Summary

Multifamily in Boston was scorching hot in 2014.  Between all of the new developments and investment activity - both in the Downtown & the Suburbs - it was tough to find a more active, interesting & appealing market than Boston.  Join us as we kick off 2015 with a look at what lies ahead.  Has the demand for luxury in Downtown kept up? How are owners differentiating themselves from the high rise around the block? Likewise, we will take a look at the Outer Ring.  The suburbs seem to be "dying" across the country -- what makes Boston different? How is all of the new development coming along? What can we expect for Boston 2030?

Join us as we tackle all of these issues and more – we look forward to seeing you there!
