James Hannah runs the United States business for Parity, a multifamily-focused HVAC optimization as a service company. James is currently leading the company's expansion across the United States. His career has been concentrated on accelerating the adoption of clean energy solutions within the real estate sector, especially for multifamily investors and managers. He’s worked closely with many of the largest real estate companies in the country and has advised governments, utilities, and other stakeholders on energy related policy matters.

Prior to joining Parity in 2021, James spent ten years at Bright Power. While there he held several positions, including Chief Customer Officer, and helped to transform the company from a regional energy engineering firm to a premier national provider of energy management services. Prior to Bright Power, James held positions in the renewable energy and financial services sectors. James holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

As Vice President for Bozzuto Construction Company, Brian is responsible for all aspects of preconstruction, project management, and field operations for projects in Massachusetts, as well as all renovation and capital improvement projects. From start to finish, he oversees each project in its entirety, managing all financial, scheduling, safety, and quality components.

Since joining Bozzuto in 2011, Brian has successfully managed multiple new construction and renovation projects varying in complexity, and has built more than 5,000 units. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance from Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business. He is currently an active member of the Ace Mentor Program as well as the Urban Land Institute.

Jonathan has spent his career building a reputation as a engineer that views the structural design as only one, albeit important, element of any project, and that ultimately a successful building is about the people that design, build, and eventually live in it. His focus on people applies both to buildings and developing a strong, resilient Veitas team, using lessons from his time developing mentoring programs at a previous firm and as chair of a National Engagement and Equity Summit for NCSEA. Prior to joining Veitas Engineers, Jonathan became a devotee of LEAN design methods and collaborative modeling with experience designing award-winning hospitals, labs, class-A offices, university housing and classroom buildings. A firm believer that work and life are not separate, he strives to balance shepherding his work team with being a father to four active kids and supporting his wife who homeschools them in southern NH.

Laura has served as the Vice President of The Collaborative Companies for five years. She oversees and

executes The Collaborative Companies’ research and design development programs, providing in-depth

analysis on market conditions and trends. She has proven to be an essential resource for developers in

Greater Boston on everything from product positioning to pricing to unit mix. Prior to joining TCC, Ms.

Gollinger was Managing Director of Accelerated Marketing Partners, a nationwide auction company.

She is responsible for over $600 million in sales from 2008-2011. Her early experience as an investment

banking analyst for J.P. Morgan adds to her skill set ensuring success. Laura’s impressive client portfolio

includes the Carlyle Group, Vornado Realty Trust, Canyon Johnson, Wood Partners, General Growth

Properties, in additional to Boston’s premier developers: Samuels & Associates, National Development,

HYM & Pan Am, New England Development, The Davis Companies, The Related Companies, Federal

Realty, Boston Properties, Lendlease, Nordbloom, Corcoran Co and WS Development. Laura graduated

as an Academic All American from Boston University’s School of Management.

As a Vice President at D.F. Pray, Matt oversees dynamic project teams working on projects throughout New England. Since joining the team in 2012, Matt has successfully completed projects throughout the United States and Canada. In his current role, he is responsible for managing projects from conception to completion including all aspects of Pre-Construction, Project Management and Field Operations. Currently, D.F. is working on various multi-family projects throughout New England both in the affordable and market rate sectors. D.F. Pray recently completed 129 units at Building 89 in Allston and is under construction of 219 units at 780 Morrissey Blvd in Dorchester. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Suffolk University and an MBA from Point Loma Nazarene in San Diego.

Daniel is responsible for leading all capital market activities at CC&F. This includes securing capital for new and existing real estate projects and negotiating joint venture, operating, and loan agreements with investors and lenders. Additionally, Daniel helps identify, underwrite and close potential development and acquisition projects and provides on-going investment analysis for properties within the firm’s portfolio. Prior to CC&F, Daniel was a Founding Partner of Andean Investment Partners, a real estate firm focused on investments and developments in Lima, Peru. Prior to Andean, Daniel worked in acquisitions and asset management at Taurus Investment Holdings, an international private equity real estate firm headquartered in Boston. Daniel received a B.A. from Colgate University and is currently an M.B.A. candidate at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Doug Arsham, Executive Managing Director, oversees all aspects of development, from site selection and planning to entitlement, design, construction, and asset sales in the Boston metro, New York, New Jersey, the Carolinas, and Mid-Atlantic markets.

Before serving as Executive Managing Director, he was Mill Creek’s Senior Managing Director, overseeing all development efforts in Boston and New Jersey. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Arsham was Vice President of Development for National Development, where he was responsible for all phases of the development process for multiple communities.

Mr. Arsham’s expertise includes various product types, from stick-built to adaptive re-use to high-rise, and all employed varying successful permitting strategies. During his career, he has been involved in the entitlement, development, and construction of over $2 billion of residential real estate.

Mr. Arsham received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Tufts University in Political Science and is a member of both Urban Land Institute (ULI) and his local NAIOP chapter.

Martha is a Managing Director in the Boston office of JLL Capital Markets, America. She joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition with more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and equity placement. She has participated in the capitalization of a broad range of property types, including office, life science, industrial, multi-housing, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, most recently focusing on the capitalization of multi-housing projects. Martha’s experience spans underwriting, structuring and marketing transactions that have included investment advisory, construction financing, conventional permanent financing, agency financing, bridge financing, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and joint venture equity. She primarily focuses on multi-housing investment sales transactions and previously focused on debt placement. Throughout the course of her career Martha has been involved in the underwriting and marketing of $6 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Martha started at HFF in 2013. Before that, she was a portfolio manager/assistant vice president transacting on multi-housing real estate loan and equity investments at Citizens Bank. Prior to that, she was Teach For America corps member, teaching high school Spanish in inner city Baltimore, Maryland

Councilor Edwards has spent her entire career as an advocate, activist, and as a voice on behalf of society's most vulnerable. She served as the deputy director within the Mayor's Office of Housing Stability where she was responsible for developing and delivering innovative solutions to fight displacement and brought together all stakeholders: landlords, management companies, housing authorities, and tenants.

Councilor Edwards worked as a public interest attorney with Greater Boston Legal Services focusing on labor issues such as fighting for access to unemployment insurance, back wages, fair treatment for domestic workers, and combating human trafficking. She served as the statewide campaign coordinator for the Massachusetts Coalition for Domestic Workers, which advocated for the passage of the Domestic Workers Bill of Rights. In 2015, she was named an honorable mention for Bostonian of the Year by the Boston Globe.

Her mother is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and current union worker with the Veterans Administration. She raised both Councilor Edwards and her twin sister. Councilor Edwards graduated from American University Washington College of Law and received a LLM in taxation from Boston University School of Law.

As a Senior Vice President, Addie is responsible for the firm’s multifamily and mixed-use investments. Over the course of her career, she has been responsible for nearly $1B in multifamily ground-up development activity in the Boston market, performing all aspects of the development process including sourcing, permitting, financing, design and construction oversight, marketing and leasing oversight, and disposition.

Prior to rejoining Leggat McCall, Addie was a Senior Vice President with Pritzker Realty Group (PRG), where she was responsible for the execution of $370M of ground-up development, including a 28-story high rise in the Back Bay. Prior to PRG, she was a Director with Wood Partners, a national multifamily development company, where over the course of eight years she was responsible for the development of ten projects totaling over 1,800 units and over $500M in total cost.

Addie began her career in real estate as a sustainability consultant. She originally joined LMP in 2004 in a development management role.

Donahue Peebles, III is the Executive Vice President of The Peebles Corporation and handles new

acquisitions and business development.

Mr. Peebles actively pursues public and private real estate transactions in for The Peebles Corporation’s

various markets, including South Florida, Washington, D.C.-metropolitan area and New York tri-state area.

In addition, he maintains substantial involvement in the pre-development phase, and is capable of

advancing projects through the development process through strategic partnerships, management and

community engagement.

In addition to his role, Mr. Peebles is the Deputy Chief Investment Officer of the Peebles Emerging

Developer Fund I – a $500 million investment fund for minority and women developers in markets that

include New York, Los Angeles and South Florida.

Mr. Peebles is the Owner and CEO of Legacy Real Estate Development, LLC a Residential Real Estate

Development firm that focuses on the development and acquisition of low-income housing projects in

South Florida, Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area and New York tri-state area.

Mr. Peebles takes an active role in The Peebles Corporation’s public image, participating in business and

entrepreneurial summits, as well as real estate panels and forums. He also serves both the Washington

D.C. and New York City communities by engaging with multiple philanthropies that benefit and expose

youth to various opportunities in entrepreneurship. He currently works with the New York City Mission

Society, Best Buddies, Harlem Mothers S.A.V.E., and various other organizations to improve the quality of

life of impoverished and special-needs individuals on a global scale.

Mr. Peebles holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.

Joe Hanley is a Partner and Director at the Boston law firm of McDermott,

Quilty, Miller & Hanley, LLP, where he specializes in land use, zoning,

licensing and administrative law.  His practice includes over 25 years of

experience in the State and Municipal regulatory process for large to mid-

scale real estate developments in the mixed-use, residential, commercial,

hospitality, biotechnology/life sciences and institutional sectors. With

specific expertise in the Boston Planning Department’s Article 80 Large

Project Review process, Planned Development Area adoptions by the

Boston Zoning Commission and Board of Appeal cases for Special Permits

and Variances, he has successfully entitled hundreds of client projects with

millions of square feet of development throughout the City of Boston.

Joe is Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Back Bay Association

in Boston, and he is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Cohen

Institute for Leadership and Public Service at the University of Maine. Joe

is also a past President of the Board of Directors for Heading Home, Inc.,

and a former Board member of the Boston Arts Academy Foundation. He

graduated Cum Laude with his J.D. from Suffolk Law School in Boston,

Massachusetts and received his B.A. from the University of Maine.
