Mr. Butcher has served as our Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors since July 2010. Prior to the formation of our company, Mr. Butcher oversaw the growth of our predecessor business, serving as a member of the Board of Managers of STAG Capital Partners, LLC, STAG Capital Partners III, LLC, and their affiliates from 2003 to 2011. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Butcher was engaged as a Private Equity Investor in real estate and technology. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Butcher served as a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he sourced and executed transactions for the principal transactions group (real estate debt and equity). Prior to that, he served as a Director at Nomura Asset Capital from 1993 to 1997, where he focused on marketing and business development for its commercial mortgage-backed securities group. Mr. Butcher serves as a member of the board of trustees and a member of the audit committee and compensation committee of Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE:WRE), an owner of office, multi-family and retail properties in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Mr. Butcher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Oscar Wong is a Managing Director at GLP Capital Partners Inc. (“GCP US”), primarily focused on investment opportunities in the East Region. Oscar is responsible for sourcing and leading new investment opportunities to expand the GCP US portfolio in the East. Prior to joining GCP US, Oscar spent approximately five years within J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate Americas platform, where he was a Vice President on the US acquisitions team. During his time at J.P. Morgan, Oscar led more than $1bn of equity investments across multiple property types and served as the logistics specialist for the western US. Oscar began his career in real estate at AEW Capital Management and LaSalle Investment Management. Oscar holds a masters from the University of Southern California and graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto. He is based in New York, NY.

Mr. Chase serves as our Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. Mr. Chase served as Managing Director for STAG Capital Partners, LLC from 2003 to 2011, where he was responsible for managing an acquisition team in the sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing of deals with a territory of approximately half the country. Mr. Chase was the Vice President of Acquisitions at Paradigm Properties, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, analyzing and closing new investments from March 1999 to June 2002. He also was a broker in the Boston office of Grubb & Ellis focusing primarily on investment sales from June 1996 to February 1999. Mr. Chase received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont.

Ben Harris is the founder and CEO of Pinedale Capital LLC (“Pinedale”), Rockpoint’s exclusive industrial operating platform. Prior to founding Pinedale in February 2021, Mr. Harris was the CEO of LINK Logistics Real Estate (“LINK”), Blackstone’s sole U.S. industrial platform. Mr. Harris was involved in the growth of the LINK platform, which during his tenure became the second largest industrial real estate manager in the U.S., with more than 400 million square feet in assets across the country. Prior to LINK, Mr. Harris served as the President of Gramercy Property Trust (“Gramercy”), the predecessor entity of LINK which was acquired by Blackstone in 2018. During his tenure at Gramercy, Mr. Harris and his team grew Gramercy from approximately $250 million in assets in 2010 to nearly $8 billion in 2018. Prior to joining Gramercy, Mr. Harris spent 12 years at W.P. Carey, most recently as Head of the U.S. Investment business. Mr. Harris graduated from University of Kings College and Dalhousie University with dual degrees in Economics. Mr. Harris sits on the boards of Storage Vaults Canada Inc. (SVI-TSX-V), Sonita Senior Living (SNDA:NYSE), and the Rippowam Cisqua School.

Paul Ketterer, Director – Mr. Ketterer is responsible for investment origination and for all real estate types in a number of regions including New England, the mid-Atlantic and Chicago. He leads the firm’s life science group with responsibility for investment origination and asset management for all life science investments in North America as well as leading AEW’s hospitality group and has been involved in transactions with all of the major hotel brands. Since joining AEW in 2004, he has been involved in over $3 billion dollars of equity and debt related real estate transactions. During his tenure at AEW, Mr. Ketterer has been involved in acquisitions, dispositions, developments, financing, capital restructurings, and asset management for a wide variety of commercial real estate product types across North America. He is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), a board member of KIPP Massachusettes (a nonprofit Charter School organization) and is a graduate of Tufts University (B.A.) and Boston University School of Management (MBA).

Tony Coskren serves as an Executive Managing Director at

Newmark based in the firm’s Boston office. Mr. Coskren has

15 years of real estate experience in the industrial sector

where he specializes in industrial capital markets including

investment sales, corporate dispositions and development.

He and his team also specialize in industrial tenant

representation and agency leasing. Mr Coskren has

executed in excess of 100 million square feet of transactions

in the warehouse, distribution, e-commerce, manufacturing,

technology and food/beverage industries.

Prior to joining Newmark Mr. Coskren spent 11 years at JLL

building out the firm’s industrial platform in the north east and

was recognized as a top producer within the firm from 2012-

2017.

With a background in theater, graphic design, marketing & advertising, investment banking, and commercial real estate - Chris has discovered that it's really all about honesty, respect, and hard work.

Melissa is a Managing Director in the Miami office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. She

has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, securing debt and joint venture

equity financing for a broad range of property types with a focus on Office and Industrial.

Over the course of her career, she has closed more than $3 billion in capital through first

mortgages, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, acquisitions, and joint venture equity for a

variety of asset types throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining JLL, Melissa spent three years as a Managing Director at Ackman-Ziff.

Before that, she held acquisitions and in-house capital markets roles at Maxwelle Real

Estate Group in Aventura, Florida, and Eretz Group in New York City.

Melissa also serves as Director of Programming for the CREW Network Miami Chapter,

and has a seat on the Real Property Development Advisory Board at the University of

Miami School of Law. She earned a B.S. from University of Miami.

Mike has consummated over $2 billion in CRE transactions with a diversity of development and capital markets experience in all asset types of commercial real estate, including: industrial, e-commerce, food & beverage/temperature-controlled warehouses, office, multi-family residential, hotels, retail, single-family track homebuilding, airport parking facilities, and entertainment venues (amphitheaters, casinos). He holds a BS in Finance from Indiana Universities’ Kelly School of Business, and an MBA degree from Eastern Illinois University. Mark Moore has served as President and CEO of CMC Design Build since 1993. Under

his leadership, CMC has established itself as a leading designer and builder of food &

beverage processing and distribution facilities nationwide. CMC’s services are

dedicated to optimizing the total pro forma cost of facility construction and operation.

These encompass distribution network analysis, material handling and processing

systems design, site selection, labor studies, utility efficiency assessments, and food

safety protocols, all of which contribute to comprehensive building design, engineering,

and construction management.

Beyond his extensive expertise in designing and constructing food and beverage

facilities, Mark Moore brings direct operational experience in third-party consolidated

food distribution. His involvement in managing over one million square feet of food-

related facilities in the metropolitan New York area further enriches his industry

knowledge.

Dan joined Link Logistics Real Estate, Blackstone’s U.S. industrial real estate operating platform, in 2019

where he currently serves as Vice President of Development for the East Region. In this role, Dan is

responsible for sourcing and executing new development projects throughout the Eastern United States.

Dan was the second member of Link’s development team and has played an integral role in scaling the

development platform from nominal levels in 2019 to a current pipeline of $7.1 billion, representing

more than 40 million buildable square feet. Prior to Link, Dan served as a member of the investments

team at Link’s predecessor company, Gramercy Property Trust. Dan received a Bachelor of Arts in Urban

Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. During his time at Penn, Dan captained the varsity football

Hunter Emerson is a Partner at EIP and oversees all leasing carried out by the company, including negotiating lease agreements and facilitating client and tenant relations.

Prior to joining EIP in 2007, Hunter was a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, New England’s commercial brokerage group, where he participated in over 300 completed transactions totaling more than 6.7 million square feet in the Greater Boston real estate market. From 1988 to 1994, Hunter was a Leasing/Operations Officer for Cummings Properties Management, Inc., where he leased and managed over 3 million square feet of office, industrial and R&D space, and negotiated more than 250 lease transactions. He is a member of NAIOP.

Hunter graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, with a B.S. in Political Science.
