Oscar Wong is a Managing Director at GLP Capital Partners Inc. (“GCP US”), primarily focused on investment opportunities in the East Region. Oscar is responsible for sourcing and leading new investment opportunities to expand the GCP US portfolio in the East. Prior to joining GCP US, Oscar spent approximately five years within J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate Americas platform, where he was a Vice President on the US acquisitions team. During his time at J.P. Morgan, Oscar led more than $1bn of equity investments across multiple property types and served as the logistics specialist for the western US. Oscar began his career in real estate at AEW Capital Management and LaSalle Investment Management. Oscar holds a masters from the University of Southern California and graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto. He is based in New York, NY.

Mr. Holmberg is a Partner at Berkeley Partners. He is responsible for acquisitions, portfolio management, investor relations and overall strategy. Previously, Mr. Holmberg worked at The Davis Companies, a Boston-based real estate investment and development company, and Long Wharf Capital. Mr. Holmberg also worked as an investment analyst at Landmark Partners, where he was involved with investing Landmark's series of discretionary funds into a variety of real estate-related opportunities globally.

Mr. Holmberg is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Urban Land Institute. He holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University.

Bill Manley founded Calare in 2003. Bill is responsible for all aspects of Calare’s business, including acquisitions, asset management, and the coordination of key business functions across the company. He is the chair of the firm’s Investment and Senior Management Committees. Before founding Calare, Bill served for five years as Executive Vice President and Head of Real Estate at REON Broadband. Prior to REON, he founded New England Commercial Realty Advisors in 1991.

Bill graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.

Katie Speede joined Camber Development in January 2021 as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she is responsible for business strategy and operations, as well as asset management across the portfolio. Katie brings to Camber over 15 years of experience and a diverse background that blends commercial and multifamily real estate, corporate sales and marketing, and general management.

Katie joins Camber from Cambridge-based investor/developer, Ella Properties, where she led acquisitions, asset management and project management and where she remains a principal in select multifamily opportunities. Katie started her real estate career on the Investment Sales team at Colliers International (then Meredith & Grew), where she sourced and underwrote office, industrial, and development deals and closed over $500 million of transactions on behalf of private, institutional and international clients. She also worked on the acquisitions team at Beacon Capital Partners, underwriting and evaluating commercial investments throughout the United States.

Katie’s general business experience includes 3 years at Microsoft in the company’s Cambridge, Massachusetts and London, England offices. She is a graduate of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island and earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Hanover, New Hampshire. Katie lives west of Boston with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she loves taking the boys skiing, going for a run, and spending summer days on Cape Cod.

Chris Mora has over 14 years of combined real estate development and engineering design experience and currently serves as a Vice President of Development at The Davis Companies. In his current role, Chris is a key member in overseeing the development of TDC’s premier luxury condominium project, 100 Shawmut, over in South Boston. Chris is also actively working on plans for redevelopment of 1515 Commonwealth Avenue and Boston Market Terminal.

Through extensive years of experience, Chris has developed an unprecedented career resume including: extensive work with managing affordable housing developments (Dakota Partners), over 12 years of earthquake and structural engineering design, analysis and retrofitting (Degenkolb Engineers), and was a member of the Earthquake Reconnaissance and Consultation team following the 2011 Christchurch, New Zealand Earthquake, which aimed at developing better earthquake-resilient structural engineering practices.

Highly regarded for his interpersonal skills, Chris holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson, an MS in Structural Engineering from UC Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine. He is also certified as a LEED AP and holds licenses in the State of California as a registered Civil (PE) and Structural Engineer (SE).

Chris Reale is Managing Partner and Founder of Onshore Properties and focuses on leasing, management and permitting of commercial real estate developments and redevelopments in the Boston region.

In partnership with family offices and private capital, he has been primarily responsible for spearheading over $1B in development and redevelopment projects in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut with a focus on life sciences, residential, medical and industrial properties.

Mostly recently, he spearheaded a public/private partnership with the City of Quincy for $500M in Opportunity Zone redevelopment projects and is developing Banner Park - a 130-acre industrial campus in Braintree, MA. Onshore is focused on the permitting and financing of projects under recent local, state and federal clean energy and climate resiliency regulations and the opportunities to incorporate and finance emerging technologies for both ground-up development and redevelopment projects.

Matthew McCarthy is Link’s director, Investments, leading a Northeast-based team that deploys capital across an array of industrial real estate assets in Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York and Boston. He and his team source and execute investments ranging from stabilized facilities to land for development, with a focus on infill sites in major markets.

Matthew joined Link in 2019 when his previous company, Grammercy Property Trust, was acquired by Link. He held multiple positions over several years within Grammercy’s Investments group to begin his career. Prior to that, Matthew graduated from the College of Charleston with a bachelor’s degree in Modern European History. Outside of work he enjoys cooking, golf, hiking, tennis and reading.

Kevin Deabler co-founded RODE Architects in 2005. His practice has transformed the neighborhoods of Boston and beyond with an emphasis on innovative design. He graduated with Bachelor degrees in Environmental Design in 1995 and Architecture in 1996 from North Carolina State University’s College of Design and completed an MBA at Northeastern University in 2004. He is LEED accredited, and has found a way to blend his design background with solid business principles, to make the practice itself a tool of purpose and value.
