Yanni Tsipis is Senior Vice President - Seaport at WS Development in Boston and oversees the company's Seaport project, a 7.7 million square foot mixed-use development currently underway in Boston's Seaport District. Prior to his tenure at WS, Yanni spent nearly 15 years at Colliers International after completing undergraduate and graduate studies at MIT in civil engineering and planning. At Colliers, Yanni focused his work on managing large-scale urban development and historic rehabilitation projects. His project experience at Colliers included multiple commercial, multifamily residential, hotel, and other project types, and spanned over $2 billion of development projects, all in the City of Boston. Yanni lives in Westwood and has written four books about the history of the city's transportation infrastructure. He serves on numerous non-profit boards and is a past member of the Boston Landmarks Commission.

As Senior Vice President, Leasing and Asset Management, Duncan is responsible for developing and implementing leasing and asset management strategies for the firm.

Duncan has 18+ years of experience in the management, marketing and leasing of commercial real estate. Prior to assuming his current position as Senior Vice President with TDC in 1999, Duncan was Vice President and General Manager of Merchandise Mart Properties, a division of Vornado Realty Trust, responsible for their newly-acquired asset, the Boston Design Center. Prior to the acquisition by Vornado, he was President of the Boston Design Center for a TDC-affiliated company. Formerly, Duncan was President of the Washington Design Center, VP of Sales & Marketing for furniture manufacturer Doxey Furniture in North Carolina and previously Assistant Treasurer for Bankers Trust Company in New York City. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Washington College, Maryland

Mr. Gilkey is a member of NAIOP and in 2014 was appointed to the National Marketing & Leasing Forum.

William “Wil” H. Catlin, Jr. is Partner and Managing Principal of Boston Realty Advisors, where he oversees the Commercial Leasing Division, as well as the overall strategic growth of the firm. Wil has an innate ability to translate business objectives and corporate culture into an effective environment that yields productivity and creativity.

Mr. Catlin leads a group of client-centric professionals in both tenant representation and agency leasing. Since 2017, the Commercial Leasing Division has leased over 1.5 million square feet, establishing Boston Realty Advisors as the market leader for the TAMI office sector and specialists in navigating gut rehab commercials projects throughout Greater Boston.

Mr. Catlin is an active member of NAIOP and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB). He is on the board of Love Lane Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program, The Tremont School and part of the Menlo College Alumni Association.

Project Executive Alex Main joined Wise Construction in 2009, and has grown to become the area’s industry leader on complex, logistically-challenging projects ranging from $10M - $100M. With a focus on life-science, clinical, and manufacturing facilities, he thoroughly understands the intricacies of these specialized buildings. Alex has worked to bring the latest technologies and delivery methods to every project, including design assist, immersive 3D scanning, virtual pull planning, and cloud-based project management, reducing both project risk and timelines for all his clients. His innate creativity helps him work to develop solutions for complex constructability issues, something that often comes up while converting some of Boston’s oldest buildings into modern lab spaces. A sampling of his clients includes Vertex, Novartis, Takeda, Moderna, Agios, Biogen, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Jamestown, and Flagship Pioneering. A natural leader, Alex frequently works to mentor some of the industry’s up-and-coming young professionals. He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, and is an active member of the WIT Alumni Association, the Spondylitis Association of America, MassBio, and NAIOP

Jeff Tompkins

Jeff has earned a reputation for finding the sweet spot where design excellence,

constructability, budget, and schedule meet. From concept to closeout, he leads the

development of creative solutions that meet the highest standards of aesthetics as well as the

expectations of clients. The architecture and interior design commissions Jeff oversees

encompass new construction, renovations, and adaptive re-use for technology companies,

Fortune 100 firms, law firms, academic institutions, venture capital accelerators / incubators,

and sports teams. His focus is on projects that present strategic or technological challenges,

requiring innovative approaches that diverge from tradition yet maintain the certainty of

outcomes.

Jeff’s role in the Boston and New York City offices extends beyond conceptual design and

project direction. He is also responsible for fiduciary oversight of SGA, business development,

strategic planning, and departmental supervision. His success in these areas has strongly

contributed to SGA’s significant growth over the past decades.

Jeff received a Bachelor of Fine Arts, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

He is a member of the International Interior Design Association, CoreNet, and NAIOP. Outside

of the office, he enjoys cycling, and is five-time participant in the Pan Mass Challenge and a

four-time participant in the Best Buddies century ride. His other pursuits include golf, fly-fishing

and crafting his own hand-tied flies.

John Hallinan

John Hallinan joined MassBio in 2012 as the Chief Business Officer and oversees the MassBio Innovation Services programs.

John’s fiscal experience in the life sciences and software industries reflect positions of increasing responsibility across a broad range of strategic and operational disciplines. His background encompasses venture financings, corporate development, technology licensing, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to MassBio, John was the Chief Financial Officer at Cytel, a leader in the design and implementation of adaptive clinical trials, and he had been active with MassBio—serving on the Economic Development Advisory Group and as co-chair of the Finance Committee & Entrepreneur’s University.

John currently sits on the Advisory Board of MTTC (the MA Technology Transfer Center), Charité BIH Entrepreneurship Summit, and New Frontier Bio, and is a member of the Advisory Council of the German-American Business Council of Boston.
