Dave Wilkinson joined Camber Development in March 2021 as Managing Partner.

Dave serves a critical role in strategizing, analyzing, and executing on the firm's investment and development strategy and ensuring the team is delivering to the highest standards.

Prior to Camber, Dave spent nine years at Tishman Speyer, most recently serving as Managing Director - Head of Boston Asset Management, Property Management, Development, and Leasing. In this role, he managed all aspects of the firm's $3 billion real estate portfolio in Boston, developed the mixed-use Pier 4 project, and played a pivotal role in launching Tishman Speyer's global life science venture, Breakthrough Properties. Prior to Tishman Speyer, Dave's real estate career began in Acquisitions at Beacon Capital Partners.

Dave is a Board Member and member of the Executive Committee of A Better City

("ABC"), a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing Greater Boston's economic health, competitiveness, equitable growth, sustainability, and quality of life for all communities. Dave holds a BA in mathematics and economics from Wesleyan University and can be found coaching his kids sports or on a north shore beach with his family when he is not working.

Nate Finch is an energy consultant working with Eversource to support industrial customers in achieving their sustainability and operational goals. Through this role, he advises facility teams on implementing energy efficiency projects, navigating incentive programs, and aligning infrastructure upgrades with broader corporate sustainability targets. With experience spanning clean energy, construction, and utility engagement, Nate helps bridge the priorities of industrial tenants with the practical realities of building systems—bringing a grounded, forward-looking lens to evolving space demands.

Colleen Wheeler is the East Coast Head of Industrial Asset Management with 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. She is directly responsible for driving growth in AEW’s $12.9 billion industrial portfolio across 79 million square feet. She holds a B.S. from Babson College and a Real Estate Finance & Development Certificate from MIT Center for Real Estate.

Mr. Williams has served as Vice President for Dogwood Industrial Properties since April 2022. Chris runs the Northeast Investments team for Dogwood and oversees acquisitions, leasing, and development activities in the region. Established by TPG in 2019, Dogwood is a dedicated owner-operator of logistics space across the United States. Prior to joining TPG Real Estate, Chris was a Senior Associate at STAG Industrial (NYSE: STAG). In his time at STAG, Chris was a member of the acquisitions platform as it saw the growth of the portfolio from 15 million SF to over 100 million SF in under 10 years. Chris has directed more than $600 million of investments in 12 different markets across the United States. Chris received his BSBA in Business Economics from the University of Richmond Robins School of Business.

First Citizens Bank

Emily Boynton Rush is a Managing Director at First Citizens Bank (FCB), where she leads the New England Commercial Real Estate team. She joined SVB in January 2021 via the Boston Private acquisition, following thirteen years with Bank of America. After FCB’s acquisition of SVB in March 2023, Emily successfully guided her team through a second transition, retaining the group in full and continuing to drive growth.

Under her leadership, the team has expanded a well-diversified portfolio by approximately 20% to $2.4 billion in outstandings. This growth reflects her strategic initiative to evolve the portfolio’s sponsor base from high-net-worth individuals to institutional owners.

Emily is an active leader in the real estate community. She currently serves on the Management Committee of the Urban Land Institute’s Boston District Council and is a member of The Goldie Initiative’s Boston Executive Advisory Committee. She previously spent more than a decade with the Real Estate Lenders Association, serving on the National Advisory Board and as Boston Chapter President.

Emily earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from Brown University. A native of Concord, Massachusetts, she resides in West Concord with her husband and three sons.
