG), where she was responsible for the execution of $370M of ground-up development, including a 28-story high rise in the Back Bay. Prior to PRG, she was a Director with Wood Partners, a national multifamily development company, where over the course of eight years she was responsible for the development of ten projects totaling over 1,800 units and over $500M in total cost.

Addie began her career in real estate as a sustainability consultant. She originally joined LMP in 2004 in a development management role.

Lauren Jezienicki is responsible for identifying development opportunities and overseeing the company’s New England development pipeline of nearly two million square feet.

Prior to joining Bozzuto, Lauren worked at The JBG Companies in Chevy Chase, Maryland, where she served as a Vice President of Development and was responsible for the underwriting, design, entitlement, construction, and delivery of nearly one million square feet of urban multifamily projects. Prior to working at The JBG Companies, Lauren was an Assistant Development Manager at The Shooshan Company in Arlington, Virginia on the Liberty Center project, a one million square foot mixed-use project in the Ballston neighborhood. Lauren graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s in business administration and Columbia University with a master’s in business administration. She is an active member of NAIOP Massachusetts and the Urban Land Institute. Lauren also serves on as an Executive Committee Board Member of the Design Museum Foundation.

Gemma Sanders Geldmacher is a Senior Director and loan originator specializing in multifamily debt financing, with a specialty focus on affordable and HUD/FHA transactions. Prior to her originations career, Gemma was a Fannie Mae and FHA underwriter for over 10 years, most recently as part of Berkadia’s FHA underwriting management team and loan committee.

Her well-rounded commercial real estate experience also includes stints at a bridge/mezzanine lender, a property management firm, and real estate consulting. She resides in Hingham, Massachusetts with her husband, adorable daughter, and once she has a house plant that lives more than a year, she might break down and get a dog as well.

A passionate believer in the power of teamwork and collaboration to elevate design outcomes, Fred stresses the importance of client-centered process, communication, investigation, and inquiry.

Fred’s commitment to “design with community in mind” translates into his active engagement in numerous industry, cultural, and philanthropic organizations—where architects’ problem-solving abilities stand to make a real difference. A past chair of the Urban Land Institute, Fred is also a member of the Boston Society of Architects and NAIOP.

Prior to joining Stantec, Fred was the long-time president of ADD Inc. There, his focus on diversifying markets and services created a well-balanced multidisciplinary practice, and his mentorship of young designers and mid-career professionals cultivated the next generation of design and management leaders.

Lisa Nickerson, winner of the 2016 PRISM Award for Marketing Professional of the Year, is the true definition of an entrepreneurial businesswoman. Having earned The Nashua Telegraph’s 91 Progress’ Entrepreneur of the Year at 17 years old, Lisa is now the CEO and founder of Nickerson PR, an award-winning full-service communications agency that offers an integrated blend of public relations, social media, digital content, creative services, and events expertise. In June of 2018, Lisa was featured on Chronicle as Greater Boston’s Real Estate Expert.

A multiple-industry award winner, Lisa is a well-respected, sought-after speaker and moderator, and a devotee of professional and community service. She is an active member of ULI | New England’s Advisory Board, ULI Women Leadership Institute Co-Chair and Communications Chair, American Marketing Association, Board Member & VP of Sponsorship, Boston Women in Media & Entertainment Board Member, former SIOR New England Board Member & Communications Chair, and a member of NAIOP and CREW.
