Britt Zaffir is the CEO of Kin, the first-of-its-kind housing brand designing and operating real estate to meet the changing needs of modern families. Britt started her career at Monitor Deloitte consulting for world-class hospitality companies before transitioning into formative roles at Airbnb, helping to develop localized strategies around marketing and operations analysis, and Amcor Holdings, a Canadian real estate investment and management firm. Prior to starting Kin, Britt spent three years as a senior real estate acquisitions lead at Common, working with real estate partners to expand Common's coliving footprint across the East Coast. In 2019, Britt spearheaded Kin, a joint venture between Common and Tishman Speyer focused on building and operating young family housing across the country. Today, she oversees every aspect of Kin’s operations, from growth to product development. Britt graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School and an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. She lives in New York City and loves to travel, trying delicious foods in new cities.

Benjie founded Arx Urban in 2013 and is responsible for acquisitions, financing and investor relations. He previously served as Vice President of Investments at Atlas Real Estate Partners and was an Associate at JP Morgan Global Real Assets. In these roles he oversaw a $1.5B mixed-use real estate portfolio and created the investment strategy for over 30 assets including leasing, development, financing and disposition.

Benjie is a frequent speaker on real estate finance innovation and has completed transactions across five different crowdfunding platforms. In 2014, he was appointed to the Mayor of Boston’s SPARK Boston Council (formerly ONEin3 Council) where he consulted the City’s Innovation Housing Lab on forward-thinking financing strategies.

Benjie holds a BA from Tufts University, summa cum laude, and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar and received the Julia Stell Award for Leadership. He currently resides in Bost

Mr. Weissman has been selling homes for more than 20-years and oversees Advisors Living – the largest brokerage agency of new home construction in Massachusetts, with new project sales at approximately $1.8 Billion (pre-covid). Alongside Janice Dumont, CEO of Advisors Living, Jason Weissman exclusively represents new developments from Fall River to Newburyport and into the Boston’s core including – The Mark in East Boston; 100 Shawmut in South Boston – both for the Davis Companies; Pier4 on the Waterfront for Tishman Speyer; and 88 Wareham in SoWa for Cresset Development – just to name a few. Jason will unveil market insights from BRA’s Q2 Condo Market Reports and discuss the COVID effect on the housing market throughout the Commonwealth.

Charlie is a Director of Real Estate at Common responsible for sourcing new project opportunities, securing partnerships with developers, interfacing with planning departments and all other real estate activities in the markets of Boston, Denver, Pittsburgh and Texas. He previously spent the bulk of his career working on the principal investment and development side of the business for various private equity funds including Atlas Capital Group in New York from 2014-2019 and Beacon Capital Partners in Boston from 2010-2012.
